【摘要】：J.R.R.托爾金的《魔戒》作為史詩奇幻小說的扛鼎之作,開創(chuàng)了新的小說類型。近年來,國內(nèi)對《魔戒》的研究已初具規(guī)模,且呈現(xiàn)出多元縱深的趨勢;但對《魔戒》的敘事研究,大多停留在弗萊的"U型"敘事結(jié)構(gòu)的討論上,缺乏對小說空間敘事問題的思考。本論文以"空間"為突破口,借助空間敘事理論,對《魔戒》所塑造的龐大空間進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究,以期能為《魔戒》系列小說開拓出新的研究視角。本論文分緒論、正文、結(jié)語三部分。緒論簡要對作者生平、國內(nèi)外對《魔戒》的研究情況、空間敘事學(xué)的發(fā)展情況等進(jìn)行簡要說明,并提出本論文的行文框架。正文由三部分組成,第一部分直接切入作品,詳細(xì)分析托爾金筆下塑造的眾多空間的不同敘事功能:其一,以"門"這一空間元素探討空間由封閉走向聯(lián)合,夏爾作為故事開始與結(jié)束的地方,構(gòu)成了小說主人們心中的"神圣空間"。其二,小說中塑造的"中土世界"這一空間不僅是地理場景,也同樣作為時(shí)間的參照物來安排小說情節(jié)線索、推動敘事進(jìn)程。第二部分從文本外圍入手,深入分析了《魔戒》敘事視點(diǎn)和結(jié)構(gòu)上的"空間"特點(diǎn),小說中敘述人眾多,因而產(chǎn)生了多聲齊鳴的空間效果,每位敘事者觀察視角不同,從而形成了小說視角上散點(diǎn)透視的敘事總體特征。又因小說主次線索交錯推進(jìn),形成了"中國套盒"式的空間敘事結(jié)構(gòu)和迭代式的敘事方式。至此,論文從內(nèi)外圍系統(tǒng)的分析了《魔戒》的文本空間效果即文本背后的空間敘事技法。第三部分結(jié)合托爾金的"善災(zāi)"論,分析其小說空間敘事背后所追尋的秩序意識�！赌Ы洹匪尸F(xiàn)的空間與現(xiàn)實(shí)世界相距甚遠(yuǎn),但這正是對現(xiàn)實(shí)的關(guān)切,希望能站在時(shí)空之外,回到一個有魅力的世界中;在"復(fù)魅"的基礎(chǔ)上,小說文本層面也尋回了以傳統(tǒng)文學(xué)為根基的"秩序",托爾金借助對英雄形象的重新塑造和對基督教"末世論"的深入理解最終在文本中建構(gòu)出龐大瑰麗的"中土世界",完成了他對恢復(fù)"秩序"的期盼和追尋。
[Abstract]:J. R. R. Tolkien's Lord of the Rings, as an epic fantasy novel, has opened up a new type of novel. In recent years, the study of Lord of the Rings in China has begun to take shape, and has shown a trend of multiple depth, but the narrative study of the Ring of the Lord of the Rings. Most of them stay on the discussion of the "U-shaped" narrative structure of Frey, and lack of thinking about the space narrative problem of the novel. This paper takes "space" as the breakthrough point and makes a systematic study of the huge space created by the Lord of the Rings with the help of the theory of spatial narration. This paper is divided into three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. The introduction is a brief introduction to the author's life and the research situation of the Ring at home and abroad. The development of spatial narratology is briefly explained, and the text frame of this thesis is put forward. The text is composed of three parts, the first part directly cuts into the works, and analyzes in detail the different narrative functions of many spaces shaped by Tolkien: first, Using the space element of "door" to explore the space from the closed to the United, Charles, as the place where the story begins and ends, constitutes the "sacred space" in the minds of the owners of the novel. The space of Middle Earth in the novel is not only a geographical scene, but also a reference of time to arrange the plot clue of the novel and promote the narrative process. The second part starts with the periphery of the text. This paper deeply analyzes the characteristics of the narrative viewpoint and structure of the Lord of the Rings. The narrator in the novel has a large number of narrators, so it has a spatial effect of multiple voices, and each narrator has a different perspective of observation. Thus forming the overall narrative characteristics of the perspective of scattered points in the novel, and the interlacing of the main and secondary clues of the novel, forming the space narrative structure and iterative narrative mode of "China set box". The paper analyzes the spatial effect of the text of the Lord of the Rings, which is the spatial narrative technique behind the text. The third part combines Tolkien's theory of "good disaster". This paper analyzes the sense of order pursued behind the space narration in his novels. The space presented by Lord of the Rings is far from the real world, but this is the concern for reality and hopes to stand outside time and space and return to a charming world. On the basis of "reenchantment", "order", which is based on traditional literature, is also found at the level of the novel text. Tolkien, with the help of the remolding of the hero image and the deep understanding of Christian "eschatology", finally constructs a huge and magnificent "middle earth" in the text. "the world", completed his hope for the restoration of "order" and the pursuit.
