【摘要】：伴隨著移動(dòng)互聯(lián)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,手機(jī)滲透到大學(xué)生的日常生活,深刻影響著大學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)求知、社會(huì)認(rèn)知和社會(huì)交往。長(zhǎng)時(shí)間手機(jī)使用導(dǎo)致手機(jī)依賴不容忽視。手機(jī)依賴已成為心理學(xué)和社會(huì)學(xué)研究關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。手機(jī)依賴,又稱非理性手機(jī)使用、手機(jī)成癮,可以導(dǎo)致使用者的心理和社會(huì)功能受損,是一種行為成癮或技術(shù)成癮。本研究在梳理國(guó)內(nèi)外手機(jī)依賴研究的基礎(chǔ)上,探討大學(xué)生手機(jī)依賴行為意向,研究手機(jī)依賴行為的影響因素。有利于健康教育部門掌握手機(jī)依賴行為及相關(guān)影響因素,為制定有效地干預(yù)策略提供依據(jù)。目的:本研究基于計(jì)劃行為理論,編制大學(xué)生長(zhǎng)時(shí)間手機(jī)使用行為意向問(wèn)卷,探討大學(xué)生手機(jī)依賴行為意向,檢驗(yàn)大學(xué)生手機(jī)依賴發(fā)生情況,探討個(gè)體沖動(dòng)性人格特質(zhì)、自我調(diào)節(jié)和領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持對(duì)手機(jī)依賴行為的影響,提出大學(xué)生手機(jī)依賴行為的干預(yù)對(duì)策。為相關(guān)研究提供理論和實(shí)證依據(jù),為健康教育部門加強(qiáng)預(yù)防手機(jī)依賴行為提供理論基礎(chǔ)和實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)。方法:采取整群抽樣集中施測(cè)方式,以978名大學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,檢驗(yàn)基于計(jì)劃行為理論大學(xué)生長(zhǎng)時(shí)間手機(jī)使用行為意向問(wèn)卷信效度,并基于拓展的計(jì)劃行為理論,開(kāi)展兩階段問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,調(diào)查問(wèn)卷包括:計(jì)劃行為理論變量(行為態(tài)度、主觀規(guī)范和知覺(jué)行為控制)、計(jì)劃行為理論突顯信念變量(態(tài)度信念、規(guī)范信念和控制信念)和計(jì)劃行為理論拓展變量(過(guò)去行為、手機(jī)依賴和預(yù)期后悔)。兩周后,開(kāi)展第二階段研究,評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)去兩周間長(zhǎng)時(shí)間使用手機(jī)行為。建立結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型分析拓展的計(jì)劃行為理論對(duì)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間手機(jī)使用行為影響。采取整群抽樣方法,以1067名大學(xué)生作為研究對(duì)象,分析大學(xué)生沖動(dòng)性人格特質(zhì)、自我調(diào)節(jié)和領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持對(duì)手機(jī)使用及手機(jī)依賴行為的影響,構(gòu)建結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型檢驗(yàn)大學(xué)生手機(jī)依賴行為影響因素的預(yù)測(cè)作用和中介作用。結(jié)果:1.按照計(jì)劃行為理論量表編制規(guī)范,編制的基于計(jì)劃行為理論大學(xué)生長(zhǎng)時(shí)間手機(jī)使用行為意向問(wèn)卷包含兩個(gè)子問(wèn)卷。大學(xué)生長(zhǎng)時(shí)間手機(jī)使用行為問(wèn)卷10個(gè)題目,包含行為態(tài)度、主觀規(guī)范、知覺(jué)行為控制及行為意向四個(gè)研究維度;大學(xué)生長(zhǎng)時(shí)間手機(jī)使用行為信念問(wèn)卷22個(gè)題目,包含態(tài)度信念、規(guī)范信念及控制信念三個(gè)研究維度。探索性因素分析和驗(yàn)證性因素分析結(jié)果比較理想,問(wèn)卷具有較高的信度和效度。2.基于拓展的計(jì)劃行為理論,探討大學(xué)生長(zhǎng)時(shí)間手機(jī)使用行為意向研究發(fā)現(xiàn),女生、高年級(jí)學(xué)生、成長(zhǎng)于城市、獨(dú)生子女、家庭人均月收入高于8000元、每月生活費(fèi)高于3000元、擁有手機(jī)超過(guò)6年,每月手機(jī)話費(fèi)超過(guò)50元的學(xué)生傾向于長(zhǎng)時(shí)間手機(jī)使用。相關(guān)分析、多元回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,計(jì)劃行為理論變量(行為態(tài)度、主觀規(guī)范和知覺(jué)行為控制)和計(jì)劃行為理論拓展變量(過(guò)去行為、手機(jī)依賴)顯著正向影響長(zhǎng)時(shí)間手機(jī)使用行為意向,過(guò)去行為和長(zhǎng)時(shí)間手機(jī)使用意向顯著正向影響長(zhǎng)時(shí)間手機(jī)使用行為。研究進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證大學(xué)生長(zhǎng)時(shí)間手機(jī)使用行為意向——計(jì)劃行為理論結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型、大學(xué)生長(zhǎng)時(shí)間手機(jī)使用行為發(fā)生——計(jì)劃行為理論結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,以及拓展的大學(xué)生長(zhǎng)時(shí)間手機(jī)使用行為發(fā)生——計(jì)劃行為理論結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型。模型的各項(xiàng)擬合指數(shù)較理想。3.大學(xué)生手機(jī)依賴行為影響因素研究結(jié)果顯示,高沖動(dòng)性人格特質(zhì)、低自我調(diào)節(jié)、高領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持、頻繁使用手機(jī)對(duì)大學(xué)生手機(jī)依賴行為具有預(yù)測(cè)力。結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),手機(jī)使用在大學(xué)生沖動(dòng)性人格特質(zhì)、防御調(diào)節(jié)、領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持與手機(jī)依賴行為間起中介作用。結(jié)論:1.