本論文主要討論中國在中東地區(qū)的參與問題,對中國的外交政策目標(biāo)以及日益增長的國際利益進行了分析。值得注意的是,石油豐富的海灣地區(qū)對中國的經(jīng)濟決策影響越來越大,中國擴大與海灣地區(qū)國家能源合作的發(fā)展策略是一個里程碑式的發(fā)展。事實上,自中國開啟現(xiàn)代化進程以來,海灣地區(qū)對它的影響力日增,增強經(jīng)濟實力以及確保能源安全成為中國的主要外交政策目標(biāo)。尤其是在1993年成為石油凈進口國之后,中國采取了各種各樣的措施參與到海灣地區(qū),以確保與海灣合作委員會國家形成強烈且穩(wěn)定的紐帶關(guān)系�；诤推桨l(fā)展的概念,中國的政治領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人和政策制定者一直主張和平進步以及世界和平,然而西方大國仍認(rèn)為中國有擴張的野心,因此他們也一直密切關(guān)注著中國在海灣地區(qū)的舉動。本調(diào)查基于復(fù)雜相互依存關(guān)系理論提出的相互依存理論,這有助于評估中國對海灣合作委員會國家采取的動作,重點論述了中國影響海灣地區(qū)政治格局、使之成為全球大國利益沖突的舞臺的外交政策。之后采用理論框架,對目前中國在海灣地區(qū)采取的行動以及做出的決定進行了分析,重點放在能源、安全以及經(jīng)濟方面以及其策略實現(xiàn)的目標(biāo)及手段。尤其是這些政治上的實際事物和海灣地區(qū)的競爭與合作有著莫大的關(guān)系。最...
