【摘要】：第二次世界大戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后,在國際政治安全局勢和國內(nèi)社會經(jīng)濟的綜合作用下,蘇聯(lián)軍事工業(yè)體系的發(fā)展進入了新的階段。在1945-1949年間,蘇聯(lián)軍事工業(yè)體系的發(fā)展主要有兩個任務,一是建立和發(fā)展發(fā)展核力量,以對抗美國和西方資本主義陣營,而是進行武器裝備系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)代化升級,以應對戰(zhàn)后世界軍備更新?lián)Q代。通過管理體制改革和武器裝備生產(chǎn)的現(xiàn)代化升級,蘇聯(lián)軍事工業(yè)基本完成了這兩個任務,建立并壯大了其軍事工業(yè)綜合體,為此后蘇聯(lián)軍事力量和安全體系的發(fā)展奠定了基礎。蘇聯(lián)軍事工業(yè)綜合體兼具政治影響和經(jīng)濟影響,結(jié)合了蘇聯(lián)國家行政機關、軍事力量、科學技術(shù)、工業(yè)實體乃至大國意識形態(tài)等各種社會資源,是蘇聯(lián)國家建制和社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展進程中根本性的機構(gòu)因素之一。
[Abstract]:After the end of the second World War, under the comprehensive action of the international political security situation and the domestic social economy, the development of the Soviet military industrial system entered a new stage. The development of the Soviet military industrial system has two main tasks. One is to establish and develop nuclear forces to confront the capitalist camp of the United States and the West, but to carry out the modernization and upgrading of the weapons and equipment system. Through the reform of the management system and the modernization of the production of weapons and equipment, the Soviet military industry basically completed these two tasks and established and strengthened its military-industrial complex. It laid a foundation for the development of the Soviet military force and security system. The Soviet military-industrial complex had both political and economic influence, combined with the Soviet state administration, military power, science and technology. All kinds of social resources, such as industrial entity and ideology of big country, are one of the fundamental institutional factors in the process of the development of the state system and social economy in the Soviet Union.
