【摘要】：協(xié)議是交易雙方為保障各自的合法權(quán)益,經(jīng)雙方共同協(xié)商簽訂的一種書面材料。從某種程度上來說,協(xié)議是一種法律文件,具有嚴(yán)肅性和客觀性特征。協(xié)議同其他翻譯材料一樣,在翻譯的過程中,譯文不僅要翻譯的得切和完整,而且還要忠實(shí)和通順。而協(xié)議作為一種具有法律約束力的正式文件,在某些方面又區(qū)別于其他翻譯材料。從語言特點(diǎn)上講,協(xié)議的語言正式和嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)。從句子結(jié)構(gòu)上講,協(xié)議的邏輯性比較強(qiáng),常常是以從句套從句的形式出現(xiàn)。此外,協(xié)議中涉及大量術(shù)語,如:金融類、保險類和法律類。因此,在翻譯協(xié)議的過程中,譯者除了要具備基本的翻譯能力以外,還需要掌握一些法律和協(xié)議方面的知識。同時,積累金融、保險、法律方面的術(shù)語以及學(xué)習(xí)協(xié)議翻譯的一些官方表達(dá)也是必要的。本翻譯報告是由普潤斯產(chǎn)業(yè)私營有限公司作為授予人和橡樹全球金融服務(wù)私營有限公司作為被擔(dān)保方于2014年所簽訂的一份一般安全協(xié)議。協(xié)議中清晰地規(guī)定出授予人和被擔(dān)保方各自的權(quán)利與義務(wù)。本翻譯報告分為四個部分對協(xié)議做進(jìn)一步的分析,即:第一部分是對翻譯任務(wù)的介紹,包括翻譯文本的來源、文本內(nèi)容的基本介紹以及其意義。第二部分介紹了翻譯過程,其中包括譯前準(zhǔn)備和翻譯報告的修改過程。在譯前準(zhǔn)備部分中著重介紹了翻譯文本的特點(diǎn),文本中出現(xiàn)的術(shù)語和以“目的論”為翻譯的理論指導(dǎo)。第三部分介紹了翻譯的難點(diǎn)、案例分析和一些翻譯方法,如:順譯法、逆譯法、增譯法等。第四部分介紹了翻譯實(shí)踐總結(jié)和譯者今后應(yīng)該怎樣做以提高翻譯能力。
[Abstract]:Agreement is a kind of written material signed by both parties through mutual consultation in order to protect their legitimate rights and interests. To some extent, the agreement is a kind of legal document. It is characterized by seriousness and objectivity. The agreement is similar to other translation materials. In the process of translation, the translation should not only be accurate and complete. The agreement, as a legally binding official document, is in some ways different from other translation materials. The language of the agreement is formal and rigorous. In terms of sentence structure, the agreement is more logical, often in the form of a set of clauses. In addition, the agreement involves a large number of terms, such as finance. Therefore, in the process of translation agreement, the translator should not only have the basic translation ability, but also have some knowledge of law and agreement. At the same time, he should accumulate finance and insurance. Legal terminology and some official expressions of the learning agreement translation are also necessary. This translation report is to be taken on by Prussian Industries Pte. Ltd. As the consignor and Oak Global Financial Services Pte. Ltd. A general security agreement signed by the parties on 2014. The agreement clearly sets out the respective rights and obligations of the grantee and the insured. This translation report is divided into four parts to make further analysis of the agreement. The first part introduces the translation task, including the source of the translated text, the basic content of the text and its significance. The second part introduces the translation process. It includes the process of pretranslation preparation and the revision of the translation report. In the part of pretranslation preparation, the features of the translated text are emphatically introduced. The third part introduces the difficulties of translation, case analysis and some translation methods, such as the following translation method, inverse translation method. Part 4th introduces the summary of translation practice and what translators should do in the future in order to improve their translation competence.
