員工的企業(yè)社會責(zé)任感知與其親環(huán)境行為的關(guān)系:環(huán)境關(guān)心的中介作用

【摘要】:親環(huán)境行為是指個體自覺自愿地表現(xiàn)出對環(huán)境有利的行為。企業(yè)社會責(zé)任是指企業(yè)的實踐活動有助于可持續(xù)發(fā)展的三個原則:經(jīng)濟蓬勃發(fā)展、社會公平團結(jié)、環(huán)境的保護與完整性,既是責(zé)任,也是義務(wù)。近年來,環(huán)境問題越來越多,因此,人們對環(huán)境的關(guān)注度也不斷提高,黨的"十八大"報告也特別強調(diào)了要加強生態(tài)文明建設(shè),生態(tài)文明水平的提升有賴于各個企業(yè)和員工的具體行為,因此,員工的親環(huán)境行為對于生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的影響和意義是非常重大的,本研究引入環(huán)境關(guān)心變量,探討企業(yè)社會責(zé)任、環(huán)境關(guān)心和員工親環(huán)境行為之間的關(guān)系及作用機制。采用《環(huán)境關(guān)心問卷》、《企業(yè)社會責(zé)任問卷》、《親環(huán)境行為問卷》對448名不同企業(yè)的員工進行調(diào)查,運用spss18.0、amOs17.0對搜集到的數(shù)據(jù)進行分析,探討企業(yè)社會責(zé)任、環(huán)境關(guān)心和員工親環(huán)境行為之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:(1)在環(huán)境關(guān)心、私域親環(huán)境行為和公域親環(huán)境行為方面,性別差異顯著。女性在環(huán)境關(guān)心和私域親環(huán)境行為方面得分高于男性。男性在公域親環(huán)境行為方面的得分高于女性;(2)在公域親環(huán)境方面,行業(yè)差異顯著,一類行業(yè)得分高于二類行業(yè);(3)在環(huán)境關(guān)心方面,學(xué)歷差異顯著。本科及以上學(xué)歷的員工得分高于高中及以下學(xué)歷的員工;(4)企業(yè)社會責(zé)任各維度對員工親環(huán)境行為的直接效應(yīng)顯著。(5)環(huán)境關(guān)心在企業(yè)社會責(zé)任的社會、環(huán)境維度和員工私域親環(huán)境行為之間,均起到部分中介作用;環(huán)境關(guān)心在經(jīng)濟維度和員工私域親環(huán)境行為之間,沒有起到中介作用;環(huán)境關(guān)心在企業(yè)社會責(zé)任各維度和員工公域親環(huán)境行為之間,起到遮掩作用。結(jié)論:(1)企業(yè)社會責(zé)任各維度對員工私域親環(huán)境行為均有正向預(yù)測作用;(2)環(huán)境關(guān)心在企業(yè)社會責(zé)任的社會維度、環(huán)境維度和員工私域親環(huán)境行為之間,均起到部分中介的作用;環(huán)境關(guān)心在企業(yè)社會責(zé)任各維度和員工公域親環(huán)境行為之間,起到遮掩作用。
[Abstract]:Pro-environmental behavior refers to the voluntary behavior on the part of individuals that is beneficial to the environment. Corporate social responsibility refers to the three principles that the practical activities of enterprises contribute to sustainable development: vigorous economic development, social justice and unity, environmental protection and integrity, is not only the responsibility, but also the obligation. In recent years, there have been more and more environmental problems. As a result, people are paying more and more attention to the environment. The report of the 18th National Congress of the Party also places special emphasis on strengthening the construction of ecological civilization. The improvement of the level of ecological civilization depends on the specific behavior of each enterprise and employees. Therefore, the environmental behavior of employees is very important to the construction of ecological civilization. The relationship and mechanism between corporate social responsibility, environmental concern and environmental behavior of employees are discussed. The environmental concern questionnaire, corporate social responsibility questionnaire and pro-environmental behavior questionnaire were used to investigate 448 employees in different enterprises. The data collected were analyzed by SPSS 18.0A Os17.0, and the corporate social responsibility was discussed. The relationship between environmental concern and environmental behavior of employees. Results (1) there were significant gender differences in environmental care, private friendly behavior and public friendly behavior. Women scored higher in environmental care and private pro-environmental behavior than men. The score of male was higher than that of female. (2) there were significant industry differences in common environment, and the score of first class industry was higher than that of second class industry (3) in environmental care, the difference of academic qualifications was significant. The scores of employees with bachelor's degree or above were higher than those with high school education or below (4) the direct effect of each dimension of corporate social responsibility on employees' pro-environmental behavior was significant. Environmental dimension and employee's private pro-environmental behavior play a part of intermediary role, environmental concern does not play an intermediary role between economic dimension and employee's private pro-environmental behavior. Environmental concern plays an overt role between the dimensions of corporate social responsibility and the environmental behavior of employees in the public domain. Conclusion: (1) each dimension of corporate social responsibility has a positive predictive effect on employee's private pro-environmental behavior. (2) Environmental concern plays a part of intermediary role between social dimension of corporate social responsibility, environmental dimension and employee's private pro-environmental behavior. Environmental concern plays an overt role between the dimensions of corporate social responsibility and the environmental behavior of employees in the public domain.
