【摘要】:近年來我國經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展帶動了一大批企業(yè)的崛起和發(fā)展,這其中山東科瑞集團企業(yè)規(guī)?焖贁U張,也帶來以一系列的問題:層級增多,機構(gòu)臃腫,人員繁冗,效率降低等帶有大企業(yè)病的特征;同時,現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟市場化、國際化的趨勢對企業(yè)提出了更高的要求,面向客戶和市場是企業(yè)必須要轉(zhuǎn)向的思維方式。山東科瑞集團為追求戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型期更好的發(fā)展,提升企業(yè)核心競爭力,需要進行業(yè)務(wù)流程改進的變革來解決這些問題。 本文以山東科瑞集團為研究對象,以業(yè)務(wù)流程再造思想為理論基礎(chǔ),在對業(yè)務(wù)流程再造理論研究現(xiàn)狀做了分析后,詳細分析了業(yè)務(wù)流程改進的具體內(nèi)容,包括原則、方法、過程、關(guān)鍵要素和誤區(qū)等,在企業(yè)調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,展開了對山東科瑞集團的業(yè)務(wù)流程改進的分析。山東科瑞集團業(yè)務(wù)流程分析主要從集團的企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、主要業(yè)務(wù)流程等方面進行了論述,并探討了山東科瑞集團開展業(yè)務(wù)流程改進的風(fēng)險和阻力,主要有技術(shù)類風(fēng)險和人員阻力,還對山東科瑞集團實施業(yè)務(wù)流程改進的充分條件做了具體分析。流程分析之后實施設(shè)計山東科瑞集團業(yè)務(wù)流程改進,在業(yè)務(wù)流程改進設(shè)計目標的前提下,構(gòu)建改進團隊,從主要業(yè)務(wù)流程和配套措施兩個方面做了詳細論述,,并提出了業(yè)務(wù)流程改進的試點實施。最后對山東科瑞集團實施業(yè)務(wù)流程改進做了預(yù)估分析,提出了持續(xù)改進的要求。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of our economy has led to the rise and development of a large number of enterprises, which Shandong Kerui Group enterprise scale expansion, but also brought a series of problems: increased levels, overstaffed institutions. Redundant personnel, reduced efficiency and other characteristics of large enterprises; At the same time, the trend of marketization and internationalization of modern economy puts forward higher requirements for enterprises. Facing customers and markets is the mode of thinking that enterprises must turn to. To improve the core competence of enterprises, business process improvement is needed to solve these problems. Based on the theory of Business process Reengineering (BPR), this paper takes Shandong Corey Group as the research object. After analyzing the current research situation of BPR theory, the paper analyzes the specific content of BPR in detail. Including principles, methods, processes, key elements and misunderstandings, etc., on the basis of enterprise research. The analysis of business process improvement of Shandong Corey Group is carried out. The business process analysis of Shandong Corey Group mainly discusses the present situation, organization structure and main business process of the group. The paper also discusses the risk and resistance of business process improvement in Shandong Kerui Group, which mainly includes technical risk and personnel resistance. In addition, the sufficient conditions for the implementation of business process improvement in Shandong Corey Group are analyzed concretely. After the process analysis, the business process improvement of Shandong Corey Group is implemented, under the premise of the business process improvement design goal. In order to construct the improvement team, the paper discusses the main business process and supporting measures in detail, and puts forward the pilot implementation of business process improvement. Finally, the paper makes a forecast analysis on the implementation of business process improvement in Shandong Corey Group. The requirement of continuous improvement is put forward.
