【摘要】：本報告是根據筆者選譯的《江蘇富隆實業(yè)有限公司投資計劃書》寫成的翻譯實踐報告。投資計劃書作為商業(yè)計劃書的一個分類,它是公司、企業(yè)或項目單位為了達到招商融資或階段性發(fā)展目標,在經過前期對項目科學地調研、分析、搜集與整理有關資料的基礎上,根據一定的格式和內容的具體要求而編輯整理的一個全面展示公司和項目狀況、未來發(fā)展?jié)摿εc執(zhí)行策略的書面材料,其主要意圖是遞交給投資商,以便于他們能對企業(yè)或項目做出評判,從而使企業(yè)獲得融資。其重要性不言而喻,但就目前而言,對這一類文本的翻譯研究還比較少,屬于較新的領域,仍需進行深入的了解。只有這樣,才能使相關的翻譯工作達到令人滿意的結果。本文從目的論出發(fā),在其三原則--目的原則,連貫原則以及忠實原則的基礎上,對投資計劃書的翻譯進行了詳細的分析。在對詞、句、段翻譯技巧的分析中,探討目的論對商務文本翻譯的可行性。通過對投資計劃書翻譯的研究,作者旨在使讀者更加清晰地了解商務文本的翻譯的特點,技巧以及難點等;另外,作者還希望通過自己的翻譯實踐,能夠總結出此類文本的相關特點以及應對策略,為以后其他人研究此類文本提供一點借鑒和參考,并且希望可以減少由于翻譯問題所帶來的貿易摩擦或貿易糾紛問題。
[Abstract]:This report is based on the translation of the investment plan of Jiangsu Fulong Industrial Co., Ltd. As a classification of business plan, it is a company. Enterprises or project units in order to achieve the objective of investment financing or phased development, after the early scientific investigation of the project, analysis, collection and collation of relevant information on the basis of. A comprehensive presentation of the company and project status, future development potential and implementation strategy based on specific requirements of the format and content, with the main intention of submitting to the investor. So that they can judge the enterprise or project, so that the enterprise can obtain the financing. Its importance is self-evident, but at present, the translation study of this kind of text is relatively few, belong to a relatively new field. Only in this way can the relevant translation work achieve satisfactory results. This paper proceeds from the Skopos Theory and puts forward its three principles-Skopos principle. On the basis of the principle of coherence and faithfulness, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the translation of investment plans. This paper discusses the feasibility of Skopos theory in the translation of business texts. Through the study of the translation of investment plans, the author aims to make the readers understand more clearly the characteristics, skills and difficulties of the translation of business texts. In addition, the author also hopes that through his own translation practice, the author can sum up the relevant characteristics and coping strategies of this kind of text, so as to provide some reference and reference for others to study this kind of text in the future. It also hopes to reduce trade frictions or trade disputes caused by translation problems.
