【摘要】:諸葛八卦村位于浙江省蘭溪市,是中國(guó)現(xiàn)存諸葛亮后裔最大聚居村落,歷史十分悠久,歷史記載完整,現(xiàn)存古村落面貌完好,無(wú)論是村落建筑、古道池塘這樣的不可移動(dòng)文物,還是民俗、禮儀等以精神文化形式存在的,傳承性極強(qiáng)的非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn),在諸葛八卦村都得到了妥善的保護(hù)。近些年,隨著世界性經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,人口的迅速增長(zhǎng),對(duì)于古村落的保護(hù)一直都和人民日益增長(zhǎng)的物質(zhì)需求之間存在強(qiáng)烈的矛盾。古村落是"活的"文物化石,對(duì)建筑學(xué)、人類學(xué)、考古學(xué)、民族學(xué)等學(xué)科都有重要的研究?jī)r(jià)值,其價(jià)值不僅在于"形",更重在"氣韻",一旦消失將無(wú)法復(fù)制,所以對(duì)于古村落的保護(hù)迫在眉睫。我國(guó)一直被稱為"華夏古國(guó)",因此對(duì)于古村落保護(hù)尤為重視!吨腥A人民共和國(guó)文物保護(hù)法》將歷史街區(qū)、村落、古鎮(zhèn)等定義為"不可移動(dòng)文物",對(duì)其進(jìn)行保護(hù)!秶(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于加強(qiáng)文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)的通知》明確指出可移動(dòng)文物、不可移動(dòng)文物以及非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)方法。2008年,國(guó)務(wù)院下發(fā)《歷史文化名城名鎮(zhèn)名村保護(hù)條例》,標(biāo)志著我國(guó)的不可移動(dòng)文物保護(hù)工作全面實(shí)行法制化管理、責(zé)任性保護(hù),走上了規(guī)范化道路。本文的材料來(lái)源主要來(lái)自兩個(gè)方面:首先,通過(guò)閱讀并整理《諸葛村志》《蘭溪縣志》《蘭溪市志》等文獻(xiàn)材料,整理出諸葛村后裔的譜系傳承以及后裔遷徙的來(lái)龍去脈,了解諸葛八卦村的形成與發(fā)展。其次,結(jié)合實(shí)地調(diào)查收集了關(guān)于諸葛八卦村的當(dāng)下保護(hù)的現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問(wèn)題。希望可以分析出諸葛八卦村古村落保護(hù)較為成功的原因,給其他地方的古村落保護(hù)以借鑒,對(duì)我國(guó)古村落的保護(hù)工作有所啟發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Located in Lanxi City, Zhejiang Province, Zhuge Baao Village is the largest settlement village of the descendants of Zhuge Liang in China. It has a very long history, complete historical records, and the existing ancient villages have intact features. Whether they are village buildings or ancient road ponds, they are immovable cultural relics.Folklore, etiquette and other forms of spiritual culture, strong inheritance of intangible cultural heritage, in Zhuge Bagua Village have been properly protected.In recent years, with the rapid development of the world economy and the rapid growth of the population, there is a strong contradiction between the protection of the ancient villages and the increasing material needs of the people.Ancient villages are "living" fossils of cultural relics, which have important research value in architecture, anthropology, archaeology, ethnology and other disciplines. Their value lies not only in "form", but also in "charm". Once it disappears, it cannot be copied.Therefore, the protection of ancient villages is imminent.China has always been called the "ancient country of China," so it pays particular attention to the protection of ancient villages. The Law on the Protection of Cultural relics of the people's Republic of China places historical blocks and villages,Ancient towns are defined as "immovable cultural relics" and protected. The State Council's Circular on strengthening the Protection of Cultural Heritage clearly points out the methods for the protection of movable cultural relics, immovable cultural relics and intangible cultural heritage. In 2008,The "regulations on the Protection of famous towns and villages in Historical and Cultural cities" issued by the State Council symbolize the comprehensive implementation of legalization management and responsible protection in the work of protecting unmovable cultural relics in our country, and the road of standardization has been taken.The material sources of this paper mainly come from two aspects: first, through reading and sorting out the literature materials such as Zhuge Village Records, Lanxi County Records, Lanxi City Records, and so on, the genealogical inheritance and migration of the descendants of Zhuge Village have been sorted out.Understand the formation and development of Zhuge Bagua Village.Secondly, the paper collects the status quo and existing problems of protection of Zhuge Bagua Village by field investigation.It is hoped that the reasons for the success of the protection of the ancient villages in Zhuge Bagua Village can be analyzed, which can be used as a reference for the protection of the ancient villages in other places and enlighten the protection work of the ancient villages in our country.
