電滲經(jīng)絡(luò)傳輸動力模型之研究

【摘要】:目的:經(jīng)絡(luò)及針灸在中國傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)一直扮演著理論核心的角色。本文嘗試模擬單一穴位氣與血交互作用的現(xiàn)象外,并進(jìn)一步建立全身十四經(jīng)脈共668穴的經(jīng)絡(luò)模型,解釋經(jīng)絡(luò)循行與五行相生克之中醫(yī)理論。方法:本文從力學(xué)的觀點(diǎn)將經(jīng)絡(luò)生理與氣血運(yùn)行的非線性交互作用作一具體的機(jī)制描繪。人體經(jīng)絡(luò)線中,于小腿段處較深層骨間膜的腓側(cè)和脛側(cè)的微血管呈現(xiàn)節(jié)段性的分布,微血管密集之處與穴位點(diǎn)的位置吻合。本研究依據(jù)經(jīng)絡(luò)之此特性透過科學(xué)模式的建立并利用數(shù)值模擬的方式求解不具壓縮性的定常牛頓流體電滲流運(yùn)動的方程組,嘗試解釋復(fù)雜的經(jīng)絡(luò)生理現(xiàn)象。結(jié)果:本模式藉由引入合理的邊界條件與生理參數(shù),計算結(jié)果于經(jīng)絡(luò)的組織液流速為3.37cm/min與文獻(xiàn)中所述的小分子循經(jīng)遷移速度相符。當(dāng)改變血管壁的滲透系數(shù)與動脈端的血壓時,于經(jīng)絡(luò)在線活動的組織液,其速度增加為1.79倍,這符合針刺穴道時所引發(fā)的生理反應(yīng)。若改變組織液(經(jīng)絡(luò)線)的靜壓與入流的條件,微血管動脈端流速分別減低為0.92倍與增加為1.04倍?稍忈尅笟鉁佟古c「氣為血帥」的中醫(yī)理論。于全身十四經(jīng)脈模型中,將脾胃之壓力減半以模擬脾胃虛弱之現(xiàn)象可發(fā)現(xiàn),脾、胃經(jīng)部份的平均流速值最低。結(jié)論:本文之計算結(jié)果,經(jīng)分析后可以整理出以下的結(jié)論:(一)在經(jīng)絡(luò)在線所求得的組織液速度與文獻(xiàn)中所述的循經(jīng)小分子移動速度屬同一數(shù)量級。(二)改變動脈端的血壓時,可模擬中醫(yī)理論「氣動依血,相憑而行」的現(xiàn)象。(三)增加組織液的靜壓時,可模擬"氣滯血淤"的概念。(四)增大微血管的滲透率,同時增高微血管的靜壓之結(jié)果,符合針刺的生理現(xiàn)象。(五)透過電滲經(jīng)絡(luò)模式,可解釋于經(jīng)絡(luò)在線之電波與電流傳導(dǎo)的現(xiàn)象。(六)由數(shù)值模型研究,可清楚的繪出流場的流線、壓力、電位勢場等,更可以進(jìn)一步分析流場之動力機(jī)制。(七)藉由離子傳輸方程式之模擬,可順利地解釋針刺時肥大細(xì)胞的脫顆粒,使血管中之高離子濃度的血漿得以進(jìn)入組織液而使組織液中的離子濃度增加,使穴位產(chǎn)生電位之變化,并產(chǎn)生電波、電流傳遞之現(xiàn)象。(八)全身十四經(jīng)脈模型中表明十二正經(jīng)可表現(xiàn)出臟腑能量之高低。針刺合谷、足三里等穴,得到脾、胃、肺、大腸等經(jīng)平均流速同步加強(qiáng)的結(jié)果。此一結(jié)果,與五行相生克理論中,土克水、金克木的理論相符合。
[Abstract]:Objective: meridian and acupuncture have been playing a central role in Chinese traditional medicine. This paper attempts to simulate the interaction between blood and qi at a single acupoint, and further establish the model of meridian with total of 668 points of 14 meridians of the whole body. Explanation of TCM theory of meridian circulation and five elements. Methods: from the point of view of mechanics, this paper describes the nonlinear interaction between meridian physiology and qi and blood movement. The microvessels in the peroneal and tibial sides of the deep interosseous membrane at the lower leg showed a segmental distribution. According to the characteristics of meridians and meridians, this study solves the equations of steady Newtonian fluid electroosmotic movement without compressibility through the establishment of scientific model and numerical simulation. Try to explain the complex physiological phenomena of meridian and collaterals. Results: this model is based on the introduction of reasonable boundary conditions and physiological parameters. The results showed that the velocity of tissue fluid in meridian was 3.37cm/min consistent with the velocity of small molecule migration along meridian mentioned in the literature. When the permeability coefficient of vessel wall was changed with the blood pressure at the end of artery, the velocity of tissue fluid in meridian was increased by 1.79 times. This is in line with the physiological response caused by acupuncture. If the static pressure and inflow of tissue fluid (meridian line) are changed, The flow velocity at the end of microvascular artery decreased by 0.92 times and increased by 1.04 times respectively. It can explain the traditional Chinese medicine theory of "Qi stagnation and blood stasis" and "Qi is handsome in blood". In the model of 14 meridians of the whole body, the pressure of spleen and stomach was halved to simulate the deficiency of spleen and stomach. The mean velocity of the spleen and stomach meridians was the lowest. After analysis, the following conclusions can be concluded: (1) when the velocity of tissue fluid obtained by the meridian online is of the same order of magnitude as the speed of small molecules moving along the meridian mentioned in the literature, (2) when the blood pressure at the end of the artery is changed, The phenomenon of "Pneumatic movement according to blood" can be simulated. (3) when the static pressure of tissue fluid is increased, the concept of "Qi stagnation and blood stasis" can be simulated. (4) increase the permeability of microvessels and increase the static pressure of microvessels at the same time. According to the physiological phenomenon of acupuncture. (5) through the electroosmotic meridian pattern, it can be explained by the phenomenon of electric wave and current conduction on the meridian. (6) by the numerical model study, the streamline, pressure and potential field of the flow field can be clearly drawn. Furthermore, the dynamic mechanism of the flow field can be further analyzed. (7) by simulating the ion transport equation, the degranulation of mast cells during acupuncture can be explained successfully. Make the plasma of high ion concentration in blood vessel enter the tissue fluid, increase the ion concentration in the tissue fluid, make the acupoint produce the change of potential, and produce electric wave, The phenomenon of current transfer. (8) in the model of 14 meridians of the whole body, it is shown that the twelve meridians can show the energy of the viscera organs. Acupuncture at points such as Hegu and Zusanli, the results of simultaneous enhancement of the average velocity of the spleen, stomach, lung and large intestine are obtained. In the theory of "five elements", the theory of "Tuke" and "Jin Kemu" is consistent.
