【摘要】：擁有8779.3萬名黨員和388萬個支部的中國共產黨,面對改革開放和社會主義市場經濟帶來的考驗與風險,在黨員數(shù)量與結構呈現(xiàn)新態(tài)勢情形下,管黨治黨的任務依然艱巨,加強黨員隊伍純潔性建設顯得更加緊迫與重要。為此,需要總結新民主主義革命時期歷史經驗教訓,以史為鑒,以期更好地推進黨員隊伍純潔性建設。黨員隊伍純潔性建設是馬克思主義政黨理論的必然要求。馬克思和恩格斯關于無產階級政黨的階級性、先進性和組織性的論述構建了黨員隊伍純潔性建設的理論框架。列寧在革命與執(zhí)政的境遇中,從建黨原則、黨員發(fā)展、理論教育、黨內團結等探索全面嚴格治黨的路徑,推動了黨員隊伍純潔性建設的理論闡釋。以毛澤東為首的中國共產黨人,從政黨性質、黨員標準和支部建設等方面進一步發(fā)展了黨員隊伍純潔性建設理論。加強黨員隊伍純潔性建設必須正視政治生態(tài)環(huán)境和加強政黨內生態(tài)審視。在新民主主義革命時期,黨一方面重視對時局的分析,通過把握政治生態(tài)環(huán)境的變量因素,調整黨員隊伍純潔性建設的方針。另一方面,注重對黨自身發(fā)展情況的審視,關注黨員隊伍規(guī)模、政黨構成等問題�；趯φ紊鷳B(tài)環(huán)境的分析和相應地組織治理,形成了各個時期黨員隊伍純潔性建設的實踐特性。加強黨員隊伍純潔性建設需要加強關口建設。從組織管理學的視角來看,黨從黨員發(fā)展、管理、教育和退出等方面進行了探索。在黨員發(fā)展方面,既從規(guī)制方面來確保入口純潔,又從程序方面實現(xiàn)入口純潔；在黨員管理方面,通過對黨員的日常管理和調整組織結構以及優(yōu)化運行機制來實現(xiàn)管理純潔,進而實現(xiàn)黨員隊伍純潔；在黨員教育方面,形成了涵蓋理論教育、忠誠教育、宗旨教育、紀律教育在內的黨員教育體系,不斷提升黨員純潔品質；在黨員退出方面,一方面,從黨章入手,建立黨員退出規(guī)制。另一方面,從自請出黨到公開處理,再到集中清理,不斷探索黨員退出的實踐路徑。黨員隊伍純潔性建設奠定了黨的發(fā)展之基,也留下了寶貴的經驗教訓。主要歷史經驗：做到了理論傳承與理論創(chuàng)新同步、生態(tài)分析與政黨治理互動、個體純潔與組織純潔共抓、注重發(fā)展與強化治理并重和懲前毖后與治病救人并舉。主要教訓：必須保持政黨獨立性并自主地探索黨員隊伍建設、必須加強以支部為基礎的常態(tài)化治理和嚴防黨員隊伍治理中“左”和右的錯誤傾向。總之,加強黨員隊伍純潔性建設既是歷史之鑒,也是時代之需。長期執(zhí)政的中國共產黨難免面臨著精神懈怠、能力不足、脫離群眾與消極腐敗的危險,加之經濟體制轉軌、政治體制改革不斷推進和社會主義市場經濟體制還在完善之中,黨員隊伍純潔性建設面臨全新的境遇。因而,黨應該繼續(xù)以純潔性建設為主線,積極營造良好的政治生態(tài),在新常態(tài)中堅持從嚴治黨,通過加強組織管理和關口治理來實現(xiàn)黨員隊伍的動態(tài)純潔。

Therefore, needs to summarize the historical experience of new democracy the revolution history lesson, in order to better promote the purity of Party members.
