Mind-Body Medicine:TCM/Modern Medicine and Emotions

研究目標(biāo):探討對(duì)心理情緒障礙即抑郁癥的不同的治療方法,包括針灸和其它傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)技術(shù)。驗(yàn)證精神和肉體之間的聯(lián)系,在病人身上施以針灸包括放血等治療方法,驗(yàn)證傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)技術(shù)在治療抑郁癥患者上的有效性。研究方法:本次研究中,總共有7位病人作為我的研究對(duì)象。對(duì)每一位病人的治療前,我都會(huì)對(duì)他們進(jìn)行傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)方面的診斷,根據(jù)他們的癥狀和身體情況判斷該病人是否適合進(jìn)行放血治療。放血療法一般來說適合用于有過盛癥狀的病人的治療方案中,而對(duì)于有虛癥的病患來說,通過常規(guī)針灸或中藥補(bǔ)益的療法才是首選的,在此之前不對(duì)病人進(jìn)行放血療法。對(duì)于抑郁癥的治療上,主要是通過放血療法來治療導(dǎo)致病患產(chǎn)生抑郁想法的根本病癥,從而達(dá)到治療抑郁癥的效果。研究結(jié)果:根據(jù)我在國醫(yī)堂參與和治療的病患情況來看,放血療法在事實(shí)上可以大大的加快氣血的運(yùn)行,消除病患體內(nèi)的不通之處。在治療病患本癥的過程中使得病患的情感得以舒緩,使氣血可以自由的流通,從而達(dá)到對(duì)抑郁癥積極的治療效果。研究結(jié)論:此次的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果可以發(fā)現(xiàn),精神和肉體之間的聯(lián)系。在通過放血療法等傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)技術(shù)治療病人在身體上的不適后,可以使病人在精神上得以放松。即傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)技術(shù)可以對(duì)抑郁癥這類精神上的...
