【摘要】：抗日戰(zhàn)爭時期,中國共產(chǎn)黨面臨嚴峻的經(jīng)濟危機和軍事危機。為了盡快走出危機,動員一切可以動員的力量參加生產(chǎn)成為解決問題的首選。以南泥灣的成功實踐為開端,中共在各根據(jù)地發(fā)動了一場全民參與的大生產(chǎn)運動。黨、政、軍、民、學均被動員參加生產(chǎn),政府可供動員的一支潛在勞動大軍就只有“二流子”了。當時,根據(jù)地在天災人禍的共同影響下,“二流子”數(shù)量驚人,給根據(jù)地造成了嚴重的危害:經(jīng)濟方面,他們不僅不從事生產(chǎn)勞動,還妨礙生產(chǎn)活動;社會方面,他們的很多不良習慣,擾亂了社會秩序,敗壞了社會風氣;政治方面,他們很容易被敵人利用,嚴重阻礙了中共的鄉(xiāng)村社會動員。改造“二流子”,使他們改邪歸正,參加生產(chǎn),迫在眉睫。根據(jù)地政府綜合采用了多種措施對他們進行了成功的改造:解決實際困難,使他們具備參加生產(chǎn)最基本的條件;對癥下藥、感動說服,從思想上解決他們存在的問題;利用榜樣的力量,一方面是勞動英雄的力量,另一方面是改造成功的“二流子”中的榜樣的力量,激勵他們積極改造,努力向榜樣看齊,并爭當榜樣;動員社會各方面的力量來促進“二流子”的改造,一方面對頑固的“二流子”進行排擠,使他們在強大的社會輿論面前不得不洗心革面、參加生產(chǎn),另一方面對正在改造的“二流子”實行全社會的教育監(jiān)督,使得改造取得的成果得以穩(wěn)固并繼續(xù)發(fā)展。改造后的“二流子”積極投入生產(chǎn),生產(chǎn)熱情空前高漲,成為了生產(chǎn)中的一支重要力量,家庭和睦,積極擁護中國共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導,產(chǎn)生了良好的經(jīng)濟、社會、政治影響。本文以豐富史料為基礎(chǔ),對大量改造“二流子”的成功案例進行歸納整理,并運用相關(guān)的社會學、人類學和心理學的理論對改造的措施進行分析和解讀,為我國現(xiàn)在一些社會問題的解決提供了借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:During the war of resistance against Japan, the Communist Party of China was faced with a severe economic and military crisis. In order to get out of the crisis as soon as possible, mobilizing all the forces that can be mobilized to participate in the production becomes the first choice to solve the problem. The successful practice of Nanniwan start in the CPC launched a universal participation in the campaign. The party and government, the army and the people, were mobilized to participate in production, a potential labor force for the mobilization of the government is only the "hobo". At that time, according to the combined effect of the natural calamities and man-made misfortunes, "hobo" alarming number, caused serious harm to the economy:, they not only engaged in the production of labor, but also hinder the production activities; social aspects, a lot of bad habits. They disrupted the social order, corrupt social values; politics they are easily used by the enemy, seriously hindered the rural social mobilization. Transformation of "hobo", so that they participate in the production of imminent, forsake heresy and return to the truth. To the combination of a variety of measures for the successful transformation of them solve practical problems, so that they have the most basic conditions in production; and moved to persuade an antidote against the disease to solve their problems, from the thought; using the power of example, on the one hand is the hero of labor force, on the other hand is a successful transformation "hobo" in the power of example, positive transformation to motivate them, trying to emulate the example, and to become a model; mobilize all social forces to promote the "hobo" transformation, on the one hand, stubborn "two" crowding out, make them in front of a strong public opinion to turn over, in production. On the other hand, the implementation of educational supervision of the whole society is the transformation of the "hobo", the transformation of achievements to consolidate and continue to develop. After the transformation of the "hobo" actively put into production, the production of unprecedented enthusiasm, has become an important force in the production of family harmony, and actively support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the economic and social and political influence for good. This paper is based on abundant historical data, a large number of successful cases of the transformation of "hobo" are summarized, and the use of relevant social measures science, anthropology and psychology theory on the transformation of analysis and interpretation, as China is now to solve some social problems to provide reference.
