【摘要】：本文所討論的集體是一種公正、平等、互惠,具有社會價值傾向性的心理共同體。在這種集體基礎(chǔ)上的集體主義包涵了集體德性和個人德性兩個方面,集體要凸顯公共價值,謀求公共利益,建構(gòu)一種“共同的善”,而個人則要遵循“利他、合作、公共、奉獻(xiàn)”四個維度來把個人價值的實(shí)現(xiàn)切實(shí)融入到“共同的善”中去。大學(xué)生集體主義教育涉及集體主義認(rèn)知、情感、意志、行為四個方面,旨在培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生基本價值取向的“利他精神”,工作生活中的“合作精神”,尊重和維護(hù)集體權(quán)威的“公共精神”,處理利益沖突時的“奉獻(xiàn)精神”。經(jīng)過實(shí)證研究發(fā)現(xiàn),不少大學(xué)生在認(rèn)知上對集體主義存在偏見,在情感上集體依賴感淡化,在行為上參與集體活動的積極性不強(qiáng),在“利他、公共、合作、奉獻(xiàn)”四個維度中,奉獻(xiàn)精神最弱。在集體主義教育過程中也存在一些問題,具體表現(xiàn)為教育地位動搖、教育內(nèi)容陳舊、教育方法單一、教育環(huán)境不佳等方面。究其原因在于社會、學(xué)校和個人三個方面。社會層面具體原因:全球化帶來不良社會思潮影響了大學(xué)生對集體主義價值觀的認(rèn)同;市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的深入發(fā)展帶來大學(xué)生群體的競爭觀念和重實(shí)利精神的凸顯;網(wǎng)絡(luò)化也影響了大學(xué)生對傳統(tǒng)集體的依賴感。學(xué)校層面具體原因:在學(xué)術(shù)壓力和就業(yè)形勢的刺激下,高校重視智育而輕視德育;高校關(guān)于集體主義教育方面的管理體制不健全;自主選課制度淡化了班集體觀念。個人層面具體原因:大學(xué)生容易受到外界不良現(xiàn)象的影響,加上這代大學(xué)生成長在和平年代,沒有經(jīng)歷過重大民族災(zāi)難,這也在一定程度上弱化了他們的集體主義觀念。針對所述,本文主張從教育主體、教育對象、教育內(nèi)容、教育載體、教育方法等幾個方面來改善大學(xué)生集體主義的教育現(xiàn)狀。具體分為:提升大學(xué)生集體主義教育的認(rèn)識水平,在教育過程中體現(xiàn)人文關(guān)懷;借鑒中國傳統(tǒng)“整體主義”思想來豐富集體主義的教育內(nèi)容,融合中國當(dāng)代社會主義理論體系來創(chuàng)新集體主義教育內(nèi)容,以增強(qiáng)其內(nèi)容的針對性、時代性和層次性;從各類課堂教學(xué)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間來拓展大學(xué)生集體主義教育載體;運(yùn)用實(shí)踐鍛煉法、個性教育法和人格教育法來完善大學(xué)生集體主義的教育方法。
[Abstract]:The collective discussed in this paper is a kind of psychological community which is just, equal, mutually beneficial and has social value tendency. Collectivism based on this kind of collectivism includes two aspects: collective virtue and individual virtue. The collective should highlight the public value, seek the public interest and construct a kind of "common good", while the individual should follow "altruism, cooperation and public". Four dimensions of dedication to the realization of personal value into the realization of the common good. College students' collectivism education involves four aspects of collectivism cognition, emotion, will and behavior. It aims to cultivate the "altruistic spirit" of college students' basic value orientation and the "spirit of cooperation" in their work and life. The public spirit of respecting and maintaining collective authority and the spirit of dedication in dealing with conflicts of interest. Through the empirical study, it is found that many college students have prejudice to collectivism in cognition, desalination of emotional collective dependence, weak enthusiasm to participate in collective activities in behavior, in the four dimensions of "altruism, public, cooperation and dedication". Dedication is the weakest. In the process of collectivist education, there are also some problems, such as the vacillation of educational status, the outmoded content of education, the single educational method, the poor educational environment, and so on. The reason lies in three aspects: society, school and individual. The concrete reasons of social level are that globalization brings bad social trend of thought which influences college students' identification of collectivism values, the further development of market economy brings about the competition idea and the emphasis on profit spirit of college students. The network also affects the college students' dependence on the traditional collective. The specific reasons at school level: under the stimulation of academic pressure and employment situation, colleges and universities attach importance to intellectual education and despise moral education; the management system of collectivism education in colleges and universities is not perfect; the independent course selection system weakens the concept of class collective. The specific reasons of personal level: college students are vulnerable to the influence of bad external phenomena, and this generation of college students grew up in a peaceful age, without experiencing a major national disaster, which to a certain extent weakened their concept of collectivism. In view of the above, this paper proposes to improve the present situation of college students' collectivism from the aspects of educational subject, object, content, carrier and method of education. It can be divided into three parts: to raise the level of college students' collectivism education, to embody humanistic concern in the process of education, to enrich the educational contents of collectivism by drawing lessons from Chinese traditional "holism", Integrating the contemporary socialist theory system of China to innovate the contents of collectivism education in order to enhance its pertinence, times and levels, to expand the carrier of collectivist education for college students from all kinds of classroom teaching and network space; To perfect the collectivism education method of college students by using the practice exercise method, the personality education method and the personality education method.
