【摘要】：辛格的動(dòng)物解放思想是環(huán)境倫理學(xué)中極為重要的理論,其理論是在工業(yè)文明對(duì)環(huán)境的破壞、反歧視運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展等歷史條件下提出的。邊沁的功利主義思想、自然價(jià)值理論為辛格的動(dòng)物解放思想提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。辛格的動(dòng)物解放思想在其整個(gè)哲學(xué)思想體系中處于十分重要的地位。對(duì)辛格哲學(xué)理論影響最深的理論是功利主義思想,其動(dòng)物解放思想也圍繞著功利主義思想展開。辛格以有無感受痛苦能力作為劃分道德權(quán)利的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以此界定應(yīng)給予所有動(dòng)物平等的道德關(guān)懷,并以利益的平等考慮原則作為對(duì)待動(dòng)物的基本原則。以上述原則為基礎(chǔ),在實(shí)踐上,辛格主張人類實(shí)現(xiàn)素食主義,建立人類與自然的新型關(guān)系。在思想上,辛格強(qiáng)烈呼吁人們摒棄物種主義的觀念,平等的對(duì)待動(dòng)物。對(duì)辛格動(dòng)物解放思想的評(píng)論,學(xué)界一向褒貶不一,眾說紛紜。就其合理性而言,辛格動(dòng)物解放思想對(duì)人類中心主義進(jìn)行了合理的反思,突破了人類中心主義的局限性,拓寬了道德哲學(xué)的關(guān)懷范圍。就其理論的缺陷而言,辛格動(dòng)物解放思想的功利主義基礎(chǔ)與平等原則相矛盾。同時(shí),動(dòng)物解放思想過于看重個(gè)體的利益,缺乏整體主義視角。就其實(shí)踐性而言,由于當(dāng)代的文化、社會(huì)以及經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的制約,辛格動(dòng)物解放思想又面臨著難以實(shí)踐的問題。雖然辛格的動(dòng)物解放思想有不足之處,但作為環(huán)境倫理學(xué)重要的理論成果之一,無論是理論上還是實(shí)踐上,都具有非常積極的意義。
[Abstract]:Singh's theory of animal emancipation is an extremely important theory in environmental ethics. The theory is put forward under the historical conditions such as the destruction of the environment by industrial civilization and the development of the anti-discrimination movement. Bentham's utilitarian thought. The theory of natural value provides the theoretical basis for Singer's animal emancipation. Singer's animal emancipation plays a very important role in the whole philosophical thought system. The most influential theory on Singer's philosophical theory is merit. The idea of profit. The thought of animal emancipation also revolved around utilitarianism. Singh used the ability to feel pain as the criterion of dividing moral rights, thus defining that all animals should be given equal moral care. And the principle of equal consideration of interests as the basic principle of the treatment of animals. Based on the above principles, in practice, Singh advocated the realization of vegetarianism and the establishment of a new relationship between human beings and nature. Singh strongly urged people to abandon the concept of species and treat animals equally. Comments on Singer's animal emancipation have always been mixed and divergent. As far as its reasonableness is concerned. Singh emancipated the mind of animals to the anthropocentrism for reasonable reflection, broke through the limits of anthropocentrism, broadened the scope of concern of moral philosophy. As far as the defects of his theory are concerned. The utilitarian basis of Singer's animal emancipation is contradictory to the principle of equality. At the same time, the animal emancipation pays too much attention to the interests of the individual and lacks the perspective of holism. As far as its practicality is concerned, because of the contemporary culture. With the restriction of social and economic development, Singh's animal emancipation is faced with the problem that is difficult to practice. Although Singh's animal emancipation thought has some shortcomings, it is one of the important theoretical achievements of environmental ethics. Both in theory and in practice, are of very positive significance.
