【摘要】：伯納德·馬拉默德(1914-1986)是著名的美國猶太裔小說家,他的作品具有強烈的現(xiàn)實主義精神�！兜陠T》是馬拉默德代表作之一。店主莫里斯一生困苦,但信仰堅定,堅持人性的真、善、美,雖然沒有獲得物質上的成功,卻完成了精神上的自我救贖,撫平了精神創(chuàng)傷。他以自己的信念和品格影響到女兒海倫和流浪漢弗蘭克,幫助他們實現(xiàn)了道德提升。通過莫里斯、海倫和弗蘭克的創(chuàng)傷復原之路,馬拉默德的這部作品體現(xiàn)了撫平生命缺失、修復人生創(chuàng)傷的重要性。本論文運用赫爾曼的創(chuàng)傷與復原理論,從創(chuàng)傷事件、創(chuàng)傷癥狀和創(chuàng)傷復原三個方面分析了《店員》中店主莫里斯、店員弗蘭克和店主女兒海倫三個主要人物的創(chuàng)傷。本論文根據創(chuàng)傷的基本定義和創(chuàng)傷事件揭示了悲慘童年,家庭貧困,愛情受挫等小說中人物遭受創(chuàng)傷的原因,描述了他們遭受創(chuàng)傷后諸如回避、解離、焦慮、閃回、記憶侵擾、禁閉畏縮、過度警覺等各種應激表現(xiàn),最后運用創(chuàng)傷和復原的理論中創(chuàng)傷修復的基本方式探討了人物通過重建安全感、回顧與哀悼、再創(chuàng)人際關系三種主要途徑修復不同創(chuàng)傷癥狀的過程。從創(chuàng)傷理論的角度來研究文學作品,有助于我們加深對于書中人物及其經歷的理解,深入體會創(chuàng)傷人物的內心世界,能夠對作品中所涉及的社會歷史背景有更為全面和深刻的認識。本論文的研究突破了以往從歷史、民族、文化、社會和集體等宏觀角度解讀馬拉默德作品中創(chuàng)傷的局限,從受創(chuàng)者所經歷的創(chuàng)傷事件、受創(chuàng)后的應激表現(xiàn)以及創(chuàng)傷的主要修復途徑三個方面更加具體細致地闡釋了馬拉默德作品中的創(chuàng)傷與復原,為以后分析馬拉默德其他作品中人物的創(chuàng)傷與復原提供了一個新思路。
[Abstract]:Bernard Malamud (1914-1986) is a famous Jewish American novelist whose works have a strong sense of realism. The shop assistant is one of Malamud's masterpieces. Beauty, though he has not achieved material success, has completed spiritual self-salvation and healed the wound. He influenced his daughter Helen and Tramp Frank with his own faith and character. To help them achieve moral advancement. Through Morris, Helen, and Frank's path to recovery, Malamud's work shows how to heal the loss of life. This paper uses Herman's theory of trauma and recovery to analyze shopkeeper Maurice, from three aspects of trauma events, trauma symptoms and wound recovery. According to the basic definition of trauma and trauma events, this paper reveals the causes of trauma in novels such as tragic childhood, poor family, frustrated love and so on. Describing their post-traumatic symptoms such as avoidance, dissociation, anxiety, flashback, memory intrusion, confinement, over-alertness, etc. Finally, using the theory of trauma and rehabilitation, the basic ways of wound healing are used to explore the characters' reestablishment of security, review and mourning. To study literary works from the perspective of trauma theory is helpful for us to deepen our understanding of the characters and their experiences in the book and to deeply understand the inner world of the traumatized characters. This paper breaks through the limitations of interpreting Malamud's works from historical, ethnic, cultural, social and collective perspectives. The trauma and recovery in Malamud's works are explained more concretely from three aspects: the traumatic events the post-traumatic stress and the main ways to repair the trauma. It provides a new way to analyze the trauma and recovery of Malamud's other characters.
