【摘要】:隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)的迅速發(fā)展,更多的測(cè)試儀器接入網(wǎng)絡(luò)。通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)可以方便的對(duì)儀器進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程控制,便捷地采集、傳輸和顯示來自遠(yuǎn)程儀器的各種數(shù)據(jù),網(wǎng)絡(luò)化測(cè)試成為必然的趨勢(shì)。GPIB接口標(biāo)準(zhǔn)普遍應(yīng)用在儀器儀表中,尤其是在國外,儀器大都配備了GPIB接口,而國內(nèi)的儀器大都配備了RS232串行通信接口�?紤]到成本等多方面的因素,在不更換現(xiàn)有設(shè)備的條件下,將這些帶有GPIB接口或RS232接口的設(shè)備連入Internet,組建網(wǎng)絡(luò)化測(cè)試系統(tǒng),最簡單的方法就是使用GPIB-Ethernet以及RS232-Ethernet接口轉(zhuǎn)換器。本課題將開發(fā)研制一款通信網(wǎng)關(guān),兼具GPIB-Ethernet及RS232-Ethernet接口轉(zhuǎn)換功能,將測(cè)試現(xiàn)場的儀器設(shè)備接入Internet,提高測(cè)試測(cè)量的自動(dòng)化程度。本文就開發(fā)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)通信網(wǎng)關(guān)的硬件、軟件設(shè)計(jì)及實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了深度解析。硬件電路設(shè)計(jì)主要包含以下幾個(gè)模塊:微處理器外圍電路、電源電路、JTAG接口電路、外擴(kuò)SRAM電路、RS232接口電路、以太網(wǎng)接口電路、GPIB接口電路。軟件編程主要包括RS232接口通信、以太網(wǎng)接口通信、GPIB接口通信程序以及協(xié)議轉(zhuǎn)換程序的編寫。最后,通過GPIB設(shè)備通信助手和串口轉(zhuǎn)以太網(wǎng)調(diào)試助手分別對(duì)三個(gè)接口進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,測(cè)試結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了三個(gè)接口均能正常通信并實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)換功能。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the network, more testing instruments can be connected to the network. Through the network, the instrument can be conveniently controlled, collected, transmitted and displayed from remote instruments. Network testing has become an inevitable trend. GPIb interface standards are widely used in instrumentation, especially in foreign countries, instruments are mostly equipped with GPIB interface. The domestic instruments are mostly equipped with RS232 serial communication interface. Considering the cost and other factors, without replacing the existing equipment conditions. These devices with GPIB interface or RS232 interface are connected to Internet to build a networked test system. The simplest way is to use GPIB-Ethernet and RS232-Ethernet interface converter. This subject will develop a communication gateway. With the functions of GPIB-Ethernet and RS232-Ethernet interface conversion, the instrument and equipment in the test site are connected to Internet. This paper develops the hardware of communication gateway of test system. The hardware circuit design includes the following modules: microprocessor peripheral circuit, power supply circuit, JTAG interface circuit, and extended SRAM circuit. RS232 interface circuit, Ethernet interface circuit GPIb interface circuit. Software programming mainly includes RS232 interface communication, Ethernet interface communication. GPIB interface communication program and protocol conversion program. Finally, the three interfaces are tested through GPIB device communication assistant and serial port to Ethernet debugging assistant. The test results verify that the three interfaces can communicate normally and realize the conversion function.
