【摘要】：本文是一篇翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告,翻譯實(shí)踐材料源自美國(guó)博物館職業(yè)發(fā)展副主任格雷戈·史蒂文斯和人力資源部經(jīng)理溫迪·盧克合編的A Life in Museums:Managing Your Museum Career一書,中文名為《博物館生涯:管理您的博物館人生》。筆者承擔(dān)了書中第9—12章節(jié)的翻譯工作,主要闡述了博物館工作的申請(qǐng)流程,作者通過(guò)自己的工作經(jīng)歷介紹了小型博物館的工作,敘述了如何準(zhǔn)備面試,如何對(duì)待實(shí)習(xí)的內(nèi)容,語(yǔ)言簡(jiǎn)單平實(shí),通俗易懂。本報(bào)告共分為四個(gè)部分。第一部分是項(xiàng)目介紹,著重介紹了委托方及其所提的翻譯要求、翻譯材料、翻譯任務(wù)的特點(diǎn)及翻譯實(shí)踐意義。第二部分是翻譯過(guò)程描述,包括譯前準(zhǔn)備、翻譯過(guò)程和譯后校對(duì)三個(gè)方面。第三部分是案例分析,針對(duì)譯文中出現(xiàn)的錯(cuò)誤進(jìn)行梳理,運(yùn)用功能對(duì)等的理論從詞匯、句法、語(yǔ)篇及文體層面入手,選擇恰當(dāng)?shù)姆g策略和技巧修復(fù)譯文,改正錯(cuò)誤,確保譯文文本質(zhì)量。第四部分是翻譯實(shí)踐總結(jié),主要闡述了筆者對(duì)應(yīng)用型文本翻譯的認(rèn)識(shí)以及對(duì)自身翻譯素養(yǎng)的深刻反思。
[Abstract]:This is a translation practice report based on a book by Greg Stevens, Deputy Director of career Development, American Museum, and Wendy Lu Ke, Human Resources Manager, who co-authored A Life in Museums Managing your Museum career. The Chinese name is "Museum Life: managing your Museum Life." The author is responsible for the translation of chapters 9-12 of the book, mainly expounds the application process of the museum work, the author introduces the work of the small museum through his own work experience, and describes how to prepare for the interview. How to treat the content of practice, the language is simple and plain, easy to understand. The report is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction of the project, focusing on the client and his translation requirements, translation materials, the characteristics of translation tasks and translation practical significance. The second part is the description of translation process, including three aspects: pre-translation preparation, translation process and post-translation proofreading. The third part is a case study, which combs the errors in the target text and uses the theory of functional equivalence to correct the mistakes by choosing the appropriate translation strategies and techniques from the lexical, syntactic, textual and stylistic levels. Ensure the quality of the translated text. The fourth part is a summary of translation practice, which mainly expounds the author's understanding of applied text translation and his own translation literacy.
