【摘要】：隨著中國對外開放進(jìn)程的加快以及跨文化交際的深入開展,中國與世界其他國家,尤其是英語國家之間的交流日益頻繁。電影作為最有影響力且最普及的文化傳播形式之一,已經(jīng)在跨文化交際中成為了不可或缺的媒介。而作為整個電影的眼睛,電影片名決定了觀眾對電影的第一印象。因此,電影片名的翻譯變得極為重要。目前,對英文電影片名的漢譯研究很多,但關(guān)于中文電影片名的英譯卻寥寥無幾。電影片名主要有三種功能:文化功能、信息功能和審美功能。中文電影片名的恰當(dāng)英譯,可以幫助外國觀眾了解影片的內(nèi)容,喚起其興趣,得到美的享受。本文以德國功能主義的核心理論——目的論為研究基礎(chǔ),倡導(dǎo)中文電影片名的英譯應(yīng)以觀眾為取向。目的論認(rèn)為翻譯是一種有目的的行為活動,因此電影片名的翻譯也是一種有目的的跨文化交流。從目的論的角度看,電影片名翻譯的分析可從信息、文化及美學(xué)功能的角度進(jìn)行,翻譯的方法可以采取音譯、直譯、意譯等等。從目的論的角度看,譯者可以采用任何恰當(dāng)?shù)姆g策略實現(xiàn)中文電影片名的最佳翻譯。本文在理論上驗證了目的論對中國電影片名英譯的研究具有指導(dǎo)意義,在實踐上為中國電影片名的英譯提出了更為靈活的翻譯方法。
[Abstract]:With the speeding up of the process of opening up and deepening of China intercultural communication development, Chinese and other countries of the world, especially in English speaking countries increasingly frequent exchanges between the film. As one of the most influential cultural dissemination form and the most popular, has become an indispensable medium in intercultural communication. As the film's eyes the movie title determines the audience first impression of the film. Therefore, the translation of film titles has become extremely important. At present, a lot of research on Chinese translation of English movie titles, but the translation of film titles on the Chinese is scanty. The film title has three main functions: cultural function, information function and aesthetic function Chinese film. The proper English translation can help foreign audience to understand the content of the film, arouse their interest, enjoy the beauty. This paper based on the functionalist theory -- nuclear psychology The skopos theory as the research foundation, the translation of movie titles should be advocated Chinese audience oriented. Skopostheorie translation is a purposeful activity, so the film title translation is a purposeful cross-cultural communication. From the perspective of Skopos theory, analysis of the translation of movie titles from cultural information. And the aesthetic function of the angle of the translation method can adopt transliteration, literal translation, free translation and so on. From the perspective of Skopostheorie, translators can adopt any appropriate translation strategies to achieve the best Chinese translation of film titles. This is verified in theory skopos theory has a guiding significance to the translation of film titles China, in practice on the translation of film titles for Chinese proposed a more flexible translation methods.
