身體活動和心肺功能對安靜代謝率的影響

【摘要】:日的:本文采用Meta分析法評價長期、規(guī)律運動對成年人安靜代謝率(RMR)的影響,并對健康年輕人身體活動和心肺功能(CRF)與RMR的關系及身體活動和CRF的變化對RMR的影響進行前瞻性研究,旨在為成年人控制體重和選擇積極的生活方式提供依據(jù)。方法:1.全面收集運動影響成人RMR的對照試驗研究,使用RevMan5.3軟件進行Meta分析。2.對418名21-35歲健康成人的RMR、身體成分、身體活動、能量消耗、CRF及能量攝入等方面進行15個月觀察性追蹤研究。結果:1.運動可明顯提高成年人RMR,標準化均差值(SMD)為0.14(P0.01);抗阻運動可明顯提高成年人RMR (SMD=0.24, P0.01);運動可明顯提高成年男性的RMR (SMD=0.44, P0.01).2.男、女性連續(xù)10分鐘以上中高強度身體活動(MVPA-10min bout)與RMR正相關;男、女性身體活動充足組RMR較身體活動不足組分別高0.39、0.42mL/kg/min(P0.01);男性MVPA-10min bout減少后,RMR降低0.12mL/kg/min(P0.01);混合線性模型(LMM)中,男、女性MVPA-10min bout變化與RMR變化正相關,校正FFM和FM后,變化關系仍有顯著性。3.男、女性靜坐少動時間與RMR負相關;男、女性靜坐少動時間長組RMR較短組分別低0.26、0.32mL/kg/min (P0.01); LMM中,靜坐少動時間變化與RMR變化呈顯著負相關,校正FFM和FM后,只有女性中兩者變化關系有顯著性。4.男、女性CRF與RMR正相關;男、女性CRF高水平組RMR較低水平組分別高0.36、0.51mL/kg/min (P0.01);男性CRF提高后RMR增加0.33mL/kg/min、CRF降低后RMR降低0.19mL/kg/min (P0.01); LMM中,男、女性CRF變化與RMR變化呈顯著正相關,校正FFM和FM后,兩者變化關系仍有顯著性。結論:1.長期、規(guī)律運動有助于提高成人RMR,抗阻運動提高RMR的效果更明顯。2.長期、規(guī)律運動對成年男性RMR的提高效果比女性明顯。3.在健康年輕人中,增加MVPA-10min bout、減少靜坐少動時間和提高CRF有助于提高RMR。
[Abstract]:Meta analysis was used to evaluate the effects of long-term and regular exercise on the quiet metabolic rate (RMR) of adults. A prospective study on the relationship between (CRF) and RMR and the effects of body activity and CRF on RMR in healthy young people was carried out in order to provide evidence for adults to control their weight and choose a positive lifestyle. Method 1: 1. A comparative study was conducted on the effects of exercise on adult RMR. Meta analysis was carried out with RevMan5.3 software. 2. The body composition, body activity, energy expenditure, CRF and energy intake of 418 healthy adults aged 21 to 35 years were studied for 15 months. The result is 1: 1. Exercise could significantly improve the standard average value of RMR, (SMD) = 0.14, P0.01), resist exercise (SMD=0.24, P0.01), and exercise could significantly improve RMR (SMD=0.44, P0.01) of adult male. 2. There was a positive correlation between moderate and high intensity physical activity (MVPA-10min bout) and RMR in men and women for more than 10 consecutive minutes. The RMR of male and female with sufficient physical activity was 0.39 ~ 0.42 mL / kg / min higher than that of physically inactive group respectively (P0.01). After the decrease of MVPA-10min bout in male, RMR decreased 0.12mL/kg/min (P0.01), and in mixed linear model (LMM), male, male. The change of MVPA-10min bout was positively correlated with the change of RMR, and after FFM and FM were corrected, the relationship was still significant. There was a negative correlation between sedentary oligokinetic time and RMR in male and female, and 0.26 / 0.32 mL / kg / min lower RMR in male and female sedentary oligodyskinesia group than in short group (P0.01); LMM, respectively). There was a significant negative correlation between the changes of sedentary oligokinetic time and RMR, after FFM and FM were adjusted, Only in women there was a significant change in the relationship between the two. 4. 4. There was a positive correlation between CRF and RMR in male and female CRF, 0.36 mL / kg / min in high CRF group and 0.33 mL / kg / min in male CRF, and significant positive correlation between CRF change and RMR change in male and female CRF group after FFM and FM were adjusted, and RMR decreased after CRF was increased by 0.33 mL / kg / min in male and female CRF group respectively (P0. 01); LMM, P < 0. 01), the changes of CRF in male and female CRF groups were significantly correlated with RMR changes, after FFM and FM were adjusted, The relationship between the two changes is still significant. Conclusion 1. In the long run, regular exercise can improve the resistance of adult RMR, and increase the effect of RMR. 2. 2. In the long run, the effect of regular exercise on RMR in adult males was significantly higher than that in females. 3. 3%. In healthy young people, increasing MVPA-10min bout, reducing sedentary activity and increasing CRF can help improve RMR.
