【摘要】：皮膚“癬”病概念內(nèi)涵有三:一是“西醫(yī)之癬”,指真菌感染導致的皮膚病;二是傳統(tǒng)的“中醫(yī)之癬”,包羅范圍甚廣;三是一般口語所說的“皮膚癬病”,可泛指一切皮膚疾病。目前,中醫(yī)學界通行的是第一個內(nèi)涵,反映了中醫(yī)學術的異化。本論文考證范圍包括大部分的“西醫(yī)之癬”(白禿瘡、肥瘡、鵝口瘡、圓癬、紫白癜風、陰癬、鵝掌風、腳濕氣、灰指甲、癬),部分“中醫(yī)之癬”(吹花癬、奶癬、牛皮癬、乳頭風、蛇皮癬、濕瘡、白庀、松皮癬),以及部分“皮膚癬病”(腎囊風、四彎風、紫癜風)。論文分七個部分。第一部分為皮膚“癬”類病名考證現(xiàn)狀的綜述。第二部分是緒論,界定“癬”的概念,闡述本研究的目的、意義,介紹有關研究方法及其運用舉例。第三部分分別考證人體各部位之癬,包括頭部之癬:白禿瘡、肥瘡;面部之癬:吹花癬、奶癬;口腔之癬:鵝口瘡;頸項之癬:牛皮癬;軀干之癬:圓癬、紫白癜風、乳頭風;陰部之癬:腎囊風、陰癬;四肢之癬:四彎風、蛇皮癬;手足之癬:鵝掌風、腳濕氣、灰指甲;發(fā)無定處之癬:濕瘡、白庀、松皮癬、紫癜風;“癬”病病名考證。第四部分為皮膚“癬”類病名規(guī)范研究,提出皮膚“癬”病體系性問題,指出當前的皮膚癬病內(nèi)涵存在的問題,并根據(jù)考證收集的資料,提出規(guī)范病名。第五部分是總結,概述考證的新發(fā)現(xiàn)、不足之處,及今后研究的設想。第六部分為參考文獻。第七部分為附錄,輯錄了皮膚“癬”類的相關資料。本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于:考證清楚各種皮膚癬病病名的歷史演變,對其歷史發(fā)展沿革有了較為清晰的認識;關于各項“癬”病的一系列考證形成了一個有機整體;考證工作對于皮膚“癬”病有了新的更深入的認識;提出了規(guī)范病名,為名詞術語規(guī)范化課題服務,如考證為“臘梨”代替“肥瘡”作為規(guī)范病名提供學術支撐;考證出了 15個同名異病的中醫(yī)學名詞。
[Abstract]:Skin "tinea" concept has three connotations: first, "tinea of western medicine", refers to fungal infection caused by skin diseases; Second, the traditional "tinea of traditional Chinese medicine", including a very wide range; Three is the general spoken language, "dermatophytosis", can refer to all skin diseases. At present, the Chinese medicine is the first connotation. It reflects the alienation of traditional Chinese medicine academic. The scope of this thesis includes most of "tinea of western medicine" (alopecia alopecia, fat sore, thrush, ringworm, vitiligo, tinea vulgaris, goose-palm, foot dampness, grey nail, tinea). Some "tinea of traditional Chinese medicine" (blowing tinea, milky tinea, psoriasis, papillary wind, snake skin tinea, wet sore, white Pi, pine tinea, and part of "tinea dermatophytes" (kidney sac wind, four bends wind). The paper is divided into seven parts. The first part is a review of the current situation of textual research of skin "tinea". The second part is the introduction, defines the concept of "tinea", and expounds the purpose and significance of this study. This paper introduces the research methods and application examples. The third part respectively studies the tinea of various parts of human body, including tinea of head: alopecia alopecia, fat sore; Ringworm of face: blow flower tinea, milk tinea; Tinea of the mouth: thrush; Ringworm of neck: psoriasis; Tinea torso: ringworm, vitiligo, nipple wind; Psoriasis of the pudenda: renal capsule wind, tinea vulgaris; Tinea of limbs: four bends, snake skin tinea; Tinea of hand and foot: goose palm wind, foot moisture, grey nail; Hair tinea: wet sores, white Pi, pine tinea, purpura wind; 4th part is the standard study of the skin "tinea" disease name, puts forward the systemic problem of skin "tinea" disease, points out the problems existing in the connotation of the current dermatophysiasis disease, and according to the data collected according to the textual research. Part 5th is a summary, summarizing the new findings of textual research, deficiencies, and ideas for future research. Part 6th is a reference. Part 7th is an appendix. The innovation of this paper lies in: the historical evolution of the names of various dermatophysiasis diseases, and a clear understanding of the historical development and evolution of the tinea dermatophytes; About each "tinea" disease a series of textual research formed an organic whole; Textual research work for skin "tinea" disease has a new and more in-depth understanding; This paper proposes to standardize the name of disease and to serve the subject of the standardization of terminology, such as "La Li" instead of "fat sore" as the standard name of disease to provide academic support; Fifteen Chinese medical nouns with the same name are identified.
