體裁教學(xué)法在高中英語閱讀教學(xué)中的行動(dòng)研究

【摘要】:閱讀在英語學(xué)習(xí)中扮演重要角色。傳統(tǒng)的閱讀教學(xué)更多注重文本中單詞和語法的解讀,然而閱讀教學(xué)效果并非樂觀。自20世紀(jì)80年代起,體裁教學(xué)法在世界范圍內(nèi)廣受歡迎;谥攸c(diǎn)了解選擇的文本類型的體裁和體裁分析相關(guān)知識(shí),研究者做了將體裁教學(xué)法運(yùn)用到高中英語閱讀教學(xué)中的行動(dòng)研究。本研究的三個(gè)研究問題為:1.體裁教學(xué)法對(duì)高中學(xué)生閱讀學(xué)習(xí)有哪些影響?2.在應(yīng)用體裁教學(xué)法的過程中遇到了哪些問題?3.如何解決這些問題來使體裁教學(xué)更為有效?整個(gè)研究過程包含2輪行動(dòng)研究,共歷時(shí)4個(gè)月。研究對(duì)象為沈陽市第十中學(xué)高二八班的45名學(xué)生,每一輪行動(dòng)研究包括:“提出問題”、“制定研究計(jì)劃”、“實(shí)施研究計(jì)劃”、“反思與評(píng)價(jià)”幾個(gè)步驟。行動(dòng)研究開始前,研究者進(jìn)行了一些調(diào)查,意在了解當(dāng)前閱讀教學(xué)狀況并發(fā)現(xiàn)存在哪些方面的問題,然后她嘗試將以體裁為基礎(chǔ)的教學(xué)方法運(yùn)用到課堂中。教師對(duì)不同體裁文章的特點(diǎn)和模式分別進(jìn)行了講解和演示,并給出了一些課例和教學(xué)過程的詳細(xì)說明。在第二輪行動(dòng)研究中,研究者根據(jù)第一輪行動(dòng)研究的結(jié)果和出現(xiàn)的問題調(diào)整了行動(dòng)計(jì)劃。她將教學(xué)過程從演繹變?yōu)闅w納過程,并在閱讀前向?qū)W生們介紹相關(guān)背景及文化知識(shí),此外,研究者還加強(qiáng)了學(xué)生的閱讀練習(xí),并將最后的一步由對(duì)相似文章的分析轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橥w裁仿寫。而后,她又將體裁教學(xué)法應(yīng)用于英語閱讀教學(xué)中,以解決問題,使閱讀教學(xué)更有效。閱讀理解測(cè)驗(yàn)及問卷所搜集到的數(shù)據(jù)分析是通過SPSS軟件來進(jìn)行的,此外,作者還對(duì)一些學(xué)生進(jìn)行了訪談來了解他們對(duì)此教學(xué)法的態(tài)度及看法。研究結(jié)果表明,該方法對(duì)提高學(xué)生的閱讀學(xué)習(xí)有積極的作用,這是一個(gè)提高高中生閱讀體裁分析意識(shí)的有效工具。學(xué)生對(duì)此法表現(xiàn)出積極的態(tài)度。這種方法有效地激發(fā)了學(xué)生的閱讀興趣,這反過來又可能會(huì)增加學(xué)生的信心,形成良好的閱讀習(xí)慣,在閱讀時(shí)綜合使用各種不同的閱讀策略。由于時(shí)間限制和另外一些原因,本研究仍存在一些不足,例如,實(shí)驗(yàn)樣本小、時(shí)間短等。因此,這些均有待日后進(jìn)一步完善。
[Abstract]:Reading plays an important role in English learning. The traditional teaching of reading pays more attention to the interpretation of words and grammar in the text, but the effect of reading teaching is not optimistic. Since 1980s, Genre teaching method is popular all over the world. Based on the emphasis of understanding the selected text type of genre and genre analysis of relevant knowledge, The researcher has done an action study on applying genre-based approach to English reading teaching in senior high school. The three research questions in this study are: 1. What is the effect of genre-based approach on the reading learning of senior high school students? 2. What problems have been encountered in the application of genres? 3. How to solve these problems to make genre teaching more effective? The whole research process consisted of two rounds of action research, which lasted for four months. The subjects were 45 students from senior class 8 grade 2 students of 10th Middle School in Shenyang. Each round of action research includes: "ask questions," "develop research plans," "implement research plans," "reflect and evaluate." In order to understand the current situation of reading teaching and find out the problems, she tries to apply the genre-based teaching method to the classroom. The teacher explains and demonstrates the characteristics and models of different genres. In the second round of action research, the researcher adjusts the action plan according to the results of the first round of action research and the problems that arise. She turns the teaching process from deduction to inductive process. The students were introduced to the background and cultural knowledge before reading. In addition, the researchers strengthened the students' reading practice, and changed the last step from the analysis of similar articles to that of similar genres. She also applies genre-based approach to English reading teaching in order to solve problems and make reading teaching more effective. Reading comprehension tests and data analysis collected from questionnaires are conducted through SPSS software. The author also conducted interviews with some students to find out their attitudes and views on the teaching method. The results show that the method has a positive effect on improving students' reading learning. This is an effective tool to improve the awareness of reading genre analysis among high school students. Students show a positive attitude towards this method. This method effectively stimulates students' interest in reading, which in turn may increase students' confidence. To form a good reading habit and to use a variety of reading strategies when reading. Due to time constraints and other reasons, this study still has some shortcomings, such as small experimental samples, short time, and so on. These are to be further improved in the future.
