高中生生命態(tài)度和應(yīng)對(duì)方式關(guān)系及干預(yù)研究

【摘要】:20世紀(jì)基礎(chǔ)教育的普及,成就了我國在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)與科技各方面的長足進(jìn)步,然而重理輕人文的教育體制,重視經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展而忽視精神追求的生活方式等導(dǎo)致我國在后現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的變遷中付出沉痛代價(jià)。這代價(jià)包含許多方面,例如青少年及中年自殺率的不斷升高、倫理觀念的模糊、校園欺凌事件的頻發(fā)、家庭功能式微等。據(jù)中國青少年研究中心發(fā)布的中國“十五”期間青年發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和“十一五”期間青年發(fā)展趨勢(shì)研究報(bào)告稱,“十五”期間青少年犯罪增加68%,未來5年進(jìn)一步增加。報(bào)告指出,“十五”期間青少年犯罪總體數(shù)量呈上升趨勢(shì),未成年人犯罪增長迅猛,其中全國法院判決的青少年罪犯五年間增長12.6%,未成年人犯罪數(shù)量增長情況更加突出,5年間上漲68%。另一方面,查閱相關(guān)資料與數(shù)據(jù),讓人不得不以一種嚴(yán)肅審慎的態(tài)度去正視青少年問題。青少年階段原應(yīng)是青春活力、充滿無限可能與希望的生命黃金期,在這生命即將綻放的階段,愈來愈多青少年選擇了傷害自我或他人的生命,顯示其看待生命之態(tài)度與價(jià)值觀亟需我們加以關(guān)注和探討。學(xué)校如何能夠通過改善其對(duì)生命的態(tài)度進(jìn)而影響其應(yīng)對(duì)生活中的挫折或壓力事件的方式,給予適當(dāng)引導(dǎo)和幫助,此為本研究之動(dòng)機(jī)。研究一選取900名高中生作為被試,有效被試760人,對(duì)高中生生命態(tài)度與應(yīng)對(duì)方式的現(xiàn)狀及在人口學(xué)變量上的差異進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析;研究二探討高中生生命態(tài)度與應(yīng)對(duì)方式的關(guān)系;研究三設(shè)計(jì)生命教育教學(xué)方案,采用干預(yù)組和對(duì)照組對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),從被試中選取一個(gè)班級(jí)(60人)的高中生進(jìn)行干預(yù),另一班(60人)作為對(duì)照組不施以任何干預(yù),一共進(jìn)行8次,歷時(shí)兩個(gè)半月。研究得出的主要結(jié)論如下:1.存在感和生命態(tài)度總體受年級(jí)影響,存在感和死亡態(tài)度及生命態(tài)度總體受是否獨(dú)生的影響,理想和存在感兩個(gè)因子受母親文化程度影響;求助、發(fā)泄及應(yīng)對(duì)方式總體受性別影響,發(fā)泄因子受是否獨(dú)生影響,求助因子受母親文化程度影響,問題解決因子受父親收入水平的影響。2.生命態(tài)度的各個(gè)維度均與應(yīng)對(duì)方式中的問題解決呈顯著正相關(guān),理想與退避、幻想呈顯著正相關(guān),生命意義與求助、幻想呈顯著正相關(guān),與忍耐呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān),愛與關(guān)懷和求助呈顯著正相關(guān),存在感和求助、退避、忍耐呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān),死亡態(tài)度和求助、退避、發(fā)泄、幻想呈顯著正相關(guān),生命態(tài)度總體與應(yīng)對(duì)方式的問題解決、發(fā)泄、幻想呈顯著正相關(guān),與忍耐呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān),與求助、退避不相關(guān)。3.生命態(tài)度及應(yīng)對(duì)方式各因子分整體都有所提升,且干預(yù)組后測(cè)生命態(tài)度總體與對(duì)照組差異顯著。
[Abstract]:The popularization of basic education in the 20th century has made great progress in politics, economy and science and technology in our country.Attaching importance to economic development and neglecting the way of life pursued by spirit lead to our country paying a heavy price in the changes of postmodern society.The costs include rising suicide rates among adolescents and middle age, a vague ethic, frequent bullying on campus, and a decline in family functions.According to the China Youth Research Center's report on the development of youth during the 10th Five-Year Plan period and the trend of youth development during the 11th Five-Year Plan period, juvenile delinquency increased by 68 percent during the 10th Five-Year Plan period and further increased in the next five years.The report points out: during the 10th Five-Year Plan period, the overall number of juvenile delinquents showed an upward trend, and juvenile delinquency increased rapidly.Among them, the number of juvenile delinquents sentenced by the national courts has increased by 12.6% in five years, and the number of juvenile delinquents has increased by 68% in five years.On the other hand, access to relevant information and data, people have to face youth problems with a serious and cautious attitude.The youth stage is supposed to be the prime time of youth, full of infinite possibilities and hopes. At this stage of life about to bloom, more and more young people choose to hurt themselves or others' lives.It shows that the attitude and values of life need our attention and discussion.The motivation of this study is how the school can give appropriate guidance and help by improving its attitude towards life and then influencing the way it deals with setbacks or stress events in life.In the first study, 900 senior high school students were selected as subjects, 760 effective subjects were selected to investigate and analyze the current situation of life attitude and coping style of senior high school students and the differences in demographic variables, the second study was to explore the relationship between life attitude and coping style of senior high school students.The third study designed a life education teaching scheme. The intervention group and the control group were used to compare the experimental design. The high school students of one class of 60 students were selected from the subjects to intervene, and the other class of 60 students were chosen as the control group without any intervention.Eight times, it took two and a half months.The main conclusions of the study are as follows: 1.The sense of existence and attitude of life are influenced by the grade, the attitude of existence and death and the attitude of life are influenced by the only child, the two factors of ideal and existence are affected by the mother's education level.Abreact and coping style was affected by gender, vent factor was affected by only child, help factor was influenced by mother's education level, problem solving factor was affected by father's income level.All dimensions of life attitude were significantly positively correlated with problem-solving in coping style, ideal and avoidance, fantasy significantly positive correlation, life significance and help help, fantasy significantly positive correlation, and negative correlation with tolerance.There was a significant positive correlation between love and solicitude and help-seeking, existential feeling and help-seeking, avoidance, tolerance, death attitude and help-seeking, avoidance, venting, fantasy, and life attitude as a whole to solve the problem of coping style.Fantasy was positively correlated significantly, negatively correlated with tolerance, irrelevant to seeking help, and irrelevant to avoidance.All factors of life attitude and coping style were improved, and there was significant difference between the intervention group and the control group.
