乒乓球藍(lán)牌裁判培訓(xùn)和評(píng)估多閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建

【摘要】:本文以乒乓球國(guó)際級(jí)藍(lán)牌裁判培訓(xùn)和評(píng)估體系及其關(guān)系為研究對(duì)象,探求建立培訓(xùn)和評(píng)估體系相互聯(lián)系,使兩者更加科學(xué)和完善的路徑。采用文獻(xiàn)資料法,了解前人研究的成果和不足;通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)際乒聯(lián)網(wǎng)站和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的檢索,整理了藍(lán)牌培訓(xùn)和評(píng)估體系的完整資料,并對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了不同組合方式的統(tǒng)計(jì)。采用德?tīng)柗品ǎ蛯<覍?duì)培訓(xùn)和評(píng)估體系現(xiàn)狀的認(rèn)識(shí)、調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的設(shè)計(jì)、培訓(xùn)和評(píng)估體系的改進(jìn)對(duì)策等進(jìn)行了咨詢。采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法,收集藍(lán)牌裁判對(duì)培訓(xùn)和評(píng)估體系現(xiàn)狀的看法和建議。經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)資料和數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,得出的結(jié)論為:1.藍(lán)牌裁判培訓(xùn)和評(píng)估體系應(yīng)建立更加緊密的相到作用關(guān)系;2.需要對(duì)培訓(xùn)體系進(jìn)行完善和系統(tǒng)化;3.需要提高評(píng)估體系的客觀性;4.需對(duì)藍(lán)牌制度進(jìn)行體制改革。本文針對(duì)調(diào)查得出的結(jié)論構(gòu)建了藍(lán)牌裁判培訓(xùn)與評(píng)估的多閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)理論模型,并在該模型指導(dǎo)下,進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。包括:1.教育評(píng)估閉環(huán),,實(shí)現(xiàn)評(píng)估主體的多元化和評(píng)估方法的客觀性,建構(gòu)了基于模塊理論系統(tǒng)下的培訓(xùn)體系,形成了培訓(xùn)和評(píng)估的正饋和反饋路徑;2.控制管理閉環(huán),提出國(guó)際乒聯(lián)裁委會(huì)、培訓(xùn)師和考官之間相互合作和評(píng)價(jià)的工作流程管理模式:3.反饋提高閉環(huán),提出裁委會(huì)工作改進(jìn)與裁判執(zhí)法質(zhì)量提高的對(duì)策,建議進(jìn)行體制改革和提供反饋平臺(tái)等促進(jìn)兩者之間的良性互動(dòng)。本研究的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)為:運(yùn)用多閉環(huán)系統(tǒng)理論,結(jié)合社會(huì)學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域的特點(diǎn)構(gòu)建了藍(lán)牌裁判培訓(xùn)和評(píng)估多閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng),涵蓋了對(duì)客觀事物施加作用的人為要素,并研究客觀事物要素之間、人為要素之間的輸出與反饋動(dòng)態(tài)關(guān)系。1.實(shí)現(xiàn)了評(píng)估結(jié)果對(duì)培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容的反饋?zhàn)饔茫?.創(chuàng)建了以任務(wù)為中心的培訓(xùn)模塊模型,為組織進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)提供了管理方式的參考;對(duì)藍(lán)牌培訓(xùn)體系中的培訓(xùn)大綱、內(nèi)容等進(jìn)行模塊整理,提高了培訓(xùn)師授課的統(tǒng)一性。制定了新的培訓(xùn)大綱、制作了培訓(xùn)視頻,采用了視頻輔助教學(xué)的培訓(xùn)方法,撰寫(xiě)了培訓(xùn)滿意度調(diào)查問(wèn)卷;3.提出評(píng)估主體多元化的具體方案:通過(guò)對(duì)評(píng)估指標(biāo)的補(bǔ)充選取和對(duì)指標(biāo)賦予權(quán)重,實(shí)現(xiàn)了評(píng)估結(jié)果的分?jǐn)?shù)直觀呈觀,為對(duì)評(píng)估結(jié)果的定量分析和裁判選拔提供了依據(jù)。設(shè)計(jì)了藍(lán)牌評(píng)估系統(tǒng)軟件,實(shí)現(xiàn)了評(píng)估的簡(jiǎn)便操作。本文是對(duì)國(guó)際體育組織中人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)具體領(lǐng)域的探索,對(duì)其它項(xiàng)目相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究具有理論價(jià)值和實(shí)用意義。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the training and evaluation system of international blue card referee and its relationship are taken as the research object, and the relationship between training and evaluation system is explored to make the two systems more scientific and perfect. Through the retrieval of ITTF website and database, the complete data of blue brand training and evaluation system are sorted out, and the statistics of different combinations of data are carried out. By using Delphi method, the experts' understanding of the current situation of the training and evaluation system, the design of the questionnaire, and the improvement countermeasures of the training and evaluation system were consulted. A questionnaire survey was used to collect the views and suggestions of Blue brand referees on the current situation of training and evaluation system. After the statistical analysis of the data and data, the conclusion is: 1. Blue-brand referee training and evaluation system should establish a closer relationship. The training system needs to be improved and systematized. Need to improve the objectivity of the evaluation system. The blue card system should be reformed. Based on the conclusion of the investigation, this paper constructs a multi-closed-loop control system theoretical model for the training and evaluation of Blue brand referees, and under the guidance of the model, carries out an empirical study. Including 1: 1. The closed loop of education evaluation realizes the diversification of evaluation subjects and the objectivity of evaluation methods, constructs the training system based on modular theory system, and forms the positive feedback and feedback paths of training and evaluation. Control management closed-loop, propose ITTF Commission, trainers and examiner mutual cooperation and evaluation of workflow management mode: 3. The feedback improves the closed loop, puts forward the countermeasures of improving the work of the Commission and the quality of the adjudication enforcement, and suggests to carry out the system reform and provide the feedback platform to promote the benign interaction between the two. The innovation of this study is: using the theory of multi-closed-loop system and combining the characteristics of sociological research field to construct the blue card referee training and evaluation multi-closed-loop control system, which covers the human elements that exert an effect on the objective things. And study the dynamic relationship of output and feedback between objective and artificial elements. 1. The feedback effect of the evaluation results on the training content is realized. A task-centered training module model is established, which provides a reference for the organization to conduct training. The training outline and contents in the blue card training system are organized by modules to improve the unity of the trainer's teaching. A new training outline has been developed, a training video has been produced, a training method of video-assisted teaching has been adopted, and a questionnaire on training satisfaction has been written. This paper puts forward the concrete scheme of the diversification of the evaluation subject: through the supplementary selection of the evaluation index and the giving of the weight to the index, it realizes the visual view of the score of the evaluation result, which provides the basis for the quantitative analysis of the evaluation result and the selection of the judge. The software of blue card evaluation system is designed, and the simple operation of evaluation is realized. This paper explores the specific fields of the construction of talents in international sports organizations, and has theoretical value and practical significance for the research of other related fields.
