【摘要】:隨著深化改革的腳步的加快,文化領域也迎來挑戰(zhàn),今年兩會召開之時,就提出政府要轉"送菜"變"點菜",加強文化供給側改革,鼓勵群眾加入到文化活動中去。動漫領域作為文化領域里重要的組成部分,以及其所服務的對象,都使得動漫領域成為一個特殊而又極其重要的文化領域。目前,關于動漫領域的研究,多數是從經濟學角度以及產業(yè)發(fā)展的角度來看待國產動漫發(fā)展中出現的問題,從政治教育、文化領導層面來看待動漫問題的研究還鮮有涉及,對于動漫作品中出現的"文化入侵"和"政治霸權"也只是一筆帶過,保持動漫領域的"純粹性"使得大多數對于國產動漫發(fā)展的措施都流于表面,治標不治本。有句話說的好"科學是沒有國界的,但是科學家是有國籍的","動漫"本身是沒有國界的,是一種藝術形式,但是制作"動漫",宣傳"動漫",以至于那些對動漫為之著迷的一個個群體和個人,是有國界的。所以動漫的發(fā)展是不能只從經濟上,模式上來簡單的剖析和劃分,必須由表及里,從政治文化角度深入剖析動漫的發(fā)展,才能找尋其深層次的原因。而這也就是本篇論文的研究原因和行文的主要脈絡。第一章闡述論文中相關的概念,將國產動漫中出現的問題和文化領導權的缺失這一原因關聯起來。首先對研究對象的定義進行了更新:國產動漫發(fā)展中出現的問題,實際上是國產動漫文化出現了問題。而國產動漫文化是由動漫作品文化和動漫產業(yè)領域文化這兩者所組成。我們通過將國產動漫與日本動漫相比較,從發(fā)展歷程、代表作品、作品內容題材以及兩國動漫發(fā)展模式等方面對比之后得出結論:產業(yè)鏈不夠完善,許多動漫企業(yè)實際上都是在靠著國家補助過活;動漫作品內容缺乏創(chuàng)意性和低齡化,依然掣肘著中國動漫的發(fā)展,使得好的作品不敢做,做的作品不夠好;動漫產業(yè)人才問題是國產動漫發(fā)展核心問題之一,好的動漫作品不是僅僅依靠好的畫師就能夠一鳴驚人的,編劇這個角色在一部動漫作品中更是起到了不可替代的作用;模仿動漫中不當行為導致少年兒童傷亡的案件則告誡我們如何對于動漫作品的進行引導與闡釋。第二章,通過分析資料與數據,在文化領導權的角度上,從三個方面總結歸納當下國產動漫發(fā)展中出現的問題。第三章,作為研究的重點,詳述文化領導權理論對于解決國產動漫發(fā)展中出現的問題的必要性。首先從動漫文化特點以及文化領導權的主要內容上進行切入,以新動漫系統(tǒng)模型作為佐證,在目的、適用背景與適用途徑三個層面上找到了文化領導權作為"工具"去解決國產動漫發(fā)展中出現的問題以及發(fā)展動漫產業(yè)的契合點。接著,從三個方面闡述文化領導權對于解決動漫產業(yè)發(fā)展中出現的問題的必要性。第四章,結合上文的分析對"如何解決國產動漫中出現的問題"提出具體的建議:第一、架構本國的動漫產業(yè)"堡壘";第二、培養(yǎng)動漫領域的人才、專才,加強動漫從業(yè)人員中弱勢群體的話語權,這樣才可能讓其制作出優(yōu)秀的動漫領域的作品;第三、政府應扮演引導者而不是投資者,減少對質量低下的動漫公司所申報的項目的經費支持,甚至取消對其的政策性補助。綜觀述之,本論文嘗試作出如下創(chuàng)新:第一,將動漫領域的問題不僅僅當成單一的經濟模式問題來看待,而且從政治文化角度將中國動漫問題提升到了一個更高的層次。第二,文章中所提出的動漫模型也是結合近年來其他國家動漫的發(fā)展模式所推理整理出,具有相當重要的研究價值,此外,文中引用的相關數據也是最新及最有代表力的。所以本論文研究具有一定的創(chuàng)新意義和實用價值。
[Abstract]:With the accelerated pace of reform, the cultural field is also facing challenges. When the two sessions were held this year, the government proposed that the government should turn to "send vegetables" to "order dishes", strengthen the cultural supply side reform, and encourage people to join in cultural activities. The animation field, as an important part of the cultural field, and the objects it serves, makes the animation field a special and extremely important cultural field. At present, the research on the field of animation, mostly from the angle of economics and industry development perspective on the development of domestic animation problems in research to look at the animation from the political educational and cultural leadership level is rarely involved, for the animation works appeared in the "cultural invasion" and "political hegemony" is just a pen with the field of animation, keep the "pure" for making the most of domestic animation development measures are superficial, palliatives. There is a saying that "science is without borders, but scientists have nationality". "Animation" itself has no boundaries, it is an art form, but the production of "anime" and "animation", so that those who are fascinated by anime, have national boundaries. So the development of cartoon is not only from the economy, mode of simple analysis and classification, must from the angle of political culture from the outside to the inside, in-depth analysis of the development of cartoon, in order to find the deep-seated reasons. And this is the main cause of this paper and the main thread of the article. The first chapter expounds the related concepts in the paper, which is related to the problems in the domestic animation and the lack of cultural leadership. First of all, the definition of the research object is updated: the problems arising in the development of domestic animation are in fact the problem of domestic animation culture. The domestic animation culture is composed of the culture of animation works and the culture of animation industry. We will compare domestic animation and Japanese animation, draw a conclusion from the development history and representative works, the content of the works and the two themes animation development mode as well as the contrast: the industry chain is not perfect, many animation companies are actually relying on state subsidies to live; the animation works lack of creativity and younger age, is still constrained the development of China animation, the good works do not dare to do the work is not good enough; the animation industry talent problem is one of the key problems of development of domestic animation, the animation works not only on the good artist to blockbuster, the role of writers in an anime played a more irreplaceable imitation effect; improper behavior in animation, resulting in children cases were told us how to for guidance and interpretation of animation works. The second chapter, through the analysis of data and data, in the perspective of cultural leadership, from the three aspects of the current domestic animation development in the development of the problems. The third chapter, as the focus of the study, details the necessity of the theory of cultural leadership to solve the problems arising in the development of domestic animation. First, the main content from the cartoon culture characteristics and cultural hegemony on the cut, with a new animation system model as evidence, in the three aspects of application background and purpose, to find a way for the cultural leadership meeting point as the "tools" to solve the problems in the development of domestic animation and animation industry development. Then, from three aspects, the paper expounds the necessity of cultural leadership to solve the problems arising in the development of animation industry. The fourth chapter, based on the above analysis put forward specific suggestions on how to solve the problems in the emergence of domestic animation ": first, the structure of domestic animation industry" fortress "; second, training in the field of animation talents and professionals, strengthen the vulnerable groups animation practitioners in discourse, so it may be allowed to make a good in the field of animation works; third, the government should play a guide rather than investors, reduce the low quality of the animation company declared funding, or even cancel the subsidy policy. To sum up, this paper attempts to make innovations as follows: first, the problem of animation is not only viewed as a single economic mode, but also raised to a higher level from the perspective of political culture. Second, the animated model proposed in this paper is also combined with the development mode of other countries in recent years, which has important research value. Besides, the related data cited in this paper is the latest and the most representative. Therefore, the research of this paper has some innovative significance and practical value.
