【摘要】：在高校工作中,輔導員是信息的傳遞者與任務的執(zhí)行者,為學校的發(fā)展奠定重要基礎,他們情緒狀態(tài)和希望水平會直接影響工作的質量和對學生的教育管理,是決定高校輔導員能否采取積極的工作態(tài)度與行為的重要影響因素。隨著積極心理學的興起,學者們開始關注人們積極的方面,工作投入逐漸替代工作倦怠成為組織行為學中的核心,它不僅是衡量工作態(tài)度和行為指標,還是預測個體健康水平的重要因素。因此高校輔導員工作投入問題值得關注和研究。本研究基于情感事件理論(AET)和拓展-構建理論(BB),從工作投入在個體內動態(tài)變化的視角,探討了以每天水平上情緒、希望與工作投入之間的關系。本文通過對70名高校輔導員連續(xù)兩周(10天工作日)的日記式追蹤調查,獲得670份個體內數據。多層次分析結果顯示:(1)工作投入受到個體內在因素影響,具有動態(tài)變化特點;(2)高校輔導員上午的積極情緒對當天工作投入具有顯著的正向預測作用;高校輔導員上午的消極情緒對當天工作投入具有顯著的負向預測作用;(3)積極情緒對希望具有正向預測作用;消極情緒對希望具有負向預測作用;(4)希望水平對當天工作投入具有正向的預測作用;(5)希望在上午的積極情緒與當天工作投入之間起到部分中介作用;希望在上午的消極情緒與當天工作投入之間起到完全中介作用;
[Abstract]:In the work of colleges and universities, counselors are the communicators of information and the executors of tasks. They lay an important foundation for the development of the school. Their emotional state and level of hope will directly affect the quality of work and the educational management of students. It is an important factor to determine whether college counselors can adopt positive work attitude and behavior. With the rise of positive psychology, scholars begin to pay attention to the positive aspects of people, job engagement gradually replace job burnout as the core of organizational behavior, it is not only a measure of work attitude and behavior indicators. It is also an important factor in predicting individual health level. Therefore, the work involvement of college counselors is worthy of attention and research. Based on affective event theory (AET) and extension-construction theory, the relationship between daily emotion, hope and job engagement was discussed from the perspective of the dynamic changes of job engagement in the body. In this paper, a total of 670 internal data were obtained by a diary-type survey of 70 college counselors. The results of multi-level analysis show that the work involvement is influenced by individual internal factors and has dynamic characteristics. The positive emotion of college counselors in the morning has a significant positive predictive effect on the work engagement of that day. The negative emotion of college counselors in the morning has a significant negative predictive effect on the work engagement of the day. (3) the positive emotion has a positive predictive effect on the hope; Negative emotion has a negative predictive effect on hope. (4) the level of hope has a positive predictive effect on the work engagement of the day. (5) it is hoped that the positive emotion in the morning and the work engagement on the same day play a part of intermediary role; Hope that in the morning between the negative feelings and the work of the day to play a full intermediary role;
