【摘要】:《健美基礎(chǔ)入門》是一本關(guān)于體能運動方面的書籍,全書共10章,約3萬字。本論文中筆者選取的翻譯材料為《健美基礎(chǔ)入門》一書中最為重要的幾個章節(jié):第一章、第二章、第五章和第七章。自2014年5月20日起,筆者開始從大量素材中選取材料,通過各項對比和分析于6月底決定將Josh Newhouse的本書作為翻譯報告的翻譯材料。在選定材料之后的時間里,筆者通過訪問網(wǎng)站和查閱相關(guān)資料,對原文進行了深入的閱讀和分析,最終用兩個月的時間將其翻譯完畢。接著在導(dǎo)師一遍又一遍耐心地修改后,最終于2015年3月3日完成定稿。本書為操作型文本,屬于非文學(xué)性翻譯。非文學(xué)翻譯功能性強,且語言簡潔,用詞明了,不會出現(xiàn)過多強調(diào)感情色彩的詞匯和冗長的句式。因此就決定了翻譯過程中筆者在目的論的指導(dǎo)下選用適當(dāng)?shù)姆g標(biāo)準(zhǔn),其重點在于將原文所傳達的信息盡可能客觀的呈現(xiàn)給讀者,語言和形式上均盡量滿足受眾讀者需求,以達到其準(zhǔn)確性和客觀性。為此,筆者在翻譯的過程中,注重譯文的語內(nèi)連貫(intratextual coherence),盡量減少譯文中的異國情調(diào),為目的語讀者提供一種自然流暢的譯文。這就相當(dāng)于紐馬克所提出的交際翻譯(communicative translation),盡量為讀者排除閱讀或操作上的困難與障礙,使目的語讀者產(chǎn)生與原語讀者盡可能近的反應(yīng)。為了使譯文盡可能做到“信、達、雅”,筆者在翻譯過程中主要選取了倒置法、意譯法、增補法、省略法以及分合移位法來進行翻譯。在確定翻譯材料之后,筆者在翻譯前專門向體育學(xué)院的專業(yè)人士請教了如“漸進性超負荷原則”此類的專業(yè)術(shù)語,采用增補法將其專業(yè)術(shù)語加以解釋說明。還有一些詞組和句子,筆者運用意譯法,更體現(xiàn)譯入語民族特色。在整個翻譯過程中,筆者深深的體會到翻譯的藝術(shù)。作為一門交叉學(xué)科,翻譯涉及的領(lǐng)域之廣,可謂“雜學(xué)”。因此,這就需要筆者務(wù)必在今后的日子里,不斷開闊自己的眼界、拓寬自己的知識面,多做雜覽功夫,慢慢的日積月累,逐步達到熟能生巧。
[Abstract]:Introduction to the fundamentals of physical Fitness is a book on physical exercise, which consists of 10 chapters. The translation materials selected in this thesis are the most important chapters in the book "introduction to the fundamentals of physical Fitness": chapter one, Chapter two, Chapter 5th and Chapter 7th. Since May 20th 2014. The author began to choose materials from a large number of materials. Through various comparisons and analyses, it was decided at the end of June to use Josh Newhouse's book as the translation material for the translation report. Through visiting the website and consulting the relevant materials, the author read and analyzed the original text in depth, and finally completed the translation in two months. Then, after the tutor had patiently revised it over and over again. The final version was finalized in March 3rd 2015. The book is an operational text, which is a non-literary translation. Non-literary translation is functional, concise and clear. There will not be too many emotional words and long sentence patterns, so the author chooses appropriate translation criteria under the guidance of Skopos theory in the process of translation. The focus is to present the original information to the readers as objectively as possible, both in language and form to meet the needs of the audience, in order to achieve its accuracy and objectivity. For this reason, the author is in the process of translation. Pay attention to the intra-linguistic coherence of the translation, and minimize the exotic tone in the translation. This is equivalent to the communicative translation proposed by Newmark. The author tries to remove the difficulties and obstacles in reading or operation for the readers, so as to make the target readers react as close as possible to the readers of the original language. In the process of translation, the author mainly selects the inversion method, the free translation method, the supplement method, the ellipsis method and the split-displacement method. Before the translation, the author specially consulted the professionals of the physical Education Institute for some professional terms such as "gradual overload principle", and explained the technical terms by adding them to explain them. There were also some phrases and sentences. The author uses the free translation method to embody the national characteristics of the target language. In the whole process of translation, the author has a deep understanding of the art of translation. As an interdisciplinary subject, translation involves a wide range of fields. Therefore, it is necessary for the author to broaden his horizons, broaden his knowledge, do more reading, slowly accumulate, and gradually achieve practice makes perfect.
