【摘要】：本研究通過四個(gè)章節(jié)來呈現(xiàn)國家隊(duì)排球教練員的教育知識管理的研究結(jié)果。具體內(nèi)容如下：第一章,教練員教育知識管理的內(nèi)涵闡釋。主要是對教練員教育知識管理的含義和內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析。遵循知識—教育知識—教育知識管理—教練員教育知識管理的邏輯,從知識與教育知識的概念分析、教育知識管理的理性解讀和教練員教育知識管理的功用與價(jià)值三個(gè)方面對教練員教育知識管理進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的理論分析。第二章,教練員教育知識管理的應(yīng)用模式開發(fā)。主要梳理了當(dāng)前知識管理領(lǐng)域中幾種較為有代表性的知識管理模式。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了本研究的擬采用的知識管理模式：“知識存儲——知識創(chuàng)新——知識共享——知識應(yīng)用”。這是本研究的重要理論支撐。在接下來教練員教育知識管理的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與分析以及改進(jìn)策略建議均是以本章提出的知識管理模型為重要依托。第三章是教練員教育知識管理調(diào)查與分析。包括研究設(shè)計(jì)、研究對象的選擇、研究方法、研究過程與研究結(jié)果等內(nèi)容。還總結(jié)了教練員教育知識管理方面取得的經(jīng)驗(yàn),指出了當(dāng)前教練員知識管理中存在的問題,簡要分析了原因。第四章則探討了提高國家排球隊(duì)教練員教育知識管理水平的實(shí)踐策略。主要是從知識獲取與存儲、知識共享、知識應(yīng)用與創(chuàng)新的角度,針對第三章中提出的教練員知識管理過程中存在的問題與根源,探索相應(yīng)的問題解決方案。共提出了五種策略方案：一是增強(qiáng)教練員自身及組織對其教育知識管理的意識；二是整合教練員教育知識,推進(jìn)知識管理精準(zhǔn)化；三是建立教育知識流動機(jī)制,建設(shè)教練員知識共享網(wǎng)絡(luò)；四是在高校全面建設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)型組織,推進(jìn)教練員知識管理；五是優(yōu)化外部環(huán)境,凝聚教育知識管理的外部促進(jìn)力量。綜上所述,本篇論文以國家排球隊(duì)教練員為研究對象,并結(jié)合我國當(dāng)前教練員的管理體制實(shí)際狀況探討國家排球隊(duì)教練員教育知識管理的必要性和建構(gòu)策略。
[Abstract]:This study presents the results of the national team volleyball coaches' educational knowledge management through four chapters. The specific contents are as follows: chapter one, This paper explains the connotation of coaches' educational knowledge management, mainly analyzes the meaning and content structure of coaches' educational knowledge management, and follows the logic of knowledge-educational knowledge management-coaches' educational knowledge management. From the concept analysis of knowledge and educational knowledge, the rational interpretation of educational knowledge management and the function and value of coaches' educational knowledge management, this paper makes a systematic theoretical analysis of coaches' educational knowledge management. The application mode development of coaches' educational knowledge management. This paper mainly combs several representative knowledge management models in the field of knowledge management. On this basis, This paper puts forward the knowledge management model to be adopted in this study: "knowledge storage-knowledge innovation-knowledge sharing-knowledge application". This is the important theoretical support of this study. The analysis and improvement strategies are based on the knowledge management model proposed in this chapter. Chapter three is the investigation and analysis of coaches' educational knowledge management, including the research and design. This paper also summarizes the experience gained in the field of knowledge management of coaches' education, points out the problems existing in the knowledge management of coaches, and points out the problems existing in the management of coaches' knowledge. The fourth chapter discusses the practical strategies to improve the knowledge management level of national volleyball team coaches, mainly from the angles of knowledge acquisition and storage, knowledge sharing, knowledge application and innovation. Aiming at the problems and root causes in the process of knowledge management of coaches in chapter three, this paper explores the corresponding solutions. Five strategies are put forward: one is to enhance the awareness of coaches themselves and their organizations in the management of their educational knowledge; The second is to integrate the coaches' educational knowledge, to promote the precision of knowledge management; third, to establish the mechanism of educational knowledge flow, to build the knowledge sharing network of coaches; fourth, to build a learning organization in colleges and universities, and to promote the coaches' knowledge management; The fifth is to optimize the external environment and to integrate the external promoting force of educational knowledge management. In summary, this paper takes the national volleyball team coaches as the research object. Combined with the actual situation of the current management system of coaches in our country, the necessity and construction strategy of the knowledge management of national volleyball team coaches' education are discussed.