按照計(jì)劃行為理論問(wèn)卷編制規(guī)范,編制的大學(xué)生長(zhǎng)時(shí)間手機(jī)使用行為意向問(wèn)卷,包括大學(xué)生長(zhǎng)時(shí)間手機(jī)使用行為問(wèn)卷、大學(xué)生長(zhǎng)時(shí)間手機(jī)使用行為信念問(wèn)卷兩個(gè)部分,是適用于測(cè)量大學(xué)生長(zhǎng)時(shí)間手機(jī)使用行為的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化問(wèn)卷,具有良好的信效度。2.本研究從計(jì)劃行為理論角度分析大學(xué)生手機(jī)依賴行為意向。大學(xué)生具有較高的長(zhǎng)時(shí)間手機(jī)使用行為意向和行為發(fā)生的可能。大學(xué)生長(zhǎng)時(shí)間手機(jī)使用行為意向受到積極態(tài)度、重要他人的支持和感知到較少客觀制約的直接影響。行為意向是行為態(tài)度、主觀規(guī)范和知覺(jué)行為控制對(duì)實(shí)際行為產(chǎn)生影響的中介變量。3.本研究分析了領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持、沖動(dòng)性人格特質(zhì)、自我調(diào)節(jié)對(duì)大學(xué)生手機(jī)使用及手機(jī)依賴行為影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)將近85%研究對(duì)象處于可能手機(jī)依賴狀態(tài)。高沖動(dòng)性人格特質(zhì)、高領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持能力正向影響大學(xué)生手機(jī)依賴,自我調(diào)節(jié)尤其是防御調(diào)節(jié)負(fù)向影響大學(xué)生手機(jī)依賴。高沖動(dòng)性人格特質(zhì)、高領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持、低自我調(diào)節(jié),通過(guò)手機(jī)使用中介作用,對(duì)手機(jī)依賴行為產(chǎn)生影響。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology, mobile phone penetration into college students' daily life has a profound influence on students' learning and knowledge, social cognition and social interaction. Long time mobile phone use leads to the dependence of mobile phones. Cell phone dependence has become the focus of psychological and sociological research. Cell phone dependence is also called irrational hand. On the basis of combing the study of mobile phone dependence at home and abroad, this study is based on the study of mobile phone dependence at home and abroad, and studies the influence factors of mobile phone dependence behavior of college students. It is beneficial to the health education department to master the mobile phone dependence. The purpose: Based on the theory of planned behavior, this study is based on the theory of planned behavior, to compile a questionnaire on the behavior intention of mobile phone use in University growth time, to explore the behavior intention of College Students' mobile phone dependence, to test the occurrence of College Students' cell phone dependence, to explore individual impulsive personality traits, self-regulation and comprehension. The influence of social support on the behavior of mobile phone dependence, the intervention countermeasures of College Students' mobile dependence on mobile phones were put forward. The theoretical and empirical basis was provided for the related research, and the theoretical and practical basis was provided for the health education department to strengthen the prevention of cell phone dependence. Methods: 978 college students were taken as the research object in the cluster sampling set. Based on the planned behavior theory, a two stage questionnaire was conducted based on the extended planned behavior theory. The questionnaire included the theoretical variables of planned behavior (behavior attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavior control), and the theory of planned behavior highlighted belief variables (attitudes and beliefs, rules). Fan Xinnian and control belief) and planned behavior theory extended variables (past behavior, cell phone dependence and expected regret). Two weeks later, a second stage study was carried out to evaluate the long time use of mobile phone behavior between the past two weeks. Methods 1067 college students were used as