高校生態(tài)德育研究

【摘要】:過去的一個世紀,人類在取得巨大成就的同時,卻又面臨著嚴峻的生態(tài)危機。人類開始尋求應(yīng)對之策。于是,生態(tài)學(xué)理論應(yīng)運而生,生態(tài)學(xué)的理念、思維方式和研究方法在人類所從事的多項實踐活動中得到廣泛應(yīng)用。同樣,其影響也滲入到德育領(lǐng)域之中,成為當今德育理論和實踐的一種新走向。當今高校德育投入的時間和精力很多,但是收到的效果卻很低。這種現(xiàn)狀與學(xué)校德育生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的失衡密切相關(guān)。傳統(tǒng)德育的低效,不得不讓我們反思傳統(tǒng)德育觀、德育思維方式的局限性,讓生態(tài)觀介入德育,實施生態(tài)德育。生態(tài)德育就是用生態(tài)世界觀的觀點和方法來探討德育系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部各種要素之間及其與環(huán)境之間相互關(guān)系的理論觀點,是以相關(guān)聯(lián)事物相統(tǒng)一協(xié)調(diào)的原則來處理德育問題的方法論體系。生態(tài)德育將德育看作一個復(fù)雜的生態(tài)系統(tǒng),把德育放在一個聯(lián)系而非孤立的、動態(tài)而非靜態(tài)的、整體而非局部的、開放而非封閉的系統(tǒng)中來思考,從德育系統(tǒng)各要素及其外部環(huán)境的系統(tǒng)性來思考問題,希望能趨向或達到高效的最優(yōu)狀態(tài)。 本文較系統(tǒng)論述了高校生態(tài)德育理論。首先,從高校德育的界定、提出的依據(jù)及必然性分析生態(tài)德育的內(nèi)涵、特點及其主要構(gòu)成要素。其次,用生態(tài)世界觀的觀點分析當前高校德育所面臨的問題及其原因。原因在于“德”與“育”的生態(tài)失調(diào),落后的觀念缺乏生態(tài)性、系統(tǒng)性和整體性,德育系統(tǒng)各要素生態(tài)失衡,德育過程的生態(tài)缺失等。最后,針對高校德育存在的問題提出解決的對策,探索在具體實踐中如何建構(gòu)高校生態(tài)德育系統(tǒng),以從根本上提高高校德育的實效性,促進學(xué)生德性的全面發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the past century, human beings have made great achievements, but at the same time they are facing a severe ecological crisis. The way of thinking and research methods are widely used in many practical activities of human beings. Similarly, their influence has also penetrated into the field of moral education. It has become a new trend in the theory and practice of moral education. Nowadays, moral education in colleges and universities has invested a lot of time and energy, but the effect has been very low. This situation is closely related to the imbalance of the ecosystem of moral education in schools, and the low efficiency of traditional moral education. We have to reflect on the limitations of the traditional view of moral education, the mode of thinking of moral education, and let the ecological view intervene in moral education. Implementing ecological moral education. Ecological moral education is a theoretical point of view on the relationship between various elements of moral education system and the environment by using the viewpoint and method of ecological world outlook. Ecological moral education regards moral education as a complex ecosystem, and puts moral education in a connected rather than isolated, dynamic rather than static way. The whole but not the local, the open but not the closed system to think, from the moral education system each essential factor and the external environment system to ponder the question, hoped can be able to move towards or achieves the high efficiency optimal state. This paper systematically discusses the theory of ecological moral education in colleges and universities. Firstly, the connotation, characteristics and main elements of ecological moral education are analyzed from the definition, basis and inevitability of moral education in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the problems and causes of moral education in colleges and universities from the point of view of ecological world outlook. The reasons lie in the ecological imbalance between "morality" and "education", the lack of ecology, systematicness and wholeness of the concept of backwardness, and the ecological imbalance of every element of moral education system. Finally, in view of the problems existing in moral education in colleges and universities, the author puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems, and explores how to construct the ecological moral education system in colleges and universities in order to fundamentally improve the effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities. To promote the all-round development of students' moral character.
