【摘要】："學(xué)藝員"是日本詞語概念,指在博物館及美術(shù)館中從事資料收集、保管、展示等相關(guān)專業(yè)性工作的人員。在日本學(xué)界,對學(xué)藝員、策展人、獨立策展人的概念不斷被討論,這些專業(yè)人員的作用和影響力被社會廣泛地認(rèn)識接受。本論文研究的對象是"學(xué)藝員制度",其真正成形始于二十世紀(jì)50年代,它不是一種封閉的制度,而是從多層面介入,對人員進行規(guī)范化的制度。對學(xué)藝員制度的研究與考察主要從"學(xué)藝員制度的歷史維度"、"學(xué)藝員制度的法律基礎(chǔ)"、"學(xué)藝員制度與機構(gòu)組織"、"學(xué)藝員制度與大學(xué)教育"、"學(xué)藝員到策展人的轉(zhuǎn)向"等方向深入,闡釋"學(xué)藝員"在博物館機構(gòu)歷史、博物館法及相關(guān)法律、美術(shù)館組織與管理、學(xué)院專業(yè)教育、展覽體制中被規(guī)范化的過程。同時,學(xué)藝員制度也通過學(xué)藝員及研究者的自覺與反思進行著修正與變革。對專業(yè)人員進行培養(yǎng)與規(guī)范的制度確立不僅對學(xué)藝員產(chǎn)生影響,而且確保機構(gòu)功能的傳達。本文從制度研究角度出發(fā),以政策法律及相關(guān)研究文獻為基礎(chǔ),使用語義學(xué)、制度研究、機構(gòu)管理、分析比較等研究方法,深入觀察并探討日本美術(shù)博物館學(xué)藝員制度的形成過程、發(fā)展變革、特征及問題,從而為中國的美術(shù)館"策展人"制度和人員培養(yǎng)與規(guī)范化,找尋制度建設(shè)的普遍規(guī)律,提供現(xiàn)實的參照依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The term "student artist" is a Japanese term for people who work in museums and galleries to collect, keep, display and other relevant professional work. In Japanese academia, the concept of a student artist, a curator, and an independent curator has been constantly discussed. The role and influence of these professionals have been widely recognized and accepted by the society. The object of this paper is the system of "learned artistes", which began to take shape in 1950s. It is not a closed system, but a multi-level intervention. The research and investigation on the system of students and artistes are mainly based on the historical dimension of the system, the legal basis of the system, the system and the organization of the artistes, the system of the artistes and the university teaching. Education, "the turn from the Arts to the curator," and so on. Explain the process of standardization of "art artists" in the history of museum institutions, museum law and related laws, the organization and management of art galleries, college professional education, and the exhibition system. The system of artistes is also revised and reformed through the conscious and introspection of the artists and researchers. The establishment of the system of training and standardizing the professional personnel not only has an impact on the students of the arts. And to ensure the transmission of institutional functions. This paper, from the perspective of institutional research, based on policy and law and related research literature, uses research methods such as semantics, institutional research, institutional management, analysis and comparison, etc. The formation process, development change, characteristics and problems of Japanese art museology art art system are deeply observed and discussed, so as to find out the general rules of system construction for the training and standardization of curators and personnel in Chinese art galleries. Provide a reference to reality.
