【摘要】：自中國的漢語教育走向海外以來,越來越多的培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)投身于漢語國際教育市場;同時,英語作為全球公認的交際語言,也催生了火熱的英語教育培訓(xùn)。繁榮的漢語國際教育和英語教育培訓(xùn)市場都需要有穩(wěn)定的教師隊伍,這不僅僅需要第二語言教育培訓(xùn)市場監(jiān)管部門提高管理水平,更需要切實了解對外漢語教師和外籍英語教師的內(nèi)心感受。為了促進漢語國際教育和國內(nèi)英語教育培訓(xùn)市場的規(guī)范化及良性發(fā)展,同時為了提高培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)中對外漢語教師對于自身價值乃至未來職業(yè)規(guī)劃的看法,有必要對于這兩類教師社會地位自我認同進行調(diào)查、探究其差異并找出其影響因素。本文將發(fā)展心理學(xué)和社會學(xué)中的"認同"及"布迪厄資本理論"引入第二語言教師研究,對于上海培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)中的對外漢語教師及外籍英語教師進行問卷調(diào)查,并對部分對外漢語教師進行訪談。對比這兩類教師的問卷結(jié)果,并使用SPSS和Excel軟件進行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析。最終得出結(jié)果:對外漢語教師的社會地位認同水平高于外籍英語教師;但同時,這兩類教師在經(jīng)濟資本及文化資本上存在較大差異。對外漢語教師對于自身的經(jīng)濟資本和文化資本的滿意度遠低于外籍英語教師。影響這兩類教師的自我社會地位認同水平的影響因素包括:薪資待遇,家庭住房和教育背景。在此基礎(chǔ)上,我們提出了相應(yīng)的建議:提高上海培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)中對外漢語教師的社會地位自我認同,需要從中國政府和對外漢語教師個人兩方面同時入手;既要基于政策扶持、加強監(jiān)管和引導(dǎo)、營造出良好的國內(nèi)漢語國際教育市場;同時對外漢語教師也要努力提升自我文化資本和社會資本,保持自身競爭優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:Since the Chinese language education in China has gone overseas, more and more training institutions have devoted themselves to the international Chinese education market. At the same time, as a globally recognized language of communication, English has also given birth to a hot English education and training. A prosperous international Chinese education and English education and training market need to have a stable team of teachers. It is not only necessary for the second language education and training market supervision department to improve the management level. In order to promote the standardization and healthy development of the Chinese language education and the domestic English education and training market, it is necessary to understand the inner feelings of the teachers of Chinese as a foreign language and foreign English teachers. At the same time, it is necessary to investigate the social status self-identity of the two types of teachers in order to improve their views on their own value and future career planning in the training institutions. This paper explores the differences and finds out the influencing factors. This paper introduces identity and Bourdieu Capital Theory in developmental psychology and sociology into the study of second language teachers. A questionnaire survey was conducted for the teachers of Chinese as a foreign language and foreign English teachers in Shanghai training institutions, and some teachers of Chinese as a foreign language were interviewed. The results of the questionnaires were compared between the two types of teachers. SPSS and Excel software are used to analyze the data. The results show that the level of social status identity of TCFL teachers is higher than that of EFL teachers; But at the same time. There are great differences between the two types of teachers in economic capital and cultural capital. The satisfaction of TCFL teachers with their own economic capital and cultural capital is much lower than that of foreign English teachers. Factors affecting the level of identity include:. Salary package. Family housing and educational background. On this basis, we put forward the corresponding recommendations: to improve the social status of teachers of Chinese as a foreign language in Shanghai training institutions self-identification. It is necessary to start from both the Chinese government and the teachers of Chinese as a foreign language (TCFL). Based on policy support, we should strengthen supervision and guidance to create a good domestic and international Chinese education market; At the same time, teachers of Chinese as a foreign language should strive to improve their own cultural capital and social capital to maintain their own competitive advantage.
