父母沖突、認(rèn)知情緒調(diào)節(jié)與初中新生社交焦慮的關(guān)系

【摘要】:青少年中社交焦慮問(wèn)題廣泛存在,影響極大,并且在青春期階段的增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)明顯高于兒童發(fā)育期。而父母關(guān)系,尤其是父母沖突關(guān)系往往是他們焦慮的主要原因,此外,由于初中新生個(gè)體認(rèn)知情緒調(diào)節(jié)的使用具有個(gè)體差異性,對(duì)于父母沖突會(huì)產(chǎn)生不同的社交焦慮反應(yīng),因此探討認(rèn)知情緒調(diào)節(jié)在初中新生感知父母沖突和社交焦慮間的關(guān)系。采用問(wèn)卷法,發(fā)放父母沖突兒童知覺(jué)量表、認(rèn)知情緒調(diào)節(jié)量表與社交焦慮量表,調(diào)查500名初中新生在父母沖突、認(rèn)知情緒調(diào)節(jié)和社交焦慮的總體狀態(tài)。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)初中新生社交焦慮水平高于常模分?jǐn)?shù),經(jīng)歷父母沖突后更多的是選擇積極認(rèn)知情緒調(diào)節(jié);(2)性別及是否獨(dú)生子女等人口學(xué)變量均在初中新生社交焦慮上不存在顯著差異,生源地存在顯著差異;(3)消極認(rèn)知情緒調(diào)節(jié)與父母沖突程度、社交焦慮呈顯著正相關(guān);積極認(rèn)知情緒調(diào)節(jié)與父母沖突解決情況、社交焦慮呈顯著正相關(guān)。通過(guò)對(duì)結(jié)果的分析,本文研究結(jié)論是初中新生對(duì)父母沖突的認(rèn)知情緒調(diào)節(jié)在父母沖突與社交焦慮之間具有中介作用。結(jié)合前人研究以及本文的研究結(jié)論提出父母應(yīng)該妥善、恰當(dāng)處理彼此沖突,學(xué)校加強(qiáng)對(duì)學(xué)生認(rèn)知情緒調(diào)節(jié)的教育,同時(shí)建立父母指導(dǎo)體系,幫助父母轉(zhuǎn)變不良教育理念等建議。
[Abstract]:Social anxiety is widespread and influential among adolescents, and the growth trend in adolescence is significantly higher than that in childbearing. Parental relationships, especially parent-conflict relationships, are often the main causes of anxiety. Because of the individual differences in the use of cognitive emotion regulation in junior high school freshmen, there are different social anxiety responses to parental conflicts. Therefore, to explore the relationship between cognitive emotion regulation and perceived parental conflict and social anxiety of junior high school freshmen. The questionnaire was used to distribute the children's perception scale of parental conflict, cognitive emotion regulation scale and social anxiety scale. A total of 500 junior high school freshmen were investigated on the general state of parental conflict, cognitive emotion regulation and social anxiety. The results showed that the social anxiety level of the junior high school freshmen was higher than that of the norm. There were no significant differences in social anxiety among junior high school freshmen, such as gender and demographic variables such as whether the only child was the only child or not. There was significant difference between the students' origin and the degree of parental conflict. There was a significant positive correlation between the negative cognitive emotion regulation and the degree of parental conflict, and a significant positive correlation between the positive cognitive emotion regulation and the parents' conflict resolution. The conclusion of this study is that the cognitive emotional regulation of parental conflict plays an intermediary role between parental conflict and social anxiety among junior high school freshmen. In combination with previous studies and the conclusions of this paper, it is suggested that parents should properly deal with each other's conflicts. The school should strengthen the education of students' cognitive emotion regulation, establish the system of parents' guidance, and help parents to change the bad educational idea and so on.
