【摘要】：推動(dòng)馬克思主義大眾化是黨的十七大提出的新要求,是事關(guān)黨和國(guó)家前途命運(yùn)的戰(zhàn)略決策。2008年3月,在西藏拉薩等地先后發(fā)生了一些騷亂行為,西方媒體也急忙將焦點(diǎn)對(duì)準(zhǔn)了拉薩和達(dá)賴集團(tuán),對(duì)中國(guó)妄加批評(píng);與此同時(shí),奧運(yùn)火炬?zhèn)鬟f中受到國(guó)外“藏獨(dú)”分子的破壞與阻撓。這一系列事件的發(fā)生,讓這個(gè)人們印象中神秘、圣潔、幾乎與世隔絕的地區(qū)受到了社會(huì)各界的關(guān)注。為什么西方勢(shì)力對(duì)西藏問(wèn)題表示出如此大的興趣?為什么藏獨(dú)勢(shì)力如此猖狂?如何看待新時(shí)期的西藏問(wèn)題?這些不但引發(fā)了人們的深入思考,西藏的政治地位也日益突顯。習(xí)近平指出,治國(guó)必治邊,治邊先穩(wěn)藏,西藏的和諧發(fā)展、社會(huì)穩(wěn)定事關(guān)國(guó)家的長(zhǎng)治久安。因此,如何統(tǒng)一認(rèn)識(shí),加快發(fā)展,堅(jiān)持馬克思主義的主流意識(shí)形態(tài)地位,增強(qiáng)其吸引力與感召力,西藏地區(qū)馬克思主義大眾化顯得更為重要和緊迫。相比較其他民族地區(qū),西藏地區(qū)地理環(huán)境、歷史文化、宗教信仰等方面的特殊性,決定了該地區(qū)馬克思主義大眾化更值得關(guān)注和研究,論文從研究闡述馬克思主義大眾化的內(nèi)涵作為出發(fā)點(diǎn),梳理了西藏地區(qū)馬克思主義大眾化的歷史進(jìn)程,劃分了從1951年西藏和平解放到2015年西藏第六次工作座談會(huì)之前的四個(gè)階段,通過(guò)此過(guò)程中我黨關(guān)于西藏地區(qū)各項(xiàng)方針政策的踐行情況,總結(jié)出馬克思主義大眾化進(jìn)程中取得的主要經(jīng)驗(yàn),為新時(shí)期馬克思主義大眾化提供借鑒。為了充分了解西藏地區(qū)馬克思主義大眾化的現(xiàn)狀,論文主要采用了訪談和調(diào)查問(wèn)卷等方式,對(duì)西藏群眾、黨員、大學(xué)生群體關(guān)于馬克思主義的認(rèn)知度、社會(huì)現(xiàn)狀的滿意度、重大歷史事件和政策的認(rèn)知以及社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期的思想觀念、宗教信仰狀況進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)調(diào)研�？傮w上看,西藏地區(qū)群眾、黨員、大學(xué)生對(duì)當(dāng)前社會(huì)狀況比較滿意,贊同黨和國(guó)家在西藏的各項(xiàng)方針政策;對(duì)馬克思主義有一定的認(rèn)知但了解不深、不夠全面;同時(shí)在全球化的背景下,文化多元化對(duì)西藏地區(qū)馬克思主義大眾化的挑戰(zhàn)日益突出,西方敵對(duì)勢(shì)力和達(dá)賴集團(tuán)分裂勢(shì)力的影響也日益明顯。另外伴隨著西藏地區(qū)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,推動(dòng)馬克思主義大眾化也具備了一定的物質(zhì)、文化基礎(chǔ),黨中央對(duì)西藏問(wèn)題的高度重視以及現(xiàn)代化的傳播手段的搭建也為馬克思主義大眾化創(chuàng)造了有利的條件。但是制約西藏地區(qū)馬克思主義大眾化的因素也有很多,其中經(jīng)濟(jì)文化水平的相對(duì)落后,社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期矛盾增多,以及落后風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣和封建農(nóng)奴思想殘余對(duì)馬克思主義大眾化的影響不容忽視。論文特別分析了西藏地區(qū)馬克思主義大眾化存在的特殊困難,有宗教因素的影響;國(guó)外“西化”、“分化”勢(shì)力的干擾;達(dá)賴分裂勢(shì)力的搗亂等,并以此為依據(jù),深入探討西藏地區(qū)馬克思主義大眾化實(shí)踐策略。西藏地區(qū)馬克思主義大眾化是一個(gè)長(zhǎng)期的復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)性工程,必須建立馬克思主義大眾化的長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制,必須準(zhǔn)確把握大眾化的內(nèi)容和形式,充分發(fā)揮不同主體在推進(jìn)馬克思主義大眾化中的重要作用,大力引導(dǎo)藏傳佛教與中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義社會(huì)相適應(yīng),運(yùn)用多種傳播手段推進(jìn)西藏地區(qū)馬克思主義大眾化。
