【摘要】：政治發(fā)展是人類政治生活始終需要面臨和關(guān)注的基本問題,也是政治科學(xué)需要進行深入研究的最重要主題之一,其中政治發(fā)展目標(biāo)是國家完成政治任務(wù)所要達到的目的。現(xiàn)代化進程中政治發(fā)展往往面臨著艱難的目標(biāo)選擇,目標(biāo)制定的是否得當(dāng),直接影響著政治發(fā)展的方向,政治措施的制定和政治發(fā)展的成敗。目標(biāo)的制定一般要根據(jù)本國所處的歷史背景、政治發(fā)展條件的變化等因素來決定。中國的政治發(fā)展堅持以國情為政治發(fā)展的基本出發(fā)點,走出一條中國特色的政治發(fā)展之路,中國政治發(fā)展離不開社會穩(wěn)定。社會穩(wěn)定是政治發(fā)展的基本前提,中國政治發(fā)展必須采取漸進性的方式。中國在實踐將馬克思恩格斯政治發(fā)展思想與中國的特殊國情相結(jié)合,做出了許多的創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展,對這些問題進行較為深入、系統(tǒng)研究是本文的出發(fā)點和立足點。本文力圖以馬克思恩格斯政治發(fā)展思想為主線,對馬克思恩格斯政治發(fā)展思想的進行重新梳理整理,在此基礎(chǔ)上闡明馬克思恩格斯政治發(fā)展思想各組成部分之間的內(nèi)在邏輯聯(lián)系,從而凸顯了馬克思政治發(fā)展思想對于實現(xiàn)當(dāng)代中國政治發(fā)展具有重要的理論和實踐意義。為此本文的主體分為五大部分進行論述:第一章是西方政治發(fā)展理論的認識與評價,主要闡述了西方政治發(fā)展概念與起源、西方政治發(fā)展理論的演進、西方政治發(fā)展理論成就與貢獻和西方政治發(fā)展理論局限與不足等四個問題,目的是通過西方政治發(fā)展理論與馬克思恩格斯政治發(fā)展思想相比,來凸顯馬克思恩格斯政治發(fā)展思想的科學(xué)性;第二章是馬克思恩格斯政治發(fā)展理論闡釋,主要論述了馬克思恩格斯政治發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟邏輯表達、政治發(fā)展的多樣性存在、政治發(fā)展的制度設(shè)計和政治發(fā)展的終極目的等內(nèi)容;第三章是馬克思恩格斯政治發(fā)展思想的時代價值,主要論述了馬克思恩格斯政治發(fā)展思想奠定了中國政治發(fā)展認知的理論基礎(chǔ)、明確了中國政治發(fā)展的主體和道路選擇、提供了中國政治發(fā)展的價值理念、指明了中國政治發(fā)展的特殊性。第四章是當(dāng)代中國政治發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀分析,主要論述了當(dāng)代中國政治發(fā)展的主要成就、當(dāng)代中國政治發(fā)展的實踐特征、當(dāng)代中國政治發(fā)展面臨的問題和當(dāng)代中國政治發(fā)展的目標(biāo)指向;第五章是當(dāng)代中國政治發(fā)展的理論建構(gòu)與實踐,主要論述了中國特色社會主義政治發(fā)展道路、中國特色社會主義政治發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、中國特色社會主義政治發(fā)展目標(biāo)、中國特色社會主義政治發(fā)展動力和中國特色社會主義政治發(fā)展實現(xiàn)途徑。
[Abstract]:Political development is the basic problem that human political life always needs to face and pay close attention to, and it is also one of the most important topics that political science needs to conduct in-depth research, in which the goal of political development is the goal to be achieved by the country in accomplishing its political task. In the process of modernization, political development is often faced with difficult choice of goal. Whether the goal is right or not has a direct impact on the direction of political development, the formulation of political measures and the success or failure of political development. The formulation of goals is generally determined by the historical background of the country and the change of political development conditions. China's political development adheres to the national conditions as the basic starting point of political development, and goes out of the way of political development with Chinese characteristics. China's political development can not be separated from social stability. Social stability is the basic premise of political development, Chinese political development must take a gradual approach. In practice, China combines Marx and Engels' thought of political development with China's special national conditions and has made many innovations and developments. The systematic study of these problems is the starting point and foothold of this paper. This paper tries hard to take Marx and Engels' political development thought as the main line, and reorganizes the Marx and Engels' political development thought. On this basis, it clarifies the internal logical relationship between the components of Marx and Engels' political development thought, thus highlighting the important theoretical and practical significance of Marx's political development thought for realizing the political development of contemporary China. The main body of this paper is divided into five parts: the first chapter is the understanding and evaluation of western political development theory, mainly expounds the concept and origin of western political development, the evolution of western political development theory. The achievement and contribution of the western political development theory and the limitation and insufficiency of the western political development theory are compared with Marx and Engels' political development thought through the western political development theory. The second chapter is the explanation of Marx and Engels' political development theory, which mainly discusses the economic logic expression of Marx and Engels' political development, and the diversity of political development. The third chapter is the age value of Marx and Engels' thought of political development. This paper mainly discusses Marx and Engels' political development thought, which lays the theoretical foundation of Chinese political development cognition, clarifies the main body and road choice of Chinese political development, and provides the value concept of Chinese political development. It points out the particularity of Chinese political development. The fourth chapter analyzes the current situation of contemporary Chinese political development, mainly discusses the main achievements of contemporary Chinese political development, the practical characteristics of contemporary Chinese political development. The fifth chapter is the theoretical construction and practice of contemporary Chinese political development, which mainly discusses the road of socialist political development with Chinese characteristics. The strategy of political development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the goal of political development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the motive force of political development of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the ways to realize the political development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
