【摘要】:隨著國內(nèi)外環(huán)境的變化,我國企業(yè)正經(jīng)歷著前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)和沖擊,企業(yè)通過人力資源培訓(xùn)與開發(fā),提升管理者素質(zhì),提升員工核心競爭力,才能生存,談發(fā)展。建立與企業(yè)自身發(fā)展相適應(yīng)的員工培訓(xùn)體系,可以將員工個人的發(fā)展目標(biāo)與企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展目標(biāo)統(tǒng)一起來,滿足員工自我實(shí)現(xiàn)的需求,調(diào)動員工工作的積極性和熱情,從而增強(qiáng)企業(yè)凝聚力,進(jìn)而提升企業(yè)的整體效益并增強(qiáng)企業(yè)核心競爭力。 本文以培訓(xùn)體系為基礎(chǔ),以人力資源理論和分析方法為依據(jù),對神東電力培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀存在的問題、內(nèi)容及成因進(jìn)行分析。文章主要采用理論運(yùn)用和實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合的方法,具體包括文獻(xiàn)分析法、訪談法、觀察法、相關(guān)資料收集法、圖標(biāo)分析法、調(diào)查問卷法等,進(jìn)一步分析神東電力現(xiàn)有正式員工(不含外委)培訓(xùn)體系存在的問題,提出對員工戰(zhàn)略培訓(xùn)體系優(yōu)化設(shè)計的總思路。按照培訓(xùn)需求分析、培訓(xùn)計劃、培訓(xùn)實(shí)施、培訓(xùn)效果評估四個關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化神東電力培訓(xùn)體系,本文提出合理的解決措施和可行的建議,同時,應(yīng)用配套措施來支撐和鞏固培訓(xùn)體系。本文分為六章:第一章的核心是討論文章思路、研究方法。第二章是相關(guān)理論綜述。第三章是公司戰(zhàn)略對人力資源培訓(xùn)的分析。第四章是公司員工培訓(xùn)體系的優(yōu)化,由培訓(xùn)的三大保障體系、培訓(xùn)需求分析、培訓(xùn)需求計劃的制定、需求計劃的實(shí)施、培訓(xùn)效果評估體系組成。第五章是配套措施。第六章結(jié)論及有待進(jìn)一步研究成果。 本文通過優(yōu)化培訓(xùn)體系,結(jié)合神東電力公司戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),對優(yōu)化神東電力人才結(jié)構(gòu),提高員工技能和素質(zhì),提供具體可行的措施,滿足了員工的職業(yè)發(fā)展,解決了發(fā)電企業(yè)成長過程中遇到的人才培養(yǎng)問題。為人力資源戰(zhàn)略打下良好的基礎(chǔ),并對同類發(fā)電企業(yè)和快速成長的企業(yè)具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the change of environment at home and abroad, Chinese enterprises are experiencing unprecedented challenges and shocks. Through human resource training and development, enterprises can improve the quality of managers and enhance the core competitiveness of employees to survive. Talk about development. Establish the staff training system suitable for the enterprise's own development, can unify the individual development goal of the employee and the strategic development goal of the enterprise, and meet the self-realization demand of the staff. Arouse the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the staff, thus enhance the cohesion of the enterprise, and then enhance the overall efficiency of the enterprise and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise. Based on the training system and human resource theory and analysis method, this paper discusses the problems existing in the current training situation of Shendong Electric Power Company. This paper mainly adopts the methods of theoretical application and empirical research, including literature analysis, interview, observation, data collection, icon analysis. This paper further analyzes the problems existing in the training system of the existing regular staff (excluding Extranet) of Shendong Electric Power Company, and puts forward the general idea of optimizing the design of the staff strategic training system, and analyzes the training needs according to the training needs. Training plan, training implementation, training effect evaluation of four key nodes to optimize the Shendong Electric Power training system, this paper puts forward reasonable solutions and feasible suggestions, at the same time. This paper is divided into six chapters: the core of the first chapter is to discuss the ideas of the article. The second chapter is the summary of relevant theories. The third chapter is the analysis of human resource training in company strategy. Chapter 4th is the optimization of employee training system. The formulation of training demand plan, the implementation of demand plan, the composition of training effect evaluation system. Chapter 5th is the supporting measures. Chapter 6th conclusions and further research results. Through optimizing the training system and combining the strategic goal of Shendong Electric Power Company, this paper optimizes the talent structure of Shendong Electric Power Company, improves the skills and quality of employees, and provides concrete and feasible measures to meet the professional development of employees. It solves the problem of talent training in the process of power generation enterprise growth, lays a good foundation for human resource strategy, and has reference significance for similar power generation enterprises and fast growing enterprises.
