【摘要】：《藻海無邊》是簡·里斯的成名作,也被視為西方現(xiàn)代主義小說重要的代表作之一,被公認(rèn)為是名作《簡·愛》的前傳,自發(fā)表以來小說中女主人公的悲慘命運(yùn)就受到了廣泛的關(guān)注。本文依據(jù)�？聦Ο偘d和權(quán)力關(guān)系理論闡述對《藻海無邊》女主人公安特瓦內(nèi)特的瘋癲進(jìn)行探討,分析其瘋癲的成因,揭示父權(quán)話語及殖民主義話語通過建構(gòu)女性瘋癲達(dá)到剝奪女性話語權(quán)的目的。首先,通過研究安特瓦內(nèi)特在父權(quán)社會中因不平等的性別關(guān)系而被父權(quán)及男權(quán)話語所操縱的經(jīng)歷及種種體現(xiàn),揭示了在父權(quán)所產(chǎn)生的支撐,維護(hù)父權(quán)社會的知識及話語的控制下,男性話語被合法化為理性話語,女性因想要爭取自由而表現(xiàn)出的不符合理性話語的種種行為被知識化為瘋癲。安特瓦內(nèi)特的瘋癲實(shí)際上是理性話語所定義的。其次,帝國主義及殖民主義權(quán)力使帝國話語及殖民話語合法化。以男主人公為代表的殖民者通過權(quán)力機(jī)制的運(yùn)作將西印度社群視為他者。作為白人殖民者的后代,安特瓦內(nèi)特又受到了當(dāng)?shù)鼐用竦呐懦狻Ｗ鳛閭�(gè)體,安特瓦內(nèi)特成為殖民與反殖民,種族主義與反種族主義張力之下的犧牲品。作為雙重他者的安特瓦內(nèi)特在父權(quán)話語及殖民主義話語雙重壓迫下的悲劇反映了西印度克里奧爾女性的命運(yùn)。
[Abstract]:The Sea of algae is a famous work by Jane Reese. It is also regarded as one of the most important masterpieces of western modernist novels, and it is recognized as a prequel to the famous novel Jane Eyre. Since the publication of the novel, the tragic fate of the heroine has received extensive attention. Based on Foucault's theory of madness and power relations, this paper probes into the madness of Antwanette, the heroine of the boundless Sea of algae. By analyzing the causes of its madness, this paper reveals that patriarchal discourse and colonial discourse achieve the purpose of depriving women of their right to speak through the construction of female madness. Through the study of the experiences and various embodiments of Ante Warnett being manipulated by patriarchal and patriarchal discourse because of the unequal gender relationship in the patriarchal society, it reveals that under the control of the knowledge and utterance of the patriarchal society, it is supported by the patriarchal power and safeguarded by the knowledge and discourse of the patriarchal society. Male discourse is legalized as rational discourse, and women's actions that are not in line with rational discourse because they want to be free are transformed into madness by knowledge. Antwanette's madness is actually defined by rational discourse. Imperialist and colonial powers legitimize imperial and colonial discourse. The colonists, represented by the hero, regard the West Indian community as the other through the operation of the power mechanism. As a descendant of the white colonists, Antwanette was rejected by the local people again. As an individual, Antwanette became a colony and an anti-colony. The tragedy of Ante Vanette under the double oppression of patriarchal discourse and colonial discourse reflects the fate of the West Indian Creole women.
