【摘要】：在現(xiàn)存藏藥學(xué)古籍文獻(xiàn)中,《醫(yī)療瑰寶本草》作為一部具有深遠(yuǎn)影響力的理論著作,保存了較為完整的藥學(xué)精髓,具有很高的研究和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。是藏藥本草學(xué)中最全面、最有影響力的藥學(xué)文獻(xiàn)。由于該書形成年代久遠(yuǎn),現(xiàn)存版本內(nèi)容殘缺,且尚無人涉足研究該書,因此,該古籍的形成原因、基本內(nèi)容及作者眾說不一,但當(dāng)今多數(shù)學(xué)者一致認(rèn)為該書是已失傳的《度母本草》,并將其命名為《度母本草》。為了填補(bǔ)對(duì)該文獻(xiàn)的研究空缺,增補(bǔ)藏藥本草學(xué)的歷史發(fā)展概況,本人先后搜集該書的3個(gè)木刻版進(jìn)行整理和校對(duì)。運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)對(duì)比、實(shí)地調(diào)查、實(shí)物與標(biāo)本對(duì)比、咨詢相關(guān)專家等方式,首先對(duì)《醫(yī)療瑰寶本草》形成的歷史原因及形成年代進(jìn)行考證,其次對(duì)該書的學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值和獨(dú)特內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了深入研究,并對(duì)該書所記載的217種藥物進(jìn)行了文獻(xiàn)、實(shí)物和本草考證的對(duì)比研究,確定了所有品種的植物名稱及科屬,最后對(duì)該書為后續(xù)的藥材品種考證及對(duì)藏藥本草學(xué)的重要影響等進(jìn)行了深入剖析。通過以上研究,進(jìn)一步闡明了《醫(yī)療瑰寶本草》的獨(dú)特學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值。根據(jù)研究,主要提出以下重要觀點(diǎn):一、《醫(yī)療瑰寶本草》是現(xiàn)存本草學(xué)中最完善的巨著。經(jīng)認(rèn)真反復(fù)對(duì)比已出版的相關(guān)藏藥本草學(xué)資料,發(fā)現(xiàn)《醫(yī)療瑰寶本草》是距今內(nèi)容最全面,考證最完整的古籍,該書形成于公元16世紀(jì)左右,是集《仁欽本草》、《度母本草》、《玉帝本草》等三本文獻(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)上整理而成,是藏藥本草學(xué)發(fā)展巔峰時(shí)期形成的經(jīng)典著作。該書主要理論出自上述三本文獻(xiàn),都屬于公元12世紀(jì)。是藏藥本草史上形成較早的本草經(jīng)典,也是本草史上影響最大的三大本草經(jīng)典�！夺t(yī)療瑰寶本草》的考證研究中,發(fā)現(xiàn)該書形成與當(dāng)時(shí)社會(huì)文化及宗教有很大關(guān)系,本文針對(duì)很多藏醫(yī)藥歷史學(xué)家認(rèn)為該書作者是度母菩薩的觀點(diǎn)提出了不同觀點(diǎn),并糾正了該書形成的大致年代及作者。二、《醫(yī)療瑰寶本草》獨(dú)特的學(xué)術(shù)觀點(diǎn)及所載藥品的考證研究。該書具有的四大獨(dú)特學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值。分別是(1)現(xiàn)存本草學(xué)中本草考證最完整。(2)木草類植物最豐富,配方記載最全面。(3)本草學(xué)影響覆蓋最廣泛。(4)本草考證、治療理論等最統(tǒng)一的古籍文獻(xiàn)。運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)對(duì)比方法,對(duì)該書所載的217種藥材的鑒別、歷代藏藥學(xué)家對(duì)所載藥物的不同觀點(diǎn)等問題進(jìn)行探討剖析,進(jìn)一步確定了所載藥材的植物名稱及所屬科屬。三、《醫(yī)療瑰寶本草》對(duì)以后本草學(xué)的影響公元16世紀(jì)形成《醫(yī)療瑰寶本草》后,藏藥本草學(xué)已發(fā)展到巔峰,書中對(duì)從前存在的同物異名、同名異物等藥品問題進(jìn)行了更正、統(tǒng)一。為藏藥學(xué)本草考證提供了經(jīng)典理論基礎(chǔ)。另本文進(jìn)一步研究了該書對(duì)《藍(lán)琉璃》、《晶珠本草》等藏醫(yī)藥學(xué)經(jīng)典著作的影響。公元17世紀(jì)以后,該書內(nèi)容都被收錄《四部醫(yī)典》的所有注釋性著作中,以致后來的藏醫(yī)藥學(xué)者們不再對(duì)其本書單獨(dú)進(jìn)行全面研究;對(duì)該書作者的定論也存在分歧與混淆,藏藥學(xué)家片面鉆研《晶珠本草》的現(xiàn)象,降低了該書的獨(dú)立學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值及藥材考證作用。綜上所述,《醫(yī)療瑰寶本草》是藏藥學(xué)本草史上理論體系最完整的一部經(jīng)典著作,是藏藥學(xué)本草中具有至高無上學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值的,更是公元16世紀(jì)以前所有藏藥本草學(xué)的匯總,是17世紀(jì)以后影響最大的藏藥本草著作。