research subjects to analyze the influence of impulsive personality traits, self adjustment and understanding of social support on the use of mobile phones and mobile phone dependence, and to construct a structural equation model to test the predictive and intermediary role of the influence factors of College Students' mobile dependence behavior. Results: 1. according to the amount of planned behavior theory The questionnaire of the behavior intention of mobile phone use based on the planned behavior theory of university is composed of two sub questionnaires. The 10 topics of the University growth time use behavior questionnaire include behavior attitude, subjective norm, perception behavior control and behavior intention, and the behavior belief of University growth time mobile phone use. 22 questions, including attitude, belief, standard belief and control belief, three research dimensions. The results of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis are ideal. The questionnaire has high reliability and validity.2. based on the extended planned behavior theory. Students, growing up in the city, the only child, the per capita monthly income of the family is higher than 8000 yuan, the monthly cost of living is higher than 3000 yuan, the mobile phone with more than 6 years and more than 50 yuan per month is inclined to use the mobile phone for a long time. For the control) and the planned behavior theory, the extended variables (past behavior, cell phone dependence) have a significant positive effect on the long time mobile use behavior intention, the past behavior and the long time mobile phone use intention significantly positively affect the long time mobile use behavior. Structural equation model, mobile phone use behavior of University growth time - the structural equation model of planned behavior theory, and the development of mobile phone use behavior of University growth time - the structural equation model of planned behavior theory. It shows that high impulsive personality traits, low self-regulation, high understanding of social support, and frequent use of mobile phones have predictive power for college students' mobile dependence behavior. The results of structural equation model found that the use of mobile phones in college students' impulsive personality traits, defense regulation, and understanding social support and mobile dependence behavior are intermediary roles. Conclusion: 1. according to the plan. The behavior intention of the use of mobile phones is positive, the support and perception of the important others are directly influenced by the less objective constraints. .3., a mediator of behavioral attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavior control on actual behavior, this study analyzed the perception of social support, impulsive personality traits, the impact of self regulation on the use of mobile phones and mobile dependence on college students, and found that nearly 85% of the subjects were in a possible state of cell phone dependence. Quality, high perceived social support ability positively affects college students' mobile dependence. Self-regulation, especially defensive regulation negatively affects college students' mobile dependence. High impulsive personality traits, high understanding of social support, low self-regulation, and intermediary role of mobile phones have an impact on cell phone dependence behavior.
