;撬釋μ悄虿∩窠(jīng)病變的保護作用

糖尿病已成為一個全球性的嚴重公共衛(wèi)生問題,在中國糖尿病流行形勢尤為嚴峻。糖尿病周圍神經(jīng)病變(Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy,DPN)作為糖尿病常見的并發(fā)癥之一,是一種具有對稱性、長度依賴性的感覺運動性多發(fā)性神經(jīng)病變。研究表明,50%到90%的糖尿病患者患有周圍神經(jīng)病變。因此,防治DPN已然成為了全世界重點鉆研和攻克的課題之一。目前尚沒有特效藥物能夠逆轉(zhuǎn)周圍神經(jīng)病變的進展。;撬崾且环N天然氨基酸,根據(jù)現(xiàn)有報道,它可有效對抗糖尿病引起的并發(fā)癥。因此,我們選擇它來治療糖尿病神經(jīng)病變,并探討;撬釋μ悄虿〈笫笊窠(jīng)病變的保護作用機制。本實驗分為三個部分:首先,研究;撬釋μ悄虿〈笫笊窠(jīng)病變的改善作用;其次,研究;撬釋μ悄虿〈笫笊窠(jīng)組織細胞凋亡的拮抗作用;最后,探討;撬釋μ悄虿〈笫笊窠(jīng)組織miRNA表達譜的影響。將60只SD大鼠分成2組:對照組和模型組。模型組給予STZ腹腔注射建模。建模成功后將模型組分為糖尿。―M)組、0.5%;撬幔═1)組、1%;撬幔═2)組和2%;撬幔═3)組。對照組與DM組給予正常飲食飲水,;撬崽幚斫M分別在飲用水中加入0.5%、1...
