大學(xué)生對招聘網(wǎng)頁注意偏好的眼動研究

【摘要】:時下,網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職已經(jīng)發(fā)展為大學(xué)生尋找心儀工作的主要手段。隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職得愈發(fā)火熱,網(wǎng)頁設(shè)計的重要性也隨之提高。作為網(wǎng)頁設(shè)計的核心,網(wǎng)頁的空間位置布局則逐漸成為了近年來必不可少的研究熱點(diǎn)。研究采用眼動技術(shù),探討搜索結(jié)果列表頁面(簡稱搜索頁面)和職位信息展示頁面(簡稱職位頁面)的相應(yīng)內(nèi)容的空間位置、檢索詞的呈現(xiàn)方式、排版方式等對大學(xué)生瀏覽招聘網(wǎng)頁的注意偏好的影響。并提出以下幾個假設(shè):(1)檢索結(jié)果的空間位置對搜索頁面的注意偏好會產(chǎn)生顯著影響;(2)檢索詞的呈現(xiàn)方式對搜索頁面的注意偏好影響顯著;(3)排版方式對職位頁面的注意偏好會產(chǎn)生顯著影響;(4)存在一種最佳的排版方式能夠使得招聘網(wǎng)頁既能滿足企業(yè)招聘的需求,又能提升大學(xué)生求職者的用戶體驗。實驗1探究的是大學(xué)生對搜索結(jié)果列表頁面注意偏好的眼動情況。通過改變檢索結(jié)果的空間位置以及檢索詞的呈現(xiàn)方式,來探究大學(xué)生對各自不同的注意偏好。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):檢索結(jié)果的空間位置對搜索頁面的注意偏好具有顯著影響,用戶對于搜索頁面的上方位置的注意偏好要高于中間位置,而對中間位置的注意偏好又高于下方位置;檢索詞的呈現(xiàn)方式對搜索頁面的注意偏好是沒有產(chǎn)生顯著影響的。實驗2探究的是大學(xué)生對職位信息展示頁面的注意偏好的眼動情況。通過改變排版方式,來探究大學(xué)生對各自不同的注意偏好,并進(jìn)一步了解每種排版方式內(nèi)部各位置對被試注意偏好的影響。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):排版方式對職位頁面的注意偏好沒有顯著影響;在順序型排版內(nèi)部,空間位置布局對于招聘網(wǎng)站職位頁面的注意偏好具有顯著影響,被試的關(guān)注度由高到低是職位頁面上方、中上方、中下方、下方;在田型排版內(nèi)部,空間位置布局對職位頁面的注意偏好具有顯著影響,被試最關(guān)注的是職位頁面左上方的位置,其次是右上和左下的位置,最不關(guān)注的就是右下方的位置了;谝陨涎芯拷Y(jié)果,得出結(jié)論:空間位置對搜索結(jié)果列表頁面的注意偏好會產(chǎn)生顯著影響,其中搜索頁面頂部位置的受關(guān)注度最高;空間位置對職位信息展示頁面的注意偏好具有顯著影響,其中,在順序型排版的職位頁面內(nèi)部,被試最關(guān)注的是頂部的位置,在田型排版的職位頁面內(nèi)部,被試最關(guān)注的是左上方的位置。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, online job search has become the main means for college students to find their favorite job. With the increasing popularity of online job search, the importance of web design has also increased. As the core of web design, The spatial layout of web pages has gradually become an indispensable research hotspot in recent years. This paper discusses the spatial location of the corresponding contents of the search results list page (abbreviated as search page) and the post information display page (abbreviated as position page), and the presentation of the key words. The influence of typography on the attention preference of college students to browse the recruitment page is also presented. The following assumptions are put forward: the spatial location of the search results has a significant effect on the attention preference of the search page. The attention preference of search pages has a significant impact on the attention preference of job pages. (4) there is a best layout way to make the recruitment pages meet the recruitment needs of enterprises. Experiment 1 explores the eye movement of college students' attention to search results list pages. By changing the spatial position of the search results and the presentation of the key words, The results showed that the spatial location of retrieval results had a significant impact on the attention preference of the search page, and the user's attention preference for the top position of the search page was higher than that in the middle position. The attention preference of the middle position is higher than that of the lower position. The presentation of search words had no significant effect on the attention preference of search page. Experiment 2 explored the eye movement of college students' attention preference to job information display page. To explore the different attention preferences of college students, and to further understand the influence of different positions in each typesetting mode on the attention preference of the subjects. The results show that the typesetting style has no significant effect on the attention preference of job pages; Within sequential typesetting, the spatial layout has a significant impact on the attention preference of the job page of the recruitment website. The participants' attention from high to low is the top, the middle, the middle and the bottom of the position page. The spatial layout has significant influence on the attention preference of the position page. The participants pay most attention to the position of the position page at the upper left, the next to the top right and the lower left, and the least to the position at the lower right. Based on the above results, It is concluded that spatial location has significant influence on the attention preference of search results list pages, among which the top position of the search page has the highest attention level, and the spatial location has significant influence on the attention preference of the post information display page, among which, the spatial location has a significant effect on the attention preference of the post information display page. In the sequential layout of the post page, the subjects are most concerned about the top position, in the Tian typesetting position page, the subjects are most concerned about the position in the upper left.
