體育課不同運動負荷組合方式對少年兒童健康體適能及情緒狀態(tài)影響的實驗研究

【摘要】:少年兒童健康狀況持續(xù)下降已成為世界各國關(guān)注的焦點,學生體力活動不足,各種慢性病呈低齡化發(fā)展趨勢,已逐漸演變成為重要的社會問題。我國少年兒童健康狀況一直不容樂觀,作為義務教育階段學生大部分時間都在學校度過,學校勢必會成為學生健康促進發(fā)展的重要場所,學校教育理應對這一問題進行直視,找出更多有效地方法和措施促進學生健康成長。然而,這一課程中所承載的健身效果并未得到所期望的結(jié)果,在促進學生健康發(fā)展地效用方面還存在不足,主要問題在于課堂的運動質(zhì)量不高,學生參與身體練習時間不足,課堂運動負荷未達到刺激學生健康發(fā)展的有效閾值。本文以提高課堂運動質(zhì)量為出發(fā)點,通過不同運動負荷組合方式,探析在體育課中學生健康體適能發(fā)展和情緒狀態(tài)改善地效果。 本研究,首先基于現(xiàn)實情形下提出研究的問題,指出研究的目的和意義,提出研究假設(shè),確定研究方法和實驗對象;其次,在國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上進行文獻綜述;第三,開展相關(guān)實驗研究;最后,對研究結(jié)果進行綜合分析與討論,得出結(jié)論,提出建議。 本研究一,通過采用不同健康體適能循環(huán)練習干預方案對學生健康體適能和情緒狀態(tài)影響的實驗研究,得出結(jié)論:(1)健康體適能循環(huán)練習能有效提高課堂運動負荷,增加學生能量消耗,與對照班相比具有顯著性差異,保障體育課運動負荷維持在較為穩(wěn)定的區(qū)間;(2)健康體適能循環(huán)練習有助于改善學生身體成分,對提高學生肌肉力量、肌肉耐力(大強度班級)、心肺功能(MVV為15min大強度班)、柔韌度(靜立性和PNF拉伸法班級)顯著好于對照班。女生柔韌度進步幅度好于男生,男生立定跳遠進步幅度好于女生;(3)健康體適能循環(huán)練習對學生情緒狀態(tài)改善具有積極作用,對疲勞、精力情緒狀態(tài)改善情況與對照班具有顯著性差異。 本研究二,在體育課中融入不同持續(xù)性運動時間和運動強度,對學生健康體適能和情緒狀態(tài)影響進行實驗研究,得出結(jié)論:(1)持續(xù)性運動時間越長、強度越大對促進體育課運動負荷提高幅度越大,并保障體育課運動負荷維持在較為穩(wěn)定區(qū)間;(2)持續(xù)性10min以上大強度運動和持續(xù)性15min中等強度運動對改善學生身體成分、肌肉力量和肌肉耐力具有促進作用。持續(xù)性5min中等強度以上運動對促進心肺功能發(fā)展具有促進作用。不同持續(xù)性運動和強度對柔韌度無顯著性影響;(3)持續(xù)性15min運動(大強度或中等強度)對學生情緒狀態(tài)改善具有較好促進作用。 本研究三,在體育課中通過對學生不同MVPA累積運動時間進行干預,對學生健康體適能和情緒狀態(tài)影響的實驗研究,得出結(jié)論:(1)體育課中累積MVPA時間增加有助于提高課堂運動負荷,且促進課堂運動負荷維持在較為穩(wěn)定區(qū)間;(2)體育課不同累積MVPA時間增加對身體成分和肌肉力量改善具有促進作用,60%累積MVPA運動時間對肌肉耐力改善顯著好于對照班,50%以上累積MVPA運動時間顯著改善心肺耐力,不同累積MVPA時間對柔韌度改善無顯著性影響;(3)體育課累積MVPA時間占課堂時間40%以上對學生情緒狀態(tài)改善具有促進作用,其中,40%以上累積MVPA時間對學生疲勞情緒狀態(tài)改善效果顯著好于對照班學生,60%累積MVPA時間對女生精力情緒狀態(tài)改善效果非常顯著好于對照班女生。
[Abstract]:The continuing decline of children's health has become the focus of attention all over the world. Students' lack of physical activity and the low age development trend of various chronic diseases have gradually evolved into an important social problem. The health of children in China has been not optimistic. As a compulsory education stage, students spend most of their time in school. School education is bound to be an important place for students to promote the development of health. School education should take a direct look at this problem and find out more effective methods and measures to promote the healthy growth of students. However, the results of the fitness in this course have not been expected, and there are still shortcomings in promoting the healthy development of the students. The main problem is that the quality of the class is not high, the students' participation in the exercise time is insufficient and the exercise load in the classroom has not reached the effective threshold to stimulate the healthy development of the students. This paper, based on the improvement of the quality of the classroom movement, analyzes the fitness and emotional state of the healthy body of the middle school students in physical education. Improve the effect.
This study, first of all, based on the actual situation to put forward the problem of research, point out the purpose and significance of the study, put forward the research hypothesis, determine the research methods and experimental objects; secondly, on the basis of the domestic and foreign research status on the basis of literature review; third, carry out relevant experimental research; finally, the results of the comprehensive analysis and discussion of the research, come to the conclusion Conclusions and suggestions are made.
In this study, through the experimental study of the effects of different health fitness cycle exercise intervention programs on the physical fitness and emotional state of students, the conclusion is that: (1) healthy physical fitness cycle exercises can effectively improve the classroom exercise load and increase the energy consumption of students. In a more stable interval, (2) healthy body fitness circulation exercises can help improve the body composition of the students, improve the strength of the students, the muscular endurance (high intensity class), the cardiopulmonary function (MVV 15min high intensity class), the flexibility (statics and PNF tension class grade) better than the control class. The flexibility of female students is better than that of the boys. The progress of male students in long jump is better than that of girls; (3) healthy physical fitness circulation exercises have a positive effect on the improvement of students' emotional state, and the improvement of fatigue and energy state is significantly different from that of the control class.
Two, in the course of physical education, the effects of different duration and intensity on the physical fitness and emotional state of the students were studied, and the results were as follows: (1) the longer the duration of the exercise, the greater the intensity of the exercise, the greater the increase of the sports load and the stability of the sports load. Interval (2) persistent 10min high intensity exercise and persistent 15min moderate intensity exercise can promote the improvement of students' body composition, muscle strength and muscular endurance. Persistent 5min moderate exercise has a promoting effect on promoting the development of cardiopulmonary function. Different sustained exercise and intensity have no significant effect on the flexibility. (3) continuous 15min exercise (high intensity or moderate intensity) has a positive effect on improving students' emotional state.
Three, in this study, an experimental study on the effects of students' physical fitness and emotional state on the physical fitness and emotional state of students in physical education was studied in physical education. The results were as follows: (1) the increase of cumulative MVPA time in physical education was helpful to improve the exercise load in class and to promote the exercise load in the more stable interval; (2) Physical Education (2) sports The increase of the cumulative MVPA time in the class promoted the improvement of body composition and muscle strength. 60% cumulative MVPA movement time improved significantly better than the control class, and more than 50% accumulated MVPA exercise time to significantly improve the cardiopulmonary endurance, and the cumulative MVPA time had no significant effect on the improvement of the flexibility; (3) physical education accumulated MVPA time. More than 40% of the class time can promote the improvement of students' emotional state. Among them, the cumulative MVPA time of more than 40% is better than the control class. The effect of the cumulative MVPA time of 60% on the emotional state of the female students is significantly better than that of the girls in the class.
