【摘要】:高等教育自我化和終身化的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),使大學(xué)生自我教育逐漸成長(zhǎng)為一種顯性的、主導(dǎo)的教育形式。從一般的意義上講,大學(xué)生自我教育指的是受教育者的內(nèi)化環(huán)節(jié)。實(shí)質(zhì)上,大學(xué)生自我教育是指作為主體的大學(xué)生把自己視為教育對(duì)象的教育。這種教育是一種“我——我”模式的主體合一的個(gè)體自我教育。此外,相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)教育者——教師的角色而言,在受教育者——大學(xué)生之間存在的、無(wú)教師直接參與的、以“學(xué)生——學(xué)生”為體征的教育也屬于大學(xué)生自我教育。嚴(yán)格的說(shuō),大學(xué)生自我教育的關(guān)鍵在于角色(自我)而不是一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)或過(guò)程。盡管受教者內(nèi)化過(guò)程中也存在自我教育成分,但它并不屬于真正意義上的自我教育。大學(xué)生自我教育主要指學(xué)生個(gè)體和學(xué)生群體之間的教育。當(dāng)然,我們也不能把大學(xué)生自我教育絕對(duì)化,即想當(dāng)然的把大學(xué)生自我教育視為教育對(duì)象自己的事情。事實(shí)上,大學(xué)生自我教育不是不需要教育者的教育,相反卻對(duì)他者教育提出了更高、更精準(zhǔn)的要求,大學(xué)生自我教育的有效推進(jìn)和順利實(shí)現(xiàn)離不開(kāi)外在的他人教育。隨著現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的發(fā)展,大學(xué)生自我教育在個(gè)體成長(zhǎng)、高校思想政治教育發(fā)展及社會(huì)進(jìn)步等方面日益彰顯出它獨(dú)特的時(shí)代價(jià)值。但大學(xué)生自我教育目前現(xiàn)有的研究視角所存在的問(wèn)題制約了它當(dāng)代價(jià)值的發(fā)揮。確切的說(shuō),研究視角的選取問(wèn)題是制約大學(xué)生自我教育深入發(fā)展的重要瓶頸。然而,從人的現(xiàn)代化視角研究大學(xué)生自我教育卻具有無(wú)比重要的優(yōu)勢(shì)。大體而言,人的現(xiàn)代化屬于具體的歷史范疇,不同的社會(huì)性質(zhì)賦予它不同的意義和內(nèi)涵。依據(jù)我國(guó)的國(guó)家性質(zhì)來(lái)講,人的現(xiàn)代化不僅指出人要從不符合時(shí)代發(fā)展的傳統(tǒng)人中提升出來(lái),尤為重要的是,還要從單向度的片面發(fā)展的現(xiàn)代人中提升出來(lái),進(jìn)而使其成為一個(gè)全面發(fā)展的現(xiàn)代人。但全面發(fā)展的社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化新人離不開(kāi)教育的造就,尤其是現(xiàn)代化教育的塑造和培養(yǎng)。事實(shí)證明,大學(xué)生自我教育作為教育現(xiàn)代化的重要標(biāo)志,作為現(xiàn)代化教育的重要組成部分,能夠在人的現(xiàn)代化的棱鏡中,發(fā)揮它應(yīng)有的作用和價(jià)值。在人的現(xiàn)代化境遇中審視大學(xué)生自我教育,當(dāng)大學(xué)生作為教的一方即教育主體時(shí),大學(xué)生需要首先在思想上用社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化新人理論、毛澤東思想中的青年思想政治教育理論及中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義理論中青年思想政治教育理論武裝自己,以此端正大學(xué)生自我教育的方向;當(dāng)大學(xué)生在自我教育中作為自學(xué)的一方即教育客體存在時(shí),它需要借助自律理論、自主學(xué)習(xí)理論及自我發(fā)展理論,提高個(gè)體內(nèi)化的速度和效率,從而使自教與自學(xué)兩個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)緊密的結(jié)合起來(lái)。當(dāng)我們弄清楚人的現(xiàn)代化境遇中大學(xué)生自我教育的理論根基后,我們接下來(lái)要解決的一個(gè)重要問(wèn)題就是“如何施教”的問(wèn)題,對(duì)于此問(wèn)題的處理,我們遵循人的現(xiàn)代化要求,針對(duì)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中大學(xué)生自我教育出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題及成因分析,先從理論層面對(duì)現(xiàn)有的大學(xué)生自我教育體系,如大學(xué)生自我教育的目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容、機(jī)制及評(píng)估等方面,進(jìn)行重新建構(gòu),有效的解決大學(xué)生自我教育“如何教”的理論問(wèn)題;并從實(shí)踐層面對(duì)大學(xué)生自我教育的實(shí)現(xiàn)模式,即大學(xué)生自我教育的課堂教學(xué)實(shí)現(xiàn)模式、網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)現(xiàn)模式及社會(huì)實(shí)踐實(shí)現(xiàn)模式,進(jìn)行深入、全面的創(chuàng)新性探索,從而厘清大學(xué)生自我教育“如何教”的實(shí)踐問(wèn)題。然而,盡管處于具體操作層面的大學(xué)生自我教育的途徑和方法,對(duì)于大學(xué)生自我教育的理論架構(gòu)和實(shí)踐模型構(gòu)建而言是一件不證自明的事情。但受具體條件的限制,這時(shí)的大學(xué)生自我教育的途徑和方法僅處于“應(yīng)然”的狀態(tài),而非“實(shí)然”的境地。可大學(xué)生自我教育的途徑和方法只有在“實(shí)然”的境況中,才能保證大學(xué)生自我教育的有效運(yùn)行。這是我們把大學(xué)生自我教育的途徑和方法作為獨(dú)立章節(jié)進(jìn)行探討的重要緣由。因此,我們還需要對(duì)大學(xué)生自我教育的途徑和方法進(jìn)行思索的基礎(chǔ)上,創(chuàng)新大學(xué)生自我教育的途徑和方法,進(jìn)而從具體實(shí)踐的操作層面上深化大學(xué)生自我教育“如何教”的問(wèn)題?傊,只有使大學(xué)生自我教育在以上各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)上巧妙、有效的勾連起來(lái),才能使它在人的現(xiàn)代化棱鏡中綻放璀璨的光芒,釋放巨大的能量。
