【摘要】：當前對自信心的研究大多集中于大學生、幼兒、還有一些職業(yè)群體(比如運動員等),關于初中生自信心的研究并不多。初中生正處于心理和生理發(fā)展的重要轉(zhuǎn)折點,其自信心如何將會對其整個人生產(chǎn)生重要影響。當前初中生的自信心狀況如何呢?可否采用團體心理輔導的方法更有針對性、更有效的提高初中生的自信心和心理素質(zhì)呢?本研究旨在這些方面進行探討。研究一,初中生自信心調(diào)查研究。采用羅鴻編制的《中學生自信問卷》調(diào)查河北省石家莊市1200名初中生的自信心水平,運用SPSS17.0對收集的問卷進行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析。研究二,初中生團體心理輔導干預研究。在石家莊某中學隨機抽取初中二年級的兩個班,一個班隨機抽取24名學生作為實驗組。另一個班隨機抽取30名同學作為對照組。實驗組和對照組分別填寫《中學生自信問卷》進行前測,運用SPSS17.0進行數(shù)據(jù)處理,考察兩個組的同質(zhì)性。依據(jù)《中學生自信量表》的六個維度和初中生的生理、心理特點設計一整套初中生自信心團體輔導方案,實驗組24人接受為期8周的團體心理輔導活動,對照組不接受任何干預,干預結束后實驗組和對照組填寫《中學生自信問卷》進行后測,運用SPSS17.0對數(shù)據(jù)處理,考察團體輔導活動的有效性。每次團體輔導活動結束后,要求每位學生匿名寫感受表上交,并給學生留家庭作業(yè)。每次活動開始前,解決學生每次提問的困惑。研究得出的主要結論:1.初中生各維度自信心分數(shù)和自信總分處于中等水平,各自信維度從高分到低分依次排列為:整體自信、品德自信、人際自信、能力自信、學業(yè)自信、外表自信。2.女生在品德自信維度上自信水平顯著高于男生。男生在外表自信和整體自信維度上自信水平顯著高于女生。男女生在學業(yè)自信、人際自信、能力自信維度和總分上差異不顯著。3.初中生隨著年級的升高,學業(yè)自信、人際自信、品德自信、自信總分上有降低的趨勢。在外表自信維度上,初一年級到初二年級有下降的趨勢,三年級自信水平又顯著高于二年級。在能力自信、整體自信維度上不同年級的自信心水平差異不顯著。4.獨生子女的自信水平在學業(yè)自信、人際自信、能力自信、外表自信、品德自信、整體自信維度和自信總分上均顯著高于非獨生子女的自信水平。5.擔任班干部的初中生自信水平在學業(yè)自信、人際自信、能力自信、品德自信、整體自信維度和自信總分上顯著高于非擔任班干部的初中生自信水平。6.自信心的團體心理輔導對提升初中生自信心水平效果顯著。
[Abstract]:At present, most of the research on self-confidence is focused on college students, young children, and some professional groups (such as athletes, etc.), but there is not much research on junior high school students' self-confidence. Junior high school students are at an important turning point in their psychological and physical development, how their self-confidence will have an important impact on their whole life. What is the self-confidence of junior high school students? Can the method of group psychological counseling be more targeted and improve the self-confidence and psychological quality of junior high school students more effectively? The purpose of this study is to explore these aspects. First, the investigation of junior high school students' self-confidence. The questionnaire of middle school students' self-confidence was compiled by Luo Hong to investigate the confidence level of 1200 junior high school students in Shijiazhuang City of Hebei Province. The data of the questionnaire were statistically analyzed by SPSS17.0. Second, the study of group psychological counseling intervention of junior high school students. In a middle school in Shijiazhuang, 24 students were randomly selected as experimental group. Another class randomly selected 30 students as the control group. The experimental group and the control group filled out the questionnaire of Middle School students' Self-confidence and processed the data with SPSS17.0 to investigate the homogeneity of the two groups. According to the six dimensions of the Self-confidence scale for Middle School students and the physiological and psychological characteristics of junior high school students, a whole set of group counseling programs for the confidence of junior high school students were designed. 24 students in the experimental group received group psychological counseling activities for 8 weeks. The control group did not accept any intervention. After the intervention, the experimental group and the control group filled out the questionnaire of middle school students' self-confidence. The data were processed by SPSS17.0 to investigate the effectiveness of group counseling activities. After each group tutoring, each student is asked to write a feeling form anonymously and leave homework for them. Solve the puzzles of each question before each activity begins. The main conclusion of the study: 1. The scores of confidence in each dimension of junior high school students and the total score of confidence in each dimension were in the middle level, and the order of confidence in each dimension was: overall self-confidence, moral self-confidence, interpersonal confidence, ability confidence, academic confidence, appearance confidence. 2. The level of self-confidence of girls was significantly higher than that of boys in the dimension of moral self-confidence. The level of self-confidence of male students was significantly higher than that of girls in the dimension of appearance confidence and overall self-confidence. There was no significant difference in academic self-confidence, interpersonal confidence, ability confidence dimension and total score between male and female students. With the increase of grade, the scores of academic self-confidence, interpersonal confidence, moral confidence and total self-confidence of junior high school students have a tendency to decrease. From grade one to grade two, the level of confidence in grade three was significantly higher than that in grade two. There was no significant difference between different grades in ability confidence and overall confidence level. 4. 4. The confidence level of the only child was significantly higher than that of the non-only child in academic self-confidence, interpersonal confidence, ability confidence, appearance confidence, moral confidence, overall self-confidence dimension and total score of self-confidence. The level of self-confidence of junior high school students as class cadres was significantly higher than that of non-class cadres in academic self-confidence, interpersonal confidence, ability confidence, moral self-confidence, overall self-confidence dimension and total score of self-confidence. 6. Group counseling of self-confidence has a significant effect on improving junior high school students' self-confidence level.
