【摘要】：本項(xiàng)目翻譯石油輸出國(guó)組織官方網(wǎng)站發(fā)布的《世界石油展望2015》(第一部分第二至三章)。該報(bào)告的內(nèi)容具有相當(dāng)大的前瞻性,對(duì)]·今后石油行業(yè)的發(fā)展,甚至社會(huì)各行各業(yè)的發(fā)展都具有一定的引導(dǎo)作用。譯者選取該報(bào)告作為翻譯材料,旨在為國(guó)內(nèi)讀者或相關(guān)行業(yè)從業(yè)者提供最新行業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài);方便投資者及時(shí)了解該行業(yè)整體發(fā)展趨勢(shì)及經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行狀況,為其投資提供方向性思路和參考;方便決策者清楚地了解該行業(yè)市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展前景,確保決策方向的客觀性和科學(xué)性。同時(shí),譯者也希望借此摸索適合石油科技英語文獻(xiàn)的翻譯方法與技巧。源文本是信息型文本,主要針對(duì)全球石油需求、供應(yīng)前景以及未來中期(2015—2020年)和長(zhǎng)期(2020—2040年)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了分析,目的是解決關(guān)于石油市場(chǎng)的一系列問題。本項(xiàng)目所截取的第一部分第二章和第三章對(duì)各行業(yè)石油需求進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)石油供給前景進(jìn)行展望。譯者在目的論的指導(dǎo)下,采用直譯、意譯、增譯、省譯等翻譯方法和技巧,克服因語言、文化、思維方式不同而造成的詞匯、句式、語用表達(dá)等方面的翻譯困難,完成了項(xiàng)目翻譯并撰寫出翻譯報(bào)告。報(bào)告分五章:第一章為引言,介紹本項(xiàng)目的立項(xiàng)背景、目的和意義;第二章為翻譯過程描述,包括譯前準(zhǔn)備、翻譯過程和譯后處理;第三章為理論描述,闡釋了"目的論"的三個(gè)基本原則,以及"目的論"對(duì)石油科技英語英漢翻譯的指導(dǎo)作用;第四章為案例分析,譯者結(jié)合本項(xiàng)目譯文中的具體實(shí)例對(duì)翻譯重難點(diǎn)及翻譯方法與技巧進(jìn)行分析;第五章總結(jié)翻譯過程中獲得的啟示及尚存的問題和不足,供日后改進(jìn)和完善。通過"研讀—翻譯—校對(duì)"三個(gè)步驟,譯者在翻譯過程中不斷總結(jié)難點(diǎn),尋求應(yīng)對(duì)策略,將目的論和石油科技文獻(xiàn)翻譯相結(jié)合,以期從微觀的文本中進(jìn)一步探索、研究和驗(yàn)證石油科技文獻(xiàn)翻譯的特點(diǎn)和技巧。
[Abstract]:World Oil Outlook 2015 published on the official website of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting countries (part I, chapters II to III). The contents of this report are very forward-looking and can guide the development of petroleum industry and even the development of all kinds of social industries in the future. The translator selects the report as translation material to provide domestic readers or practitioners of relevant industries with the latest developments in the industry, and to facilitate investors to keep abreast of the overall development trend and economic performance of the industry. It is convenient for decision makers to understand clearly the market situation and development prospects of the industry, and to ensure the objectivity and scientificity of the decision-making direction. At the same time, the translator also hopes to explore the translation methods and techniques suitable for petroleum science and technology English literature. The source text is an information-based text, which is mainly aimed at global oil demand, supply prospects and future trends in the medium term 2015-2020) and long-term 2020-2040), with the aim of solving a series of problems concerning the oil market. The second and third chapters of the first part of this project analyze the oil demand of various industries and prospect the future of oil supply. Under the guidance of Skopos theory, translators adopt translation methods and techniques, such as literal translation, free translation, incremental translation, and saving translation, to overcome the difficulties in translating words, sentences and pragmatic expressions caused by different languages, cultures and modes of thinking.
