【摘要】：灰色系統理論是我國學者鄧聚龍教授于1982年提出的一門全新的學科,它旨在研究“部分信息已知,部分信息未知”的不確定性系統,是通過對“部分”已知信息的生成、開發(fā),實現對現實世界的確切描述和認識。所謂灰色系統,泛指信息不完全的系統�？陀^來講,人們所認識到的世界都是由“灰色系統”組成的。由于萬事萬物的普遍相聯性,所以系統普遍存在與人們的生活中;又因為人們認知的局限性,因此,在處理實際問題時,人們習慣于忽略其實會對結果造成影響的未知因素,進而使得人們將灰色系統當作白色系統進行處理。因此,灰色系統其實是普遍存在的。圖書采購工作是整個圖書館工作的基礎和起點,采購圖書質量直接決定了館藏質量,也決定著圖書館的服務水平。傳統的圖書采購存在效率低、主觀性過強、科學性不強等種種問題,圖書館管理人員希望能夠從日常服務數據中找出為圖書采購提供決策支持的信息,以解決此類問題,圖書采購系統也由此產生。而恰恰由于圖書采購系統同樣也有不完全信息,因此我們將圖書采購系統當作灰色系統來處理,研究其灰色性,并依據灰色系統理論,建立圖書采購灰色系統模型。為了更好的滿足讀者需求,提升圖書采購工作效率及質量,本文首先闡述了灰色系統理論的基本概念及原理;其次,介紹了系統建模的相關原理及途徑方法,并對灰色系統建�；A加以介紹;再次,從圖書采購的概念、流程等方面對圖書采購工作進行描述,并對圖書采購系統的灰色性及灰色系統建模在圖書采購系統中的運用可行性進行分析;最后,利用五步建模思想建立基于灰色系統理論的圖書采購系統決策模型。
[Abstract]:Grey system theory is a new subject put forward by Professor Deng Julong in 1982. It aims to study the uncertain system of "part of information is known, part of information is unknown". Is through the "partial" known information generation, the development, realizes to the real world exact description and the understanding. The so-called gray system, general refers to the information incomplete system. Objectively speaking. The world that people realize is composed of "grey system". Because of the universal connection of all things, the system exists universally with people's life; Because of the limitation of people's cognition, people are used to ignore the unknown factors which will affect the result when dealing with practical problems. Thus, people treat grey system as white system. Therefore, grey system is universal. Book procurement is the basis and starting point of the whole library work. The quality of purchasing books directly determines the quality of library collection and the service level of library. Traditional book procurement has many problems such as low efficiency, too subjective, not scientific and so on. Library managers hope to find information from the daily service data to provide decision support for book procurement in order to solve such problems. The book procurement system is also produced. And precisely because the book procurement system also has incomplete information, so we treat the book procurement system as a grey system to study its grey nature. According to the theory of grey system, the paper establishes the grey system model of book procurement, in order to better meet the needs of readers, improve the efficiency and quality of book procurement. In this paper, the basic concept and principle of grey system theory are introduced. Secondly, the related principles and methods of system modeling are introduced, and the foundation of grey system modeling is introduced. Thirdly, the paper describes the work of book procurement from the aspects of the concept and flow of book procurement, and analyzes the grey nature of the book procurement system and the feasibility of the application of the grey system modeling in the book procurement system. Finally, a decision model of book purchasing system based on grey system theory is established by using five-step modeling idea.
