孕婦金屬暴露與不良妊娠結(jié)局關(guān)系及遺傳因素對(duì)新生兒出生體重的影響

目的:不良妊娠結(jié)局是全球產(chǎn)科重點(diǎn)關(guān)注的問(wèn)題之一。以往流行病學(xué)研究報(bào)道與不良妊娠結(jié)局相關(guān)的因素很多,如孕婦生活方式、飲食、感染性疾病等。隨著社會(huì)工業(yè)化飛速發(fā)展,環(huán)境中金屬濃度越來(lái)越高,對(duì)人類健康的影響也愈發(fā)嚴(yán)重。由于孕婦及胎兒免疫力較弱,對(duì)外界環(huán)境敏感性較強(qiáng),環(huán)境中金屬暴露對(duì)胎兒的影響較為顯著。有流行病學(xué)研究報(bào)道,孕婦金屬暴露與不良妊娠結(jié)局有關(guān),但以往研究大多局限于一種或者幾種金屬,忽略了金屬?gòu)?fù)合暴露對(duì)不良妊娠結(jié)局的影響。環(huán)境中的金屬大多以兩種或者兩種以上復(fù)合暴露于人體,并且金屬之間存在交互作用,尤其是濃度水平較低時(shí),單個(gè)金屬暴露雖然不會(huì)引起明顯的健康效應(yīng),但多個(gè)金屬?gòu)?fù)合暴露可能會(huì)產(chǎn)生較強(qiáng)的毒物效應(yīng)。隨著基因芯片技術(shù)的推廣,近幾年與不良妊娠結(jié)局相關(guān)的全基因組外顯子多態(tài)性分析的報(bào)道逐漸增多,尤其是早產(chǎn)、妊娠期糖尿病等。然而關(guān)于單胎足月新生兒出生體重相關(guān)的全基因組外顯子多態(tài)性的研究并不多見(jiàn)。因此,本研究基于廣西出生隊(duì)列(Guangxi Birth Cohort Study,GBCS)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)及人類全基因組外顯子芯片技術(shù)的全基因組關(guān)聯(lián)分析數(shù)據(jù)(Genome-Wide Analysis,GWAS)...
