基于文化遺產保護的傳統(tǒng)村落游客體驗研究

【摘要】:從2012年到2016年,中國共有3305座傳統(tǒng)村落被列入保護范圍。但隨著工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化的快速發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)村落衰落、消失的現(xiàn)象日益加劇。目前,許多傳統(tǒng)村落選擇發(fā)展旅游,以實現(xiàn)其經(jīng)濟、社會和文化的共同發(fā)展。但在實際發(fā)展過程中,卻遭遇文化遺產保護與旅游發(fā)展的雙向困局。本文分別以郎德苗寨、肇興侗寨、己衣大村三座傳統(tǒng)村落的居民和游客作為研究對象,采用文獻研究、問卷調查、訪談研究等方法,總結傳統(tǒng)村落文化遺產保護和旅游發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及問題,并基于文化遺產保護的情況,提出提升游客體驗的策略。研究內容主要分為四個部分:第一部分,梳理傳統(tǒng)村落文化遺產保護與旅游發(fā)展的歷程,總結其中的問題,解讀文化遺產保護與游客體驗之間的關系。第二部分,探尋居民對傳統(tǒng)村落文化遺產保護情況認知的分類與內容,以及居民對文化遺產保護情況的認知與居民對保護現(xiàn)狀的滿意度、保護行為傾向之間的關系。第三部分,歸納傳統(tǒng)村落游客體驗的因素,研究其與游客滿意度、游客行為傾向之間的關系,并進一步分析保護效果與游客體驗之間的關系。第四部分,基于傳統(tǒng)村落居民對文化遺產保護的認知,探討加強傳統(tǒng)村落文化遺產保護的策略,并基于該策略,提出增強傳統(tǒng)村落的游客體驗的建議。研究主要得出以下結論:1)居民對傳統(tǒng)村落文化遺產保護情況的認知主要涉及保護措施、保護效果、居民的保護態(tài)度、居民的參與程度4個方面。2)不同調研村落在保護措施、居民的參與程度方面,具有非常顯著的差異;不同的性別和居民性質僅在保護措施方面,具有非常顯著的差異;不同的職業(yè)和受教育水平僅在居民的保護態(tài)度方面,具有非常顯著的差異。3)使用居民對文化遺產保護情況的認知數(shù)據(jù),能夠有效地預測傳統(tǒng)村落的居民對保護現(xiàn)狀的滿意度和保護的行為傾向。居民對保護現(xiàn)狀的滿意度和保護的行為傾向存在非常顯著的正相關。4)傳統(tǒng)村落的游客體驗主要關注旅游服務、旅游產品、旅游環(huán)境3個方面。5)不同調研村落在旅游產品和旅游服務方面,具有非常顯著的差異;不同的客源地和家庭年收入僅在旅游產品方面,具有非常顯著的差異;不同的受教育水平僅在旅游服務方面,具有非常顯著的差異。6)使用游客體驗數(shù)據(jù),能夠有效預測游客滿意度和積極的行為傾向,但不能預測游客消極的行為傾向。游客滿意度與消極行為傾向呈現(xiàn)非常顯著的負相關,與積極行為傾向呈現(xiàn)非常顯著的正相關。7)傳統(tǒng)村落的保護效果與游客體驗密切關聯(lián)。村落的保護效果越好,游客體驗則越佳。8)研究提出,通過發(fā)揮法律、法規(guī)、政策的作用,建立合理的管理制度,實現(xiàn)利益共享等措施加強傳統(tǒng)村落文化遺產。9)研究提出,通過優(yōu)化旅游環(huán)境、旅游產品和旅游服務三個方面,提升游客體驗。10)研究提出,從利用價格和產品策略,對游客進行生態(tài)管理,豐富宣傳渠道,以及加強村落整合營銷三個方面,加強旅游市場營銷力度。
[Abstract]:From 2012 to 2016, a total of 3305 traditional villages in China were included in the scope of protection. However, with the rapid development of industrialization, the rapid development of urbanization, the decline of traditional villages and the worsening phenomenon. At present, many traditional villages have chosen to develop tourism in order to achieve the common development of their economy, society and culture. In this paper, the residents and tourists of three traditional villages in Langde Miao village, Zhaoxing Dong village and the village of Yi Yi big village are taken as the research object. The present situation and problems of the traditional village cultural heritage conservation and tourism development are summarized, and the cultural heritage is based on the cultural heritage. The protection situation, put forward the strategy to improve the tourist experience. The research content is divided into four parts: the first part, combing the history of the traditional village cultural heritage protection and tourism development, summarizing the problems and reading the relationship between the cultural heritage protection and the tourist experience. The second part is to explore the protection of the traditional village cultural heritage. The classification and content of the situation cognition, as well as the relationship between the residents' cognition of the protection of cultural heritage and the satisfaction of the residents to the protection of the status quo and the protection of the behavior tendency. The third part, summarizes the factors of the traditional village tourist experience, and studies the relationship between the tourist satisfaction and the tourist behavior, and further analyzes the protection effect and the tour. The fourth part, based on the cognition of the traditional village residents to the protection of cultural heritage, probes into the strategy of strengthening the protection of traditional village cultural heritage, and puts forward some suggestions to enhance the tourist experience of the traditional villages based on this strategy. The research mainly draws the following conclusions: 1) the residents' recognition of the protection of the traditional village cultural heritage. Knowledge mainly involves protection measures, protection effect, the attitude of the residents, the degree of residents' participation in 4 aspects.2) there are very significant differences in the protection measures and the participation degree of the residents in different research villages; the different sex and the nature of the residents have very significant differences in the protection measures, and the different professions and education are different. There is a very significant difference in the protection attitude of the residents,.3.) using the residents' cognitive data on the protection of cultural heritage can effectively predict the satisfaction and the behavior tendency of the residents in the traditional village to protect the status quo. The residents' satisfaction with the protection status and the behavior tendency of protection are very significant. Positive correlation.4) the tourist experience of traditional villages is mainly concerned with tourism service, tourism products, and tourism environment 3 aspects of.5) different research villages have very significant differences in tourism products and tourism services, and the income of different tourist sources and families is only on the side of tourism products, with very significant differences; different education levels are different. Only in tourism service, there is a very significant difference in.6) the use of tourist experience data can effectively predict tourist satisfaction and positive behavioral tendencies, but it can not predict the negative behavior tendency of tourists. The satisfaction of tourists is significantly negatively correlated with negative behavior tendency and has a very significant positive correlation with positive behavior tendency. .7) the protection effect of the traditional village is closely related to the tourist experience. The better the protection effect of the village is, the better the tourist experience is, the better the.8). The study puts forward that the study of the traditional village cultural heritage, through the play of laws, laws and regulations, the establishment of a reasonable management system, and the realization of benefits sharing and so on, is proposed, and the tourism environment is optimized by optimizing the tourism environment.
