舞蹈科學(xué)訓(xùn)練理論在芭蕾基訓(xùn)教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:舞蹈從原始時(shí)代開始就有了它的雛形,隨著時(shí)代的變遷發(fā)展,舞蹈的種類也隨之繁多,接受舞蹈教育的人群范圍也越來越廣,從專業(yè)性質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)到普及教育的傳播再到如今專業(yè)與普及的共同發(fā)展,筆者通過二十年來的舞蹈學(xué)習(xí)深刻地認(rèn)識(shí)到舞蹈教育應(yīng)該緊密結(jié)合時(shí)代的發(fā)展趨勢。“舞蹈科學(xué)”這個(gè)詞語,在二十世紀(jì)的西方國家就有所觸及并發(fā)展至今,當(dāng)時(shí)德國著名舞蹈家魯?shù)婪颉だ嗬萌梭w科學(xué)的理念所創(chuàng)建的“拉班舞譜”現(xiàn)在都以沿用,而我國對舞蹈藝術(shù)教育的普及稍遜其他藝術(shù)門類,筆者認(rèn)為需站在全球化的角度來看待,在秉承我國舞蹈文化的傳統(tǒng)底蘊(yùn)上吸收國外舞蹈的精華予以融會(huì)貫通,遵從科學(xué)性的教學(xué)原則來發(fā)展中國的舞蹈藝術(shù)。舞蹈它本是一門使身體“行云如流水”的藝術(shù),所以教師和學(xué)生對舞蹈的掌握第一要素應(yīng)是對身體的認(rèn)知,在熟知身體結(jié)構(gòu)的前提下再進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性的訓(xùn)練,以較優(yōu)的達(dá)到舞蹈訓(xùn)練的效果。但如果教師和學(xué)生不了解人體生理結(jié)構(gòu)盲從進(jìn)行舞蹈訓(xùn)練,將大大增加舞蹈損傷的概率,不僅降低了舞蹈的成才率,還對學(xué)生的身體造成一定程度的傷害。所以,本論文的理論依據(jù)就是在舞蹈科學(xué)訓(xùn)練理論的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行教學(xué)。芭蕾基訓(xùn)它起源于西方國家,其體系在不斷的完善中體現(xiàn)出了科學(xué)性的因素,而我國舞蹈教學(xué)廣為應(yīng)用的基礎(chǔ)性訓(xùn)練體系也是芭蕾基訓(xùn),顧本論文選取芭蕾基訓(xùn)為實(shí)踐研究對象。筆者以芭蕾基訓(xùn)的科學(xué)影響因子為引導(dǎo),結(jié)合此篇論文的舞蹈科學(xué)訓(xùn)練理論觀點(diǎn),將科學(xué)性的知識(shí)融入我國舞蹈教學(xué)的芭蕾基訓(xùn)課中得以運(yùn)用,使論文更加貼切可行。所以,本論文的實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)就是芭蕾基訓(xùn)教學(xué)。本篇論文的框架分為導(dǎo)論、四個(gè)章節(jié)、結(jié)論,共六個(gè)部分構(gòu)成,全文以總——分——總的結(jié)構(gòu)布局進(jìn)行闡述。導(dǎo)論,從研究的背景和依據(jù)、研究的現(xiàn)狀和文獻(xiàn)綜述、研究的方法和目的、研究的價(jià)值,四個(gè)小節(jié)來鋪墊筆者撰寫此篇論文的目的。四個(gè)章節(jié)中,第一章,概念闡述,在文章的一開始就闡述清楚三個(gè)易混淆的關(guān)鍵詞,舞蹈訓(xùn)練、舞蹈科學(xué)、舞蹈科學(xué)訓(xùn)練理論,而全文圍繞筆者所定義的“舞蹈科學(xué)訓(xùn)練理論”來進(jìn)行全方面的闡述,即以掌握人體生理結(jié)構(gòu)和人體運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律為前提,對學(xué)生進(jìn)行內(nèi)在機(jī)體肌能的提高和外在形體的塑造。第二章,對芭蕾基訓(xùn)教學(xué)中教師的“訓(xùn)”和學(xué)生的“練”所出現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行提出并以分析。第三章,將舞蹈科學(xué)訓(xùn)練理論具體運(yùn)用到芭蕾基訓(xùn)教學(xué)之中,以下肢肌肉和關(guān)節(jié)的科學(xué)運(yùn)用為主要闡述對象,是學(xué)生在進(jìn)行芭蕾基訓(xùn)中科學(xué)的實(shí)際操作過程舉例。第四章,是全文的核心部分,用舞蹈科學(xué)訓(xùn)練理論的方法來解決芭蕾基訓(xùn)教學(xué)中教師和學(xué)生所出現(xiàn)的問題,從教學(xué)的整體性來論述,具體將教師的科學(xué)教學(xué)方法和合理的訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃安排,以及學(xué)生對自我生理認(rèn)識(shí)的加強(qiáng),進(jìn)行一個(gè)較為完整的解決措施闡述。結(jié)論,總結(jié)性的對全文進(jìn)行一個(gè)綜合概述。

It is a dance of the body "cloud water" art, so teachers and students to master the first dance elements is the body of the cognition, and systematic training in the premise of familiar with the body structure. Based on the scientific impact factor for the ballet training guide, this thesis combines the dance science training theory, the scientific knowledge can be applied into ballet training course of dance teaching in China, the paper a more appropriate and feasible. Therefore, this paper is based on the practice of ballet basic training teaching. This paper is divided into the introduction, four chapters and conclusion, a total of six parts, according to the score structure in this paper. The four chapters, the first chapter, elaborated the concept, in the beginning of this clear three confusing key Words, dance training, dance dance science, scientific training theory, and focusing on the definition of the "dance science training theory" in all aspects, that is to grasp the physiological structure of the human body and human motion law as the premise, shaping the inner body muscle can increase and the external shape of the students. The second chapter the teacher of ballet training in the teaching of "training" and students "practice" existing problems are put forward and analyzed. In Chapter third, the theory of scientific training applied to dance ballet training teaching, the lower limb muscle and joint use of science as the main elaboration object, for example, is a student in the actual operation process ballet training in science. The fourth chapter is the core part of the thesis, with the methods of dance theory of scientific training to solve the teachers and students in the teaching of ballet training problems, from the whole teaching This paper will discuss a concrete solution to teachers' scientific teaching methods and reasonable training plan, as well as students' self physiological understanding.
