【摘要】:在“教師教育”研究熱潮的大背景下,我國不斷推進教師教育改革各項措施。教師教育的改革推動著“教師角色”的變化。師范生培養(yǎng)是高等師范院校教師教育的重要組成部分,教師的培養(yǎng)越來越專業(yè)化與多元化。教師教育的發(fā)展牽動著高等師范院校培養(yǎng)模式的轉變。有關師范生培養(yǎng)的研究就大都集中在師范生培養(yǎng)的政策和模式、師范生課程設置和教育實習上。本研究則探討師范生培養(yǎng)的另一途徑——課外活動,主要包括從理論分析高等師范院校的課外活動的涵義、特點、原則、目的和分類。通過客觀的數據統(tǒng)計結果和豐富的師范畢業(yè)生訪談分析課外活動對師范生知識與專業(yè)能力養(yǎng)成的影響,進一步探究課外活動在師范生培養(yǎng)上起的作用。再從“社會學習網絡”角度探討高等師范院校課外活動的新視野。最后依據量化研究與質性研究的發(fā)現總結我國高等師范院校課外活動開展的意義、困境,并提出對高等師范院校課外活動的未來展望。 論文的結構如下: 第一章:分別敘述了研究緣起、研究問題、研究目標與思路、研究方法及研究框架。 第二章:對本研究作了文獻綜述。從教師教育的歷史發(fā)展和不同學科下對教師教育的詮釋,思考我國高等師范院校在師范生培養(yǎng)上的定位。從師范生培養(yǎng)的內容、價值取向和培養(yǎng)途徑,思考課外活動在師范生培養(yǎng)上的適合角色。從課外活動的歷史發(fā)展、理論依據和影響研究,聚焦我國高等師范院校課外活動的研究現狀,思考本研究的方向。 第三章:從活動理論、發(fā)現學習理論、情境理論、非正式學習理論和終身學習理論角度奠定了研究的理論基礎,并以四類高等師范院校的培養(yǎng)目標作為研究的實踐基礎。之后界定了我國高等師范院校課外活動的涵義、特點、開展目的和基本原則,并結合實例,對我國高等師范院校的課外活動做了分類與描述。 第四章:依托X大學“中國高等師范院校師范生培養(yǎng)狀況調查(2011)”課題組采集的來自全國27所高等師范院校13個專業(yè)的6624個在讀師范生樣本數據,經過數據處理與統(tǒng)計,分析課外活動開展、組織、參與和教師專業(yè)能力養(yǎng)成的情況,并與高等師范院校的類型、師范生的專業(yè)、性別、學業(yè)成績、干部與否作交叉比較。并就師范生教師專業(yè)能力的養(yǎng)成,同課堂教學與教育實習作橫向比較。 第五章:使用質性研究方法中的“訪談法”,從高等師范院校課外活動的分類和中小學實際工作需要兩個維度出發(fā),與不同類型高等師范院校、不同師范專業(yè)的畢業(yè)生訪談,進一步探究課外活動對師范畢業(yè)生入職后的影響。 第六章:從學習型社會和終身學習的角度,通過“社會學習網絡”的工具打開高等師范院校課外活動的新視野,基于開放教育資源、社會性網絡服務工具、高校周邊書店和高等師范院校博物館進行高等師范院校課外活動的設計,并分析它們對師范生培養(yǎng)所起的作用。 第七章:依據量化研究與質性研究的發(fā)現,總結高等師范院校課外活動開展的意義和困境,并結合案例提出高等師范院校課外活動的未來發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:In the background of "the research upsurge of teacher education", our country continue to promote the reform of teacher education. Teacher education reform measures to promote "the changing role of teachers". The students are an important part of Teacher Education in Higher Normal Colleges and universities, more and more teachers' specialization and diversification. The development of teacher education affects with the change of training pattern in higher normal colleges. The study on the training of normal school students is mostly concentrated in the training of normal students and normal students policy mode, curriculum and teaching practice. This study is to explore another way for the training of normal school students, extracurricular activities, including the analysis of the higher normal colleges and universities extracurricular activities from theory. The characteristics, principle, purpose and classification. By the statistics results and the normal graduates interview analysis extracurricular activities of knowledge and professional ability of normal students Develop the influence, to further explore the extracurricular activities in cultivating students' role. Then a new perspective to discuss the extracurricular activities in Higher Normal Colleges and universities from the angle of "social learning network". Finally on the basis of quantitative research and qualitative research to summarize the extracurricular activities in our normal colleges and universities to carry out the significance, difficulties, and put forward the prospects for extracurricular the activities of Higher Normal Colleges in the future.

The first chapter describes the origin of the research, the research issues, the research goals and ideas, the research methods and the research framework.
The second chapter of this study is summarized. Interpretation of teacher education from the historical development of teacher education and disciplines, cultivating students' thinking in the higher normal colleges in China. From the training of normal students, value orientation and ways of thinking, extracurricular activities for students in the role training. From the historical development of extracurricular activities, theory basis and research status, focusing on China Normal Universities extracurricular activities, thinking about the direction of this study.
