【摘要】：本文從關(guān)隴地區(qū)的政區(qū)設(shè)置為切入點(diǎn),討論兩晉之際的關(guān)隴局勢(shì)。關(guān)隴地區(qū)政區(qū)的變化體現(xiàn)了關(guān)隴地區(qū)"羌胡化"的現(xiàn)象,這是西晉末年愍帝都關(guān)中的社會(huì)背景。西晉末年愍帝于關(guān)中的依靠力量是諸賈、諸索、諸麴、諸梁。他們是關(guān)西著姓,其共同特點(diǎn)是:他們久與羌胡雜處,甚至是羌胡化了的地方大姓,一般在羌人中有很高的威信,能召合羌戎,所以擁有很大的潛在勢(shì)力。這樣的依憑力量和所面臨的外部環(huán)境,決定了愍帝政權(quán)在關(guān)中所采取的舉措,就是招撫羌戎。西晉末年,漢將劉曜攻滅西晉的行動(dòng)路線反映了西晉末曾在關(guān)中僑立郡縣的史實(shí)。僑立靈武即是后世北魏咸陽郡之靈武,位于咸陽縣東曾有的零武鄉(xiāng)處,上郡僑立于馮翊郡內(nèi),晉末僑置于關(guān)中的靈武和上郡即是為招撫羌戎而設(shè)。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the situation in Guanlong during the two Jin dynasties from the point of view of the establishment of the administrative district in Guanlong. The change of the administrative district in Guanlong reflects the phenomenon of Qiang Huhua in Guanlong. This is the social background of Guanzhong in the late period of the Western Jin Dynasty. In the late Western Jin Dynasty, Emperor min relied on the strength of the Jia, the Suo, the songs and the Zhuliang. They were the surname of the Western Guan, and their common characteristics were: they had long been with the Qiang Hu, Even the big local surnames of Qiang Hu are generally of high prestige among the Qiang people, able to summon Qiang Rong, so they have a very large potential force. This depends on strength and the external environment that they face. It was decided that the action taken by the imperial regime in Guanzhong was to caress Qiang Rong. In the last years of the Western Jin Dynasty, the line of action of Han Dynasty Liu Yao against the Western Jin Dynasty reflected the historical facts of the late Western Jin Dynasty, which had set up counties and counties in Guanzhong. Qianyang County of the Northern Wei Dynasty was the Lingwu of Qianyang County in the later period of the Northern Wei Dynasty. Located in Xianyang County once had a zero-Wuxiang, Shangjun overseas Chinese in Feng Yi County, the late Jin in Guanzhong Lingwu and Shangjun is for the caressing Qiang Rong.
