基于隨機模型的外界沖擊及維修策略影響下的系統(tǒng)可靠性評估

時至今日,系統(tǒng)可靠性的建模與評估仍然是統(tǒng)計學(xué)、工業(yè)工程以及許多其他應(yīng)用型學(xué)科的熱點研究方向。當(dāng)對一個系統(tǒng)的可靠性建立統(tǒng)計模型時,需要考慮的因素包含內(nèi)在因素(例如系統(tǒng)的自然損耗,出廠質(zhì)量問題等)以及外在因素(例如來自外界的沖擊,維修策略等)。本文的主旨為圍繞三種常見外在因素,建立統(tǒng)計模型并進行系統(tǒng)可靠性評估。簡介如下:外界沖擊:隨機發(fā)生的來自外部世界的沖擊,研究目的為對沖擊造成的損壞程度以及發(fā)生的頻率進行建模,并據(jù)此對系統(tǒng)壽命作出預(yù)測。系統(tǒng)備份:在系統(tǒng)中加裝備份部件,當(dāng)其它工作狀態(tài)下的系統(tǒng)部件損壞時,可以使用備份部件替換之。根據(jù)運作原理不同還可以分為冷、熱與溫備份。維修策略:在系統(tǒng)部件損壞時進行的維護工作,這些維護工作可以幫系統(tǒng)部件恢復(fù)到工作狀態(tài)。維修策略往往并非完美,只能一定程度上恢復(fù)系統(tǒng)效能,而恢復(fù)的程度可以用隨機變量來進行建模。本文分為三個部分,分別對應(yīng)于這三個課題。第一個部分中,我們研究了若干種常見的沖擊模型。在不同的模型中,沖擊造成系統(tǒng)損壞的機理不同。在累積沖擊模型中,系統(tǒng)會在沖擊造成的損傷程度累積達到一個臨界值時損壞。而在連續(xù)沖擊模型中,系統(tǒng)會在連續(xù)出現(xiàn)若干次量級超過一個特定...
